We will not use modern dentistry again, they did not use our insurance and they said our insurance only covered 30% which was not true, also they are over priced, found a better dentist that actually uses and charges the insurance co. And is cheaper. Did not feel like a human being just a dollar sign

I booked an appointment two weeks out to see the ortho since she is barely there and so I took off work and drove 1.5 hours to come to this location to find out I was lied too. I asked numerous times how much it would be for the metal retainer even put on hold to verify and then I get there to have the price completely changed. I not only wasted my time I wasted my gas and I took off work! Beyond pissed!

My whole family goes here and EVERY employee there is nothing short of the BEST! Both my daughters and son have braces from here and get treated VERY well by the staff and doctors here. BEST experience for a dental clinic. My kids actually love going in for their dental needs.

Very fast and friendly. Root canal and crown done in under two hours. Crown made in office with auto cad cnc machine. Fits perfect, no return visit needed. Days of wear a temporary cap for two weeks while crown is made are over!

I recently had my lower denture repaired last month. I went in to have them adjusted twice, but to no avail. I paid over $100.00 to have a crack repaired . They have just broken again. I had goo service from John ,an assistant , but was treated very rudely by the office manager. The dentist did not do an impression to begin with which caused all my problems. I now have to go to another dentist to have them repaired at an additional cost. Very poor service.

My family has been going here for a few years since they opened and they have always been great! I've had to cancel at the last minute a few times (thank you teenagers!) and they have always been gracious about it. The prices are reasonable and most of the staff has stayed the same since they opened. That's rare nowadays.

Dr. Connor and his staff were amazing! I get extremely anxious when going to the dentist like most people, and I was made to feel comfortable almost instantly. I had a broken tooth that needed to be extracted and one dentist I saw before visiting this office told me I would need to go to an oral surgeon and he couldn't do anything. The oral surgeon they referred was not available until July 17 and I need this tooth out now (due to abcess and pain). After calling several other places we were made aware of Dr. Connor and his office, and were told he could do it and is experienced in extractions of broken teeth. Well he successfully did it and although I'm in pain at the moment due to the numbness disappearing, I know it was a miracle to find this Dr. on short notice and on a Saturday!! Also, Jordan was awesome in that she was able to explain the financial part very well and their prices are quite reasonable (with or without insurance). Thanks so much Rio Rancho Modern Dentistry! I will be back to get my crown on my other tooth soon.Can't believe I'm actually looking forward to going back. :)

08.11.2018 I'm updating my review to 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (from 3 stars, a year ago). In my original review I had recvd questionable work performed by a young, male dentist that is no longer working there. As a result of the work he did, it caused me to return to Modern Dentistry on several occasions for correction. I have to say...since Dr Connor took over this place, he has been wonderful. From the get-go he was willing to correct the work the prior dentist did. He tried on multiple occasions to work with what he had but ultimately he decided to redo the procedure the correct way ..the way it should have been done by the prior dentist (long gone.....as he should be). Prior to Dr Connor's taking over of the group, I was iffy but now I can confidently say this is my dentist & I will refer whenever I can as he is upstanding, considerate & professional. Oh and can I just say the way Dr Connor & Jonathan, his assistant, work together is like a well-oiled machine...s...m...o...o..t...h! Jonathan is not only great at anticipating Dr Connor's next move, he's also so friendly & makes you feel at ease. Actually, this whole team is that way....unintimidating. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, always smiling and eager to help. They know what they're doing here.

I needed a lot of work & quickly. After initial exam & cleaning, my first w/Laser to kill Bacteria, I set two appointments and in two weeks got both a new cap but two complete extraction & new implants w/caps! Oh, and a root that had lost it cap was extracted also.

I had a great time there (and who can say that about a visit to the dentist) Dr. Michael Connor and his side kick assistant John where fantastic... from the very beginning both gentlemen put me at ease... no pain at any stage of my treatment! Had a great experience at the Rio Rancho office. Office is clean, bright and the entire staff are cordial, courteous and professional. They greet you as you come in, with a smile. The process from beginning to end is smooth and carefree. They let you know up front what to expect and guide you through the entire process. I had a routine check up and had the dentist hygienist clean my teeth. My mouth felt great and pain free. I strongly recommend a visit and they offer a 1st time visit exam, films and cleaning for under $60. Don't hesitate to call and ask questions. You won't regret it.

I brought my 92 year old mother in for a consultation for her overall dental health and to discuss the possibilities of new dentures. The dentist was wonderful and advised us that with new dentures her eating capibilities would be vastly improved. He also gave us other options that were a little more pricey. My mother chose the new dentures and was told that if the dentures didn't fit properly or needed to b adjusted they would continue trying until they got it right. She went to a couple more visits where they adjusted her dentures, then on the last visit she was told that most people with dentures never have the same chewing/eating capabilities as they did with their own teeth and she pretty much just needed to adjust to milkshakes and soft food for the rest of her life! Which was a vastly different opinion then what we had been given when she was first seen. My poor mom still can't eat anything but soft foods and has pretty much given up hope on ever enjoying food again
