I did my Invisalign at this one stop shop, and they tried to pass off to me a counterfeit retainer. Not only was this a complete waste of money and time dr benjamin did not even look at me at all, and when it ended he said I needed to start it again. When that ended the retainer he gave me was a counterfeit that he molded in his own lab, and not a real Invisalign brand retainer. I had to fight to actually with them to get the real brand that I paid for. What a waste of money this was. I should have gone to a real orthodontist who knows how to move teeth professionally safely. Don’t trust dental offices that claim to do everything.

Dr. Benjamin is extremely professional and seems to be knowledgeable about his field. I found my visit to be quick and pleasant. Would definitely recommend to a friend and will definitely be returning in the future.

I saw one of Dr Benjamin’s obscene commercials and came here because of a dull tooth sensation and I see why he has to advertise on late night 4am cable stations. Nobody is professional or has a trusted diagnosis. I also really disliked the receptionist and it seems like they immediately go for the harshest most expensive diagnosis. He told me I need to do a root canal on my center tooth. I take very good care of my teeth and so I was very skeptical and went to a different dentist recommended to me by a friend and he told me I only have a little sensitivity on my tooth and recommended new toothpaste and mouthwash, which worked. When I told him the previous dentist wanted to do a root canal he got angry at the outright lie or ineptitude of some dentists. Thank god I did not let Dr Benjamin touch my teeth. A stain on NYU Dental School.

If you are a person of color do not waste your time making an appointment at this establishment. I scheduled an appointment today two weeks ago and my appointment was cancelled ON ARRIVAL! No good afternoon but a surprised look and a very matter of fact “we tried to cancel your appointment earlier.” My husband got a confirmation of my appointment an hour before (even though my phone number should be on file) I guess the hygienist that works for the colored folk wasn’t in today. Absolutely disrespectful, disgusting, and unprofessional. When attempting to reschedule the appointment receptionist “shrugged” and said “anyway when can you come in?”We live in sad day when with all the technology we have available not even a voicemail could be left to let a first time patient know not to come. Yeah no. Keep racially profiling your patients.

WARNING: DO NOT LET MAURICE BENJAMIN TALK YOU INTO LETTING HIM PERFORM THE BONE GRAFT-IMPLANT PROCESS. MY BONE IS RUINED. Maurice Benjamin is an extreme INCOMPETENT FOOL whose GREED has him attempt complicated procedures he has no business or expertise doing. After a rough and unqualified EXTRACTION led to excruciating PAIN when he removed TOO MUCH BONE as well as not knowing how to bone graft correctly to save the socket, this incompetent dentist kept looking at the extraction area over a three month time saying “It looks good it's not ready yet”—MEANWHILE the UNQUALIFIED GENERAL DENTIST CAUSED ME TO LOSE MY ENTIRE SOCKET BONE because he clearly didn’t know or think to fix the bone graft and in that time the GUM LINE ATROPHIED FROM BONE LOSS BECAUSE NOTHING WAS IN THE SOCKET PROTECTING THE BONE. STAY AWAY---UNLESS YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR MOUTH

The staff is very welcoming, the office is filled with the latest technology and professional dentists. Everyone is trained with expertise and knowledge. The procedures were quick and not painful. I was completely comfortable. Highly satisfied and would recommend! They're sure to put an All American Smile on your face!

Dr. Benjamin is a very caring and professional dentist. I have been coming here for more than 20 years and I've always have successful results in my root canal, implants, and bone grafts. All his staff do their best to accommodate clients and speak many languages.

I think people need to know that this man is a fraud, a con, and a cheat. He has no idea how to protect your teeth and does not care to. He performed multiple root canals on my daughter that she did not need at all, but we trusted him. You can even see him whispering to his awful office manager in front of you how to charge you and what to claim. I came across his commercials projecting himself as caring and professional and it angered me so much.
