Love this place. They were patient with my daughter and made sure she was comfortable before they did anything. The staff focused their attention to her and was not distracted with anything else. They explained what needs to happen with my daughters teeth clearly and did not judge at all. They are very understanding and patient. I loved the lobby area, they played kids movies and had a little area for the kids to play and keep their hands busy. In the rooms they had TVs playing kids movies as well to keep them still. I would honestly recommend this place to anybody that is nervous about taking their kids to the dentist and I would recommend this place because of how they just make the atmosphere comfortable and caring.

Started my daughters Orthodontic treatment in November. Since then it has been a nightmare. The lab has sent two expanders that do not fit, therefore resulting in additional appointments, spacers, time and travel to the office for nothing. Extreme lack of communication from the office staff. Went in to have one of the expanders put on and it was not even there! We even sat in the waiting room for almost a half hour before we were told it was not there! Was told that once it was in I would receive a call getting us in for an appointment, again never called. I have to constantly call and follow up on appointments and treatment. I understand that what comes from the lab is out of the hands of the office, but the lack of communication needs to be addressed. This is not the way to run an office and keep patients returning. After last nights appointment, speaking with the back office manager, we agreed to give things ONE more chance. But overall, highly dissatisfied with the staff. The only reason I can say we are sticking it out to this point is Dr. Hann. He seems to be the only one who truly understands our frustration on a personal level. Each time we go in he has go above and beyond to fit us in and accommodate us to the best of his ability.

We've been seeing Dr Bishop for our little guy. He's only 17 months old now, so he was seriously freaked out at our visit today, but Dr Bishop was calm and patient, even though my little one screamed the entire time he was in the room. The rest of the staff is friendly. Edit: we saw Dr Peck for a fluoride treatment and to discuss upcoming treatment options and he seemed rushed and we didn't feel all of our questions were answered. Edit: we saw Dr Aragon today for a cleaning and to discuss upcoming treatment. We found her to be very pleasant, knowledgeable, and she offered treatment options that neither Dr Bishop nor Dr Peck offered. We'll be seeing Dr Aragon from now on.

Dr Wells has no patience to be working at a children’s clinic. Was not concerned about my daughters complaint and just rushed her out the door with no resolution! Highly disappointed and angry! Dr Wells also raised her voice at my daughter and made her cry more!

I personally loved coming here as a child. My step children love it. They were able to get my daughter in the same day. The only issue I had was that I was treated as if i couldn't afford the procedure for my 14mo daughter that's not covered under medicaid. So much so her appointment is for 2 weeks out (they offered for even further out so i could come up with money?) But she's in pain and money isnt an issue. Othwr than that i like the dentists and DAs

We took my son for his first dentist visit to this office on a Monday. The minute we walked in we were greeted with a smile and acknowledged. The receptionist was very thorough with paperwork and explained everything that would happen.. we then waited to be called back and the dental assistant was very sweet and talked my son through the whole cleaning process and gave him a book she then explain what the dr would do and answered my questions there was another patient next to my son with another dental assistant and she was just as friendly to her patients and parent the dr then came in and talked to us checked my sons teeth and asked if we had questions he gave my son a goodie bag and we left very happy and already have another appointment set up! Great place to get seen we very thankful!!

Rio Grande Dentistry front desk girl was super rude. We waited over an hour and half because she let other people without appointment go in front of is. She was so rude when I asked her about it. My toddler was so wild by the time we went back. This made it difficult. He was also hungry because dinner time with big delay.

I was completely delighted to learn on our last visit, that they take children until 18 years of age. I couldn't imagine taking my son anywhere else for his dental care! I bring my kids to this dentist, and my daughter sees the orthodontist. We are very happy with this place and I would highly recommend them. Dr. Hann is great, he's very detailed in his treatment plan and you never leave feeling like you didn't get enough information. And bonus, he's a great doctor, plus he seems to genuinely care about his patients. Tabitha, the orthodontic coordinator is awesome!!! She's been very helpful and we greatly appreciate it

This place is a joke. Do not see Armando Chavez. Upon my child's initial visit this clown says one thing on first visit, then second visit changes story. This guy should not be a children dentist. He did a filling on my child and gave up after 10 minutes of work, which gives an example of his patience with children. Then has the nerve to tell us we should have given her something that would make her drowsy all day instead of nitrous oxide when on initial visit he said they both work the same and also on second visit he tries to claim she has more cavities then he discussed in first visit 1 week prior. Instead of trusting this guy we went to a different dentist to get a second opinion only to find out what cracker jack box doc chavez calls cavities is a minor stain on her tooth and nothing to worry about, which makes me question if she ever even had any cavities in the first place. (Malpractice perhaps?) This guy has no business in dentistry. Especially children dentistry.

I love this dentist office for my kids. They both go twice a year. Whole staff is awesome with kids. Our daughter has down syndrome and has seen them since one year. They are great at distracting her and getting her to relax. They have kids movies playing on an adjustable monitor so they can see it the whole time they are looking at their teeth. They actually like going to the dentist.

I absolutely love this place! I was able to check on my 16 year old, 14 year old, and 5 year old as they did their cleanings and x-rays. They were fast, friendly, professional, and very polite! They in detail explained everything that was done and future plans. This will be mine and my childrens new permanent dentist. I highly recommend this as your go to dentistry, as it will for me and my family.

The wait for the dentist was pretty long. It took ten minutes to clean my kids teeth and after that we waited and waited. Once I met him I did like Dr Rowan’s manner. Can you schedule appointments in a way to reduce wait times? Also... I’m not bilingual. Receiving one text in English and one in Spanish means twice the annoying texts. I guess I should just ask not to get text alerts at all.
