We have always had a great experience except today the girl (same girl) cleaned both my daughters teeth was really rough. She stabbed each of there gums with the sharp cleaner then when she seen the blood told each of them they are not flossing in a rude way. Then she stabbed Kaitlyns tongue. I told Dr Keeley so I hope she tells her to be careful. They are still in pain and I am not happy. I think her name was lily-something. Thin girl long hair in ponytail..

This place was recommended by my sister because both my niece and nephew are seen here. ALL staff members are very friendly. Dental office is very clean. Love that each station has their own tv that show movies for the children as a distraction and making the dental office less scary for them. Love that reminders are sent via text message, but it is an option. I had to reschedule an appointment for my daughter, and they gave me different options, and worked around my busy schedule.

They are amazing. Even if we’re late they always call my kids back right away and we’ve never waited longer than 10 minutes. That’s saying a lot because most medical offices make you wait at least 30 minutes; even when you get there on time... The staff is always kind and go out of their way for you. I love that Smiles For Kids offers evening appointments! My children have been patients of Smiles For Kids for 9 years now, they have always had positive experiences. We chose Smiles For Kids because my daughter needed her bottom baby teeth pulled and they offered laughing gas to make it painless (other places we called only gave a shot for this type of extraction). I have always been impressed with the staffs ability to work so well with children. I highly recommend this place for your children's dental needs!

Don't deserve one star. This place slaps Fluoride on kids and calls it a cleaning and bills for a cleaning. At every cleaning there should be a hygienist using their tools and electronic tools to clean the plaque off every tooth. I sat and watched today many-many children and teens being applied Fluoride and sent on there way. They had no hygienists and no tools that cleaned their teeth. Every dentist I have gone to use tools to clean each teeth to prevent cavities. They also should be using magnifying eye wear to see the teeth up close for proper cleaning. The cleaning we had was equivalent to my kids brushing their own teeth. This is the only dental office that does not utilize tools. Are you not cleaning the right way so cavities can come in the next visit for more money billing opportunities??? Cleaning is $50 Cavities $500 Parents don't be ashamed to ask for a good cleaning it's our right... Smile for kids I encourage you to respond to this message Also Your dentist sure looked for braces opportunities to sell it didn't correct the cleaning IF YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE A GREEDY DENTIST GO HERE WE DESERVE GOOD SERVICE AND NOTHING LESS I would like you to provide me with money to get a better cleaning elsewhere since you billed my insurance already that's the right thing to do...

The waiting room was clean and was great for entertaining kids, especially older kids. I had my 1.5 old son with me, though, and we had to wait about 30min to be seen. He did well and waited patiently. He also did well with the hygienist and enjoyed getting his toothbrush from her. However, after seeing the dental hygienist and waiting for the dentist we were in the office for an hour and 10min total. By the end he was very upset and crying. I couldn’t think of any questions to ask when the dentist asked if I had any because he was crying in my lap. The hygienist and dentist did apologize. They said that patients were being seen in order. I’m not sure how to improve this situation except to maybe have more dentists available or prioritize younger patients. The time with the dentist took was about 5min since he is so young and new to the dentist. This was his first dentist visit and it was disappointing that it did not go better especially since he was such a willing patient.

We bring our kiddo here and have never had any problems. Little to no wait, there cleaning (at our visits) are wonderful and hygienists are always super kind, patient with our son! It’s a large office where they can see many kids at once in a large office. They also have private individual rooms that I prefer. Everything is always clean and tidy! Overall it’s a great place to bring the kids! Monitors for kids to sit/lay to watch cartoons. I’m sure there not perfect and have areas to work on but it’s very close to perfect visits for us to happily continue coming.

We called Smiles for Kids less than thirty minutes before they closed this evening. My 3 year old had broken her teeth falling in the bathtub. They said they would wait for us so they could X-ray her mouth and make sure everything was okay. Nobody seemed to mind staying late to take care of an emergency visit. My rating is based on my experience thus far and does not go against the service of the providers. I was referred to Smiles for Kids from my child's orthodontist for a procedure that needs to be done. It took about a month to be contacted in which they were able to schedule an a appointment the best they could to meet my scheduling needs. Prior to the scheduled appointment, I was contacted and informed that my appointment needed to be rescheduled as the provider will not be in the office. Again, they rescheduled my child's appointment as best they could. In the week leading to the appointment, I received a confirmation call, in which I confirmed as well as a text and responded with my confirmation. The day of the appointment, I received a "reminder" text of the appointment however, when I arrived 15min prior to the scheduled time, I was informed that the appointment had been rescheduled to an earlier time and I missed the appointment. I showed the front desk clerk all the reminder's I received with confirmations and she too was puzzled at why my appointment was showing a different time. I was never contacted of the change however, the clerk stated there was notes stating that an attempt to notify me was made 5 days prior and a voice mail was left. This unfortunately was not the case. I have since been attempting to reschedule the appointment but have been unsuccessful in getting through until today (nearly 2 weeks from the appointment date). Frustratingly, I was again unable to reschedule as the only person who could reschedule this visit was out of the office. I hate to leave bad reviews but this is the reality of my experience and will be asking my child's orthodontist to refer us elsewhere.

I took the day off for my sons xray appointment and follow up at the east side clinic. The follow up was canceled a week and half ago due to the doctor being out of office. Which is fine. For the x ray appointment however, I have received multiple text reminders and calls to confirm the appointment. I show up 15 minutes early and 10 minutes after the appointment was told it will be another 10 minutes as the machine was down. Then another 10 then after 45 minutes told my son can go back then after another 10 minutes was told the machine was down and if we could go back. Or pop in whenever I could. I told them I don't have time by the actual appointment. It was already a 35 minute drive. I took time off for this appointment and dont have extra time to drive across town to "pop" in, or go back in a couple of hours as I have multiple jobs and responsibilities and this appointment was scheduled months in advance. Then calling the other clinic to ask if we have to reschedule, because they told me to drop off the CD as soon as we were done but can't, because the machine was down, being put on hold and blind transferred and having to repeat myself all over and realizing this conversation was going no where and finally giving up asking to cancel my son's appointment and having to find another dentist who can handle the appointment where we dont have to drive across town and take my boys out of school again. Yes, I understand its "unpredictable" but I could have been told sooner and kept my boys in school.

Dr. Lee was wonderful! I appreciate her bedside manner with both of my children and with my husband and I. It’s evident that she’s very experienced, knowledgeable, calm and confident about her diagnosis and treatment plans. She’s direct and quick to the point without us feeling rushed through the appointment - she WILL take the time to answer your questions and I noted how she double checked before the end of her assessment that we didn’t have any concerns or need clarification about anything. The staff were helpful, polite and friendly. The clinic is very clean, bright and runs efficiently. It is not what I’d call a “flashy,” clinic with distracting, busy wall paper or decals everywhere, but they have iPads and tv screens to help distract kids during long dental procedures. Frankly, I prefer the “clinical look,” of their facility as it gives the impression that their focus is on the patient and their quality of care. We will be returning to complete both of our children’s dental plans and I feel confident knowing they’re in good, expert hands with Dr. Lee.

AWESOME!!! I was a bit worried, for a new oral surgeon and all, but let me tell you this staff was so great! My daughter had 3 of 4 wisdom teeth extracted on June 13, 2019. The surgery went very well. All of the staff that tended to my daughter made us both feel important to them. My daughter had an emotional reaction from the sedative. The nurses and staff took great care with her, never hurrying us to leave. It took us a little bit longer than normal to leave the parking lot, and the surgeon noticed this and came to the car to make sure she was doing ok. I brought all 3 of my girls (5, 7 & 16) in today for basic cleanings and exams. My 7yo has a massive fear bordering on a phobia of dentists. This is why we changed dentists in the first place. Our hygienist, LaTonya, put all of my girls at ease immediately and explained everything she was doing to my very skittish 7yo. Our dentist, Dr. Jenny, was amazing as well. This is the first time my daughter hasn’t had a meltdown and was actually smiling at the dentist. They’ve gained patients for life!

All three of my kids go to smiles for kids dentistry and each time we have an appointment for one of our kids it's a great experience. The entire staff here is wonderful. Two of my children have had to have the laser tongue and lip tie procedure done. One of my boys was 2 months old when he had the procedure done and my other son was just 11 days old. The doctors were very comforting, professional and did a great job. I appreciate the staff here at smiles for kids dentistry.
