Dr. Elizabeth Mitrani is the best dentist that I have been to in New York city. She is very approachable and caring about my dental health. She explains the best treatment options available. I have never felt pressure to have procedures done. The entire staff is very personable, courteous, and professional. Everyone works very diligently and efficiently. The wait time is very minimal and the examination rooms are immaculately clean.

I always used to dread going to the dentist - the waiting, the antiseptic smells, the scraping on your teeth. Picked 23rd Street Dental solely due to proximity when I needed a more convenient place for my cleanings. Didn't go in with any expectations and was most pleasantly surprised! Open, airy rooms (with a nice view of the 1 WTC tower from my window), helpful receptionist, diligent and gentle hygenist and friendly dentist. My teeth felt clean as new, with the added benefit of no anxiety-induced headache that I usually get. Also, they gave me an electric toothbrush as a present for a new patient!

My wife and I have been under their care for the past 6 years and cannot say enough good things about their professionalism, integrity and warmth. I have referred three friends there and they have all had the same phenomenal experience. The office is clean, the staff is great, and they are always on time. Best DDS office in NYC. Longest I have waited is 12 minutes may have had something to do with them calling my wife and daughter before me. Everyone from front desk to actual Dentist are friendly and honest. My advice to you. "Make sure you Floss and rinse daily if not you will hear it". LOL

I have always hated going to the dentist, but Dr Gorczyca and my dental hygienist Madeline are understanding and patient, and work with me to reduce pain as much as possible. They're very thorough in their cleanings and exams, and always educate me on what I could be doing better. Couldn't imagine going to anyone else!

My dentist, Dr. Gorczyca, and my hygienist, Madeline, are both awesome: sensitive, caring and always have a smile on their faces. Let's face it, just not dreading going to the dentist is a huge plus, but when you actually arrive and leave smiling, your teeth shining, with a bag of goodies in hand, it's a good day!

I haven't actually been to this location, but Suhail Shadoud was my dentist when he was at his previous office. I had complete confidence in his approach and his skills as a dentist. He is a kind, caring and thoughtful professional. He always starts with a less invasive approach, moving to more treatment only as needed, which I really appreciate. I usually hate going to the dentist (who doesn't), so it is at least nice to go to a practitioner who puts his patients at ease. Highly recommend.
