We waited an hour just for our insurance to be approved. I have never waited that long to get it verified, its blue cross blue shield for goodness sakes! Absolutely NO communication from the staff that they were having issues. We left without being seen.

My daughter (1.5 yrs old) and I have had a great experience here. The front desk was nice and helpful. The back room staff were even more nice. The hygienist I had was very kid-friendly and was aware of toddlers reactions to cleanings. Still, they were helpful through everything. They do work on kids and adults, don't let the name fool you. The wait is kind of long (appointment was at 8 am, was finally seen at 9:15 am), depending on which days and times, obviously.

Horrible.. 2:30 appt didnt get in until 3:15 got back doctor numbed my mouth left to do another patient then came back his assistant was behind and so he left to do 2 more patients after waiting 1hr 30 for my exam to begin I left and called the office manager .. she had no solution, no apologies, said she couldn't speak for the doctor..

As my sister was getting her teeth xrays I was standing next to the window and these lady's sitting behind the desk are talking very badly about the patients here at kidskare one in particular.. You'd think working in a public place these lady's would have respect but they don't. We've only been here since 11:30 and its non stop complain complain complain. No need to talk crap about patients and their hair color or make fun of them for having a personality and being who they are.. I wouldn't want to be helped by these 5 rude lady's who can't keep their mouths shut.. Not even for 5 minutes sitting down waiting for a room to open up and these 2 lady's wanna give dirty looks and whisper behind the desk.. We can hear you and clearly you have no respect for anyone.. I will be calling and leaving a complaint about the workers at this dentist office.!!! There's a thing called respect and no other dentist place in Hobbs has acted so disrespectful and rude towards people..

Horrible wait times 4 hours in the waiting room after my appointment time had started good thing we went in on my day off so we could sit there all day. We finally were seen as soon as they were supposed to be closing. Jeez

Horrible!! They may do good work but the waiting time is horrible. My son had his appt. at 1:15 we got there at 1 and we waited like 2 hours in waiting area then they called him to the back where we where for about another 30 min. This is actually the time they spend treating him. So I would say that normal waiting time should be about an hour no more. But due to the circumstances at kids Kare, make sure u have enough time to sit there and wait from 2-3 hrs and also eat something before u go or you'll be starving. Most of the time my little ones get so whiny for waiting to much that they start fighting with each other. I understand, but I feel like it's too much. All the time we go we spend 2 hrs. or more there even if it's just a cleaning. Personally, I think they should hire more dentists because it feels like they have to many patients for only two dentists.

Front desk personnel very unprofessional, laying back on chairs and unfriendly, when they make appointments they don't consult with you, they just give you whatever dates they want and they don't cooperate with you if you try to talk to them and don't seem interested in helping you at all.
