The front desk was very kind to my 3 year old son. They took care of us right away. I did not know I had to get a filling and the dentist did me a favor of taking care of it right away instead of making another appointment. I would highly recommend this place :)!

This dental office is real cool. The staff is patient with you they put my authorization in 3 times and I was denied each time but they did not give up on me and that meant a lot to me some places they stop the first time you are denied and the doctor was cool too so I have to give a 5 star now I took care of my part and now I am about 1 month away from smiling and eating a good meal I would recommend this dental office

The front desk staff, hygienist and dentist were all really friendly and helpful. The hygienist was especially knowledgeable and thorough, really seemed to care about minor things like slight staining and sensitivity. I don't understand what people are talking about with the wait time, I was seen immediately. The last dentist I went to regularly was Metropolitan Dental and every single time I went it took at least three hours to get in and out of there, not even talking fillings, just teeth cleaning.

Long wait time! Even when you have an appointment. Staff does not provide notice of how long you have to wait, which is unacceptable. Neither their services nor facility is good enough to warrant that wait time and terrible customer service. So why go here, when you can go somewhere else that is more respectful of your time?

Great and friendly dental associates and clerical staff. Wait time can be crazy long even with appointment, so leave a lot of time. They do an excellent job and answer all your questions. Location is a bit shady, not a place I would recommend for kids but everyone who works there is wonderful.

I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience with L.E.S Dental Group. I've been going there for many years and had a great experience every time. Dr. Carlina Damianou is a wonderful person, she help me alot with my dental problems and she is very patient with her work. I'm glad I found this place plus the staff were very friendly. I would gladly recommend my friends or family for a dental checkup.

NYC streets The Five Boroughs

I was reading some reviews of this place and I noticed most gave one star for waiting to long and also for questions not being answered. I am sorry to say but we live in NYC waiting is part of life here nothing is on time in NYC. So if you gave this place one star grow up. I was looking for a dentist for a few weeks and this place is so close to my house. I never thought a place so close to my house would have the nicest people in the world. I don't normally leave reviews but the dentist who took care of me was so nice so nice that I even told him you are to nice to be a dentist. He took care of me and took the time to listen something most dentist don't do but act like they do. I just wanna say don't pay attention to the bad reviews cause they are so wrong about this place if you wanna be treated with respect no matter if you have insurance or not. This is the place that will make you feel welcomed.

I needed an urgent appointment and I was accommodated. The staff were very friendly and answered all my questions. I needed referral for endodontist, the staff called for me and managed to get me an appointment the next day. I will definitely go back in the future for all my dental need.

Everyone is very busy. There is not enough time to ask questions or get the proper help. Keep your own records as to what has been done. Even though you make an appointment, you could be waiting 2 hours before you get seen at all. You the patient has to keep up on things in this office.
