I would like to start by saying that the dentists are wonderful and provide excellent care. HOWEVER, the staff is incompetent. My first visit was in November 2016, I have had three subsequent visits not and all four have been filed incorrectly with my insurance provider despite being given all the information. First they put me with a doctor I am not covered under despite the fact that I gave them my insurance info at the time of scheduling, then they did not notify me that this doctor was out of network until I received notice form my insurance. For subsequent visits I went to one of their doctors covered by my plan and they STILL filed incorrectly, once putting the wrong plan info, once leaving off my secondary (it is the same issuance company), and another filing me under the wrong doctor again. I have had to file claims myself for all visits and spend hours on the phone with them and my insurance company to no avail.

Dr. Loflin is the most amazing dentist I have ever had in my life! I actually first found him on Yelp (where he also has stellar reviews), and then proceeded to make an appointment a few years ago to visit him for the first time. I was so glad that I did. Today, I cannot imagine ever going to another dentist. I've recommended him to my girlfriend - she's pickier than I am and even she loves him. Even when I lost my dental insurance through my workplace, I continued to see him as an existing patient and he offered me affordable care. Very recently, I was in a severe care accident in India in which two of my lower front teeth were severely chipped. Rather than having anyone else work on my teeth, I only wanted to see Dr. Loflin. Why? Because I trusted him to do what's in my best interest, rather than what would benefit him most. He makes me feel comfortable and he actually cares about his patients. When I flew to New York to see him, he arranged for me to meet him at the office on a Sunday afternoon, just to accommodate busy schedules. He did an excellent job with the bonding, and I have pictures validating my personal success story! This is the first review I have ever done of a dentist or dental practice. I believe Dr. Loflin is just that amazing. If you ever want to see pictures of my success story with him, you are more than welcome to contact me. I today not only consider Dr. Loflin my dentist, but also my friend, and I truly feel lucky to be one of his clients.

This facility is great. Not only is Dr. Loflin extremely professional but very calm and personable as well. The entire team takes their time to explain what's going on and what's next. Never ONCE has Dr. Loflin tried to "upsell" me or point me in a questionable direction. I've been coming here for over five years and every time I leave I'm thankful I found this group.

I like my dentist so much that I continue to go here even though they keep changing management companies and each successive management company is worse than the last. I guess it's par for the course in New York, but while the hygienists and Dr Loflin are great, you will undoubtedly have difficulties with the front end staff and be given a wrong quote and be billed more later for services that you receive. It's always worth it to call the billing company, though. Sometimes they just waive the charge, and sometimes they make you pay. I can't tell if there's any rhyme or reason to it.

I never ever do this but I'm compelled to write that the assistance and support I got from this office was beyond anything I've ever received from any dental or medical office. Ileana went out of her way staying late and going the extra mile to get me the documentation I needed in order to reconcile some stuff with my insurance and I am forever grateful! I am really impressed with this place. I always have a hesitation towards dentists. I went to two dentists before here who said I need all this work and went to them who had huge monitors, videos, etc to show you what's going on and said my teeth look good. Finally a dentist office I trust

Dr. miller is awesome. She is patient, and understanding but tough. Have very bad grinding, and dentist is not my favorite place. But, she's been such a great dentist and saved me awhile back with some major tooth issues. The office is very friendly. Also, I don't find they try to charge for everything, nor do they tell you things you probably dont need just to bill. Just wish they'd start on time more often. They seem to run about 10-15 mins behind. Only negative, everything else, I recommend highly !

Best dental office I have ever been to (and I've been to too many). Dr. Loflin and Dr. Ahmadi are totally in charge of their practice, the office staff is friendly and professional, and the office environment is clean and "fresh". On the technical side, I have had a number of implants performed by Dr. Ahmadi (more to go), and all have been successful . Dr. Ahmadi has been attentive to my concerns and has done his best to address all options available. I highly recommend their office. They do it all, and they do it well!

Citidental was the best dental experience I’ve ever had! I had no idea what insurance company I was with but Bianca at the front desk helped me search to locate the correct one. Alma the hygienist was very thorough and gentle with my cleaning. After the cleaning I met Dr. Loflin he was great! Explained exactly what it was I needed to get me back on track with my dental needs. I definitely recommend trying this office I will be back to see them in 6months!

I don't know where to begin. All the other dentists are great but Dr. Ahmadi. I agree with a previous post, they take way too many xrays for no apparent reason. Their treatment plans are not detailed. Dr Ahmadi does NOT follow up with his patient. Still waiting 6 months for my cap. And he is rude, yes Dr Ahmadi I can hear you complaining about how messed up my teeth are. I've already reported this practice and have my ny1 team coming in on 9/21. Stay tuned
