I set up an appointment and was told they have a strict schedule so to be there on time. I show up and am waiting for 10 mins before they tell me they have to reschedule my appointment. UPDATE: after coming back for the rescheduled appointment, they saw me immediately and the doctor did great work. I appreciate their effort to rectify what happened the first time... After the second visit, the appointment time was again, promptly kept and the doctor did excellent work! Overall professional place, and worth the time!

Terrifying experience, they were unprofessional and pushy! I scheduled my first appointment with doctor Yuliya Rabinivic and during the appointment while confirming the doctor name, I realized I was being seen by another doctor! None cared to inform or consult me on that. I found it very unprofessional and it ruined my trust. That made me wonder if they were hoping I would not realize it, make another doctor pass by her so they could maximize number of clients they can book under one doctor… They were also very pushy giving me the impression there was a desire to squeeze as much as possible out of the insurance. Although my appointment was not for a cleaning, they insisted on conducting a cleaning and x rays, even after I mentioned I just had both done a few weeks prior with another dentist. No alternative was provided. At the end again they were insisting that I book next appointment / cleaning… Not coming back! --------------Comment to their response below-------------------- -As mentioned above I only learned I was not being seen by doctor Rabinivic DURING THE APPOINTMENT while seated on the dentist chair after I had cleaning and x rays taken… and I discovered that because I asked, again NONE CARED TO INFORM OR CONSULT ME -I clearly mentioned to the staff I saw another dentist few weeks prior but they STILL PUSHED ME TO DO ANOTHER SET OF X RAYS, without mentioning additional cost or giving me the possibility to bring x rays from another dentist -As a patient I expect transparency and professional advice in order to make conscious decisions

I have been visiting this dental office since I turned 18. This dental office has a wonderful team of front desk employees. My appointment is never delayed, and my spot is even held when I run late. The hygenist is very friendly, and the dentist is one of the friendliest people you will meet. The office is filled with state of the art "tooth apreciation equipment", and the comfort of a spa with their massage dental chairs. Even the water in the little sink by your chair you use to rinse your mouth tastes minty its amazing.

The staff at Beautiful Smiles are very considerate when it comes to respecting my time-if there's an unexpected wait, they'll tell me to come in ten minutes later because they'd rather wait on me if they need to. The doctors are very knowledgable and treat me as if I'm a family member. Making appointments are easy thanks to Agnes and Soor. I highly recommend them to family and friends. The most relaxing dental office in Midtown Manhattan. The chair massage is definitely a plus!

Beautiful Smiles Dental Associates PC located at 1212 Avenue of the Americas is possibly the best dentist office that anyone can go to. They are very gentle and caring to your needs and they have people skills! Their staff is absolutely amazing-highly professional group and well experienced! I absolutely love it here! The staff is very friendly from the time you call to make an appointment. Agnes, the Office Manager always works with my schedule and always gets me in when I need to. I love their policy of booking appointments well in advance and how attentive they are when it comes to keeping appointments. With my crazy schedule I had to try to make it in today. I told Agnes I had to get in and she called me back after working her magic and was seen! The hygienist, Sasha is super gentle. So gentle I felt like I was falling asleep in the chair. I'm sure I must have dozed off for a few minutes. I definitely tell everyone to come here because they are truly amazing- from beginning to end. I can't wait to go back in 4 months! :)

I have never had to wait in the 4 years I've been going here. Highly recommend. The staff is very organized, calm, and helpful. I forgot my insurance card and the gentleman at the front desk was very kind. I felt quite flustered but was quickly reassured and the problem resolved after the staff searched me on the insurances system. My error totally, but rectified immediately and politely.

And I don't really know, because how would I, but it sure seems like everybody knows what the heck they are doing. I also like that there is a door in the hallway where their office is that just says, "State of California." You'll see it. It's awesome. It looks like a door from 1965.

I knew instantly when I walked into BDSA's offices that I had found the right dental practice. I had booked an early appointment, so was seen right away. My hygenist was professional, friendly, caring if I was in any discomfort, and relatable. I told her after I think this was the best cleaning I've had in my life. Then Dr. Irina Reyzelman came in and wsa great as well. Friendly and professional. She examined me and said I had three cavities to take care of (my fault obviously!). I trusted her implicitly. I'll be back again to get the fillings.

Dr. Kwasnik is amazing. I have had a cleaning and cavities fixed here and they did a superb job. Dr. Kwasnik went over my xrays with me and explained every single detail to me and what the cavity filling procedure would be like.
