Dr. Grouz is a highly skilled a dentist with a refreshing non-nonsense attitude. Appointments are quick but not rushed and his friendly staff keeps everything running smoothly.

Long waits. Too much in and out of exam rooms. It might seem efficient but looks like drive by dentistry. Can't seem to be in too many rooms and give patients confidence you care about quality service. Staff is nice. It's the delays of dentists that get folks riled up. You can not schedule too many patients close together.

The long wait, no respect for his patients time.....3:45 appointment never got seen until 6:05 came in at 3:20 figured I am a new patient I came early to get work papers out my way, absolutely ridiculous. Completely over booked.
