I have been going to Las Cruces Dental Associates since my children were young...they are now in their mid thirties with families of their own! So for decades I’ve been a patient and will not go anywhere else for my dental health and I feared dentists after a traumatic experience as a child! The staff is excellent; very caring, kind and professional! It feels like visiting a loving family! They truly care about their patients! I highly recommend them whenever someone is looking for quality dental care. I love them so much I even recommended them to my entire family and even my parents! My 83 year old mom continues to go to them and will go nowhere else! If you’re looking for excellent dental care, go to Las Cruces Dental Associates, you won’t regret it!!

I had been going to this office for several years unfortunately due to having two procedures redone by a different provider and scheduling issues, I have decided to seek services elsewhere. The last time I had a appointment @ this office I was rescheduled twice, while waiting for my last appointment I was told I would have to wait 45 to 60 minutes after being there 20 minutes or I could reschedule for the 3rd time.

The knowledge and expertise of Dr. Sudimack is absolutely incredible but our family of six, will be moving to a different dentist due to the unfriendliness of the front office staff. Talking to them has become a very stressful experience and causes a great deal of anxiety and I am tired of it. Sharla is one of the most rude and unfriendly office staff I have ever encountered. She intercepts phone calls, and has begun coaching the new staff on how to resist making appointments for patients that have a balance. Sharla has also taken it upon herself to cancel our family appointments due to a balance on the account of 6 family members. She has repeatedly asked for credit card numbers, balances on our credit cards, what we currently make payments on. When asked what the office balance needs to be in order to continue appointments, she is very vague when she is directly asked about an exact balance, she simply says, "it needs to be brought down." The office staff have even refused to make appointments for our family member's annual cleanings which are covered by the insurance at 100%. Thank you for running off Dr. Sudimack's patients.
