I’m sitting here thinking of where I was a month ago and I just can’t believe the difference in my teeth from when I first came in. I must say the hospitality and professionalism caught me by surprise, I wasn’t sure what I needed to make me smile, but after my 2 hour consultation there was no question or doubt in my mind Bensonhurst Dental was where I needed to be, they explained and showed me my treatment plan with before and after pictures that I was able to take home to show my family, they worked with my financial needs. I am still in treatment right now preparing to get my braces put on and I can’t be more happy to see the outcome. The office and staff are above and beyond my expectations and always have me in a great mood, I look forward to my dental visits for the first time in years which is crazy but I definitely would recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Rubinshtein is the best dentist I've ever been to! I travel to his Brooklyn office from Manhattan because of his exceptional level of service! He and his staff are warm, friendly, and professional. When I went to the office after recently getting engaged, the entire office came in with a huge generous display of roses. They don't make you feel like a patient, they make you feel like family!!! Highly recommend 100 times over.

Wow! The whole staff was amazing! From the moment I walked into the office I was taken care of until the moment I walked out. This lady named Iman was super sweet and accommodating. The assistant that worked on me, I believe her name is Alexandra, was so compassionate and caring. Beautiful office. Everyone is super friendly and nice. Very rare for a dental office where people are often miserable at their jobs. The one thing that stood out the most was that I was made to feel like family. The three dentists are actual family from what I understand (mother, father and son) but me, a complete stranger, was made to feel like a family member. That made me feel so good and so comfortable. My home is on Long Island, which is quite a ways away from Brooklyn (over an hour) but my experience was well worth my drive. I'm excited that I found this practice! Thanks to my friend Bill who referred me!!! Now visiting the dentist won't be as bad as it once was. My visit was very pleasant. :)

Bensonhurst Dental has been my go to general dental and cosmetic dental doctors since high school. You're not going to find anything like this place almost anywhere in NY. Not only do that have a high tech lab upstairs to custom-make on-site dental cosmetics, which they work with hand in hand to ensure perfect size color and fitness (don't overlook this!), but the team consists of a family of specialists. From Danny who specializes in full mouth restorations and custom veneers, to his father Alex who is an oral surgeon expert as far as root canals and the latest in laser dentistry with expensive modern high tech on-site equipment, and Marina with the motherly touch who ensures client satisfaction and who has an incredible eye for cosmetic perfection and detail. But beyond these for dentists, who can service the complete full range of dental services and all often work together on one patient, there's also a full staff of dental hygienists, whitening experts, assistants, front desk staff. The place does not cut corners on manpower. And they're fully renovated as of this year, the place is gorgeous and everything is brand new and up to date. I've been very proactive about my oral health since I neglected my teeth during graduate school. They brought me back to full oral health from new crowns to fillings and helped me avoid a near certain root canal. I now come here every 3-4 months for a cleaning, so I don't have to undergo the damage I went through while neglecting to see a dentist for 2 years. I give this place the highest 5 stars I've ever given a service professional, and I cannot emphasize how blessed I've been to have Bensonhurst Dental care, and how much of a vocal fan you will be if you come here for any dental or cosmetic work. To sum it up in 1 sentence: they really care. Thank you to the team for all your hard work. You have one big fan here

Dr. Marina is a true artist and a master at her work. Besides being an expert in her field, she is warm, genuine, and has an incredible bedside manner. And finally when you're ready, Dr Daniel explains everything that will get done, as well as during the procedure he lets you know what is going on. Came here for wisdom teeth extractions and had local anesthesia -- no pain, no discomfort everything was done within 10 minutes. Fantastic care, from the moment I called right down to the very end of my treatment. Had to have an emergency root canal, and they were able to get me in right away. Everyone is so friendly and supportive and through it all my comfort was paramount. I would not see anyone other than Dr Alex. He is phenomenal. No soreness or pain during or after each part of the procedure. Shauna (you're awesome) was there talking me through every question I had, making sure I was at ease. I plan to come back for dental care in the future. Just be aware that health insurance isn't accepted here.

I had THE BEST experience with Dr. Marina and six months smile braces. It literally took only six months to go from crooked teeth to my now Hollywood smile. I removed my braces today and I am seriously obsessed with my beautiful, new, straight teeth. I highly recommend Bensonhurst Dental. You will not be disappointed. I came here for my second appointment to try on my temporaries before my temporaries and again, what a marvelous experience. All of the staff are so friendly, welcoming and professional. In the past when visiting with other dentists, I got a sense that they were in a rush to move onto the next client but with Dr. Daniel, the experience is a complete 180. He sits down and takes his time to discuss EVERY. SINGLE. DETAIL. He’s a dentist, yes no doubt about that. But he takes it a step further and is an artist. This is his passion and the results matter to him just as much as they matter to his patients. I feel so comfortable and at home despite the fact that I never smile Because I hate my smile. The only downside is that I have to drive 4 hours to come see him but hey, it’s totally worth the perfection skills of Dr. Daniel and the amazing experience. And while I’m writing this, there was a customer who was standing since all of the seats were taken. One of the assistants brought a chair from the back office to offer him a chair... seriously. The humility in this place is just so heartwarming. Can’t wait for my next appointment... :-)

From the moment I got here all of the dentists were very friendly and so were the people at the front desk. The office itself gives off a very welcoming vibe. The people at the front desk are very friendly there is also a small desk with candy and water. My appointments usually don't take that long and during the appointment I feel very relaxed and I know I'm in good hands.

Most of the reviewers on here must be millionaires? I paid $150 fee for first consultation which I think is a bit of a rip off. They say it is applied towards x-ray. When I checked prices with other just as excellent dentists in the neighborhood for exactly same work ......Bensonhurst Dental was charging 3 times ...... YES THREE TIMES..........I am not exaggerating........ what the others were charging. I spent a lot of time going back and forth about the price and I know the prices. Even if I were a millionaire why should I patronize a place that charges exorbitant prices? Support the dentists that offer good work at a reasonable price is my thing. Even if they offered champagne in the waiting room I wouldn't go back!

Its very bizarre when you read hundreds of glowing reviews and you walk away with a not so good experience. Yes, they are nice and the place is beautiful but they are extremely pricey, and to make matters worse they no longer accept insurance. So are they catering to the people who can afford these expensive procedures? Not everyone can just spend $1500 for a root canal or several hundred for fillings. I made my financial situation clear to the doctor and said my plans changed since learning they don't take insurance. We agreed on the bare minimum.After the meeting with the doctor I'm taken into a room to pay for that visit only to be talked into things I can't afford by some young girl (hello I just agreed to filling 2 cavities and all of a sudden I NEED this other stuff. It was all very strange. So I won't be going back. I give Dr. Daniel credit for being very nice but I was pressured into spending afterwards which really soured the whole experience. Not taking insurance just worsens things.
