Every 6 month I come to 65 Broadway Dental, the girls are so friendly and pleasant. I get my cleaning done by Galina. She does a spectacular job on my teeth, that when I go home feeling happy, and have a wide smile so people can see my shinning teeth. I came for an (overdue) cleaning. 65 has always been a clean, efficient and friendly office but it feels like they somehow upped their game and made it even more of all of the above. The cleaning was excellent, brief visit from dentist excellent. I need some work and the printout of the billing and procedure they gave me, as well as the staff's explanations was spot on.

I went here for a checkup before I saw all these reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. It is a beautiful office filled with nice welcoming people. Judy was my hygienist who performed the procedure. Judy and her assistant were very attentive and perform their work with pride and care. In addition to the excellent cleaning they took x-rays. Alexander Heifitz was my dentist. He informed me about the condition of my teeth. He also told me what I should do to take better care of my teeth. Everything went smoothly and took around 30 minutes. I'm so happy I went to the right place!!! I will recommend this place to everyone! Thank you, Alexander Heifitz and Judy.

Does google offer a 10 star rating? I called a list of approx 10 dental offices given to me by my insurance co. Half of which no longer accepted my coverage. The other lot had no appointments for 30 days. I called 65 Dental and they accepted my coverage from 2 different employers and they saw me the same day! 4-crowns later and Implants on the horizon I've had nothing but SUPERIOR service from their Drs., techs, and admin staff over the course of the past 4-6 weeks!

Once I walked into the office I was greeted by 3 happy bright faces at the front desk. The doctor and assistants made me feel very comfortable with all the treatment that I was looking for and debriefed me on all of it. When discussing setting up a payment plan and discussing financeing options the treatment plan coordinators are very professional & talented at what they do. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Top notch service! I love that the receptionists call you by name before you even get to the reception desk...they are informing you that they are signing you in...that's amazing to me, and service excellence does not stop there. They are transparent and give you choices. The doctors are informative and caring. They tell you the truth, not what is necessarily lucrative. I was blessed to find them for am emergency situation, but plan on bing a lifetime patient!

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from Angela at the front desk. I felt like I was visiting old friends, even though I was new to this establishment. I was like Norm going to Cheers sans the alcohol. From Angela, to Yenni who did my x-rays, who was very nice as well and who you could mistake for the 'Mother of Dragons', even though she doesn't watch the show! To the dental hygienist whose name escapes me at the moment, to Dr. Katie Nemirovsky, who I was sad to hear is only filling in. I was happy to have had her as my new dentist. My only regret is it took me so long to finally leave my old dentist for lack of professionalism (opening on time and keeping appointments) to what I now found out, how lax they were in caring for my teeth! Thanks Lana, for referring me to 65 Broadway Dental! I would definitely recommend them to all of my co-workers and already told friends if they were looking for a good dentist, to come here.

I have been to a lot of dentist and my experiences have not been that great.I must say Dr. Tkachuk was by far the nicest dentist. I had to get two root canals and it was painless. He was excellent! I’m so happy I found this dentist office, my experience has been nothing but positive.

Honestly was a little bit skeptical to come to this office, since I have read so many scary reviews! But I was told that they have changed the management, so I decided to give a shot. And I don't regret at all. My experience started with a welcoming receptionist, who explained everything and made the paperwork super easy. Immediately after that they took me inside the room, very efficient, no waiting time whatsoever. The helper of dentist took my X-rays( she was very nice and careful) and Judy( with more than 25 years of experience!!!) did an amazing teeth cleaning. Along the way we had a great conversation and numerous tips to improve my oral health. All went smoothly, then I had a conversation with a dentist, a very pleasant man, who explained what needs to be done. No pressure at all. Wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this dental clinic. Everyone there is genuinely nice!

If i could give 6 starts i would. Hands down the BEST dental spot I’ve been to in a while. I had a tooth extracted last minute and they called me the next day to see how I was feeling! Who does that?? :) The girls upfront are sharp, sweet and on POINT and I never waited more then 2 minutes in the waiting area. Dr. Bre was great, explaining the procedures crystal clear without being patronizing yet comforting. Love the cool, chill yet professional vibe here. Will be coming here for a while.

Very happy with the treatment that I was provided at this office. I was taken very quickly to see the dentist. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Dr. Tkachuk makes you feel completely comfortable with all work and decisions regarding your teeth. He is caring, considerate, wise and does his work proficiently and in an expert manner. Not only did he help me so much I with planning everything that needed to be done for my teeth but he was always kind and helped me pick the best options that were in my favor. Also the office team is amazing and always was flexible and understanding with me and I appreciate the entire staff.

Very unprofessional I went for an interview and they only tool 5 minutes and also here was a girl before that got interview that stay longer and I imaging they chooses her over me really doesn't matter but it would have been nice if they would have told me instead of asking me questions if they weren't interested. Manager was on her phone for those 5 minutes and manager was confuse.

This place is a scam. I was told I needed 12 cavities and they ended up doing work on four of the "decaying teeth" before I realized something was up. After charging me hundreds of dollars (they wanted to charge me even more and then when we asked for itemized receipts they pulled back) and causing me weeks of tooth pain I finally got a second opinion and found out that they had been drilling and filling holes in my mouth for no reason. I cannot warn you enough - DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AT THIS OFFICE.

I’ve been a client for 8 years and have always received professional treatment. However I would point out that I have never seen the same person in the 66 Broadway Dentle office twice - never the same dentist, hygienist or even receptionist. They must have a high staff turnover rate. I’m constantly being introduced to new staff members whenever I visit the office - and I can be sure they will no longer be working there when I come back for a follow up visit a few months later.

They are always efficient, honest and effective. I never feel "upsold" or felt that they have any motivation other than my health. Also, I generally show up for my appointment and am seen right away and am out within 30 minutes of arriving, a rarity in the medical world.

Best root canal ever! I hate needles and I hate going to the dentist, so I can't believe I'm writing this. I was at work when my tooth started hurting so badly, I wanted to rip my face off! From the initial call to explain the pain I was in and ask if I could get an emergency appointment to checking out at the front desk -- and everything in between -- the staff and Dr. Igor made the experience so pleasant. The receptionist could hear the pain in my voice when I called, so she squeezed me in that day. When I arrived, the receptionist handed me a tablet on which to fill out my info; she came over and helped me complete it when she saw I was in pain. The dental assistant came out right away and walked me to the exam room. As she was prepping for the X-rays, I told her there was no way I could bite down on the tooth! She easily chose an alternate way to take the X-ray. She only took an X-ray of the area that was bothering me and explained they were going to focus on the immediate dental issue and would do complete X-rays upon my return visit. That impressed me and I really appreciated it. Dr. Igor came in, looked at the results, showed me that had a cavity and emergency root canal. I told him how much I hated needles and he assured me that he would make it as painless as possible. He kept his word -- I screeched when he gave me the first needle, but I didn't feel a thing after that, because he number me up good! I picked up my pain meds and antibiotics and went back to work after the procedure, which took a little more than an hour.

The appointment was set up through Zocdoc, a night before the actual appointment. My daughter complained of having toothache for several days, I decided to search online on my insurance webpage, unable to search for providers without creating an account. Then I moved on to google search and looked for Dental providers in the city, this office pop up second in the search results. I looked throughly and successful booked the appointment online though Zocdoc. The next morning the doctors office called around 9am to confirm And accomodate my appointment. Formt desk lady was very professional and pleasant. The Dental hygienists were patient, and very welcoming with my children. My youngest child was allowed to see the dentist also. I inquired about mysef been seen on the same day, they said yes and all three of us see the Dentist, something we were long overdue for. This location has easy access by subway lines,:2,3,4,5 and the J and Z trains. I dont regret it. After loosing contact with my childhood dentist , this wa definately a good option for us. Hi-tech equipment and clean environment. No complaints what so ever, and my girls and I are very content with the results.

This place is horrible and likes to take advantage of people. The cleaning I got was terrible and my teeth did not feeling clean, the girl did a rush job. I was supposed to see a specific dentist which did not happen and I took a day off too. This place also over charged me for basic x Ray which I did not need because I already had X-ray that was only a year old. I been to other office that I have gotten a free x-ray scan the use the old cards that they put into your teeth. My basic x-ray came up to over $1,900. They also used part of my insurance that was not suppose to be used, I specifically told not to use one of my insurance and they did anyway, I think this place does insurance fraud, I had to call my insurance to check my insurance, she told me they made a mistake really... A mistake

I had two cavities done without any issues. I was concerned because I had some cavities fixed in a different place and I had to go back and forth several times because the bite wasn't right. The dentist, Dr. Igor, did a great job and got it right at the first shot. The receptionists are very friendly, especially Angela. The waiting time is reasonable and the office is very nice and quiet. I would definitely recommend this dental office.

The Staff is really nice and helpful. It was pretty easy to get an appointment. The dentist was informative and didn’t make me feel bad about the state of my teeth. The equipment is modern and it took approximately 10 minutes to xray my whole mouth. The only thing I didn’t like was I was asked to verify my own insurance benefits because the front desk either didn’t know how or couldn’t get a hold of a representative.

AVOID THIS PLACE. I went here because it had good reviews online and needed a place in the city, but I will never go back. Was told I had two cavities that needed to be filled, which I found odd because I had been going to my dentist back home for years, twice a year, and never had a cavity. I didn't think a dentist would lie to me, however, and got it filled there. 6 months later and I was still having pain at the site of the filling so I went to my dentist back home over the holidays for a second look. My dentist at home told me it looked like I never had a cavity there (I was billed for 2 fillings in between two teeth, one cavity on either side), and was told they left an open gap on my tooth which was causing my pain (probably because they used a cheap bonding agent so the filling didn't seal properly), so my dentist at home had to extract the faulty filling and then refill it, all for a cavity that was NON-EXISTENT. On top of that, the dentist I saw here was rude and verbally struggled to place the filling. He complained that my mouth was "too small" and it took him over an hour to put in the filling (dentist back home extracted the filling and re-did it within 30 minutes). In the end, this experience has cost me over $400, all for a cavity that I don't believe I ever really had. I feel scammed and violated, please avoid this place at all costs. I would not trust them. If you go here, be sure to get a second opinion elsewhere if something doesn't seem right. I'm kicking myself right now for trusting them.

The cleaning was thorough and people were nice and professional, but as I was leaving they were uncomfortably persistent that I pay $1,600 to get 2 cavities filled. I was able to do this at a different clinic for a fraction of the price. Would return for a cleaning, but never for a procedure.

Went to the office today because my fake tooth broke and Dr Stern and Andreas were extremely helpful. They took the time to ensure I look presentable . Going to the dentist can be an extremely stressful experience and when you go to 65 Broadway's dental - you feel taken care of from the secretaries to the dentist! I will definitely come again.

Great experience from start to finish. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable on both,the administrative, and clinical end. Dr. Tkachuk's work is exquisite and the least painful dental work I've ever had. The professionals assisisting him during the procedure are also expert and warm. As are the professionals on the front end/behind reception, who followed up on my appointments and let me know based on my insurance policy, exactly what my costs would be prior to my visit. The practice is close to my office and I had time on two occasions (one a filling, the other a crown)to read a magazine while the numbing subsided, before it was time to go back from my lunch break. The best dental office I've ever been before. The lady at the desk is awesome, friendly and caring. It was surprise for me how they really cares about their patients. I’ve got professional dental cleaning from Hygenest Olga (I forgot her last name). When she was cleaning my teeth, I honestly couldn't even feel anything. The dental assistant (didn't get to catch her name) was very pleasant and helpful. Dr Alexander Heifitz is an extremely friendly, likable and knowledgeable dentist. Short story: the doctor said he cannot do anything with my 15gh and 16th teeth because "they aro too close to jaw bone", and offered to go with "easiest solution": pull out the teeth and replace them with implants. Oh: I went to another doctor. Everything I needed was filling. Adding. As wrote above, I got nothing done here. But I got mail from my ensure saying the dentist claims for over $17K. I heard from others that it is not the first time this office is doing insurance frauds.

I came here because it was the only dentist office with good ratings with my insurance plan, however my experience here during each visit has been progressively worst. From terrible wait times, to filling the wrong cavity, and during both cleaning visits they've left once a poked hole in my tooth and during this last visit completely chipped my back molar. Refuse to return so I am waiting until my new insurance in January to go to another practice instead.

I came to this office for three years, and at my last two cleanings, I was highly recommended extra services, for which I’d have to pay out of pocket more than $300, including for cavity fillings. Mind you, I’d never had a history and didn’t have any symptoms, and when the new dentist pulled up my x-ray images and blew them up in front of me, he didn’t really explain what he was seeing in a way that convinced me that I had a real problem. Since this was my second time being upsold, and I’d done an assiduous job for six months of flossing and brushing, I got a second opinion elsewhere. I was told in no uncertain terms with the new dentist that I didn’t need any extra services and was doing a good enough job with my oral hygiene. I’m switching to a new practice — it’s exhausting fending off the extra service recommendations insinuating I’ve got big problems.

I've avoided the dentist for a few years out of fear, but had an emergency arise. 65 Broadway Dental was able to get me in first thing the next morning, on a Saturday no less, when I had never even been seen there before. Every person on staff is beyond friendly and helpful, they are incredible clear about cost structures and the best of all is Dr. P. She was incredibly sensitive to my anxiety and has helped get me back on track with my oral health. I'd recommend this practice to anyone, and particularly if you are afraid of the dentist like me. The dentists office will never be my favorite place to go, but 65 dental and Dr. P are really the best I could imagine and I'm very grateful for them.
