Awful. I went here because it was close and they took my insurance, that was a mistake. I told the hygienist up front that i took a medication that causes me to experience dry mouth which always makes me have cavities. During the xrays she spent her time talking about horror movies to anothet woman. Then she proceeded to tell me how bad my teeth were like she was disgusted. She asked me ig i had a job, i told her i take care of my dad and go to school, she then told me i should hurry up and finish school to get a job so i could pay fpr my dental work because my insurance was not good enough. She told me of prescription mouth wash and some procedures the dentist would want to do but then told me my insurance would not cover it though. She asked me if i really needed to take that medicine that caused dry mouth. Then the dentist came he greeted me asked me some questions, but then just talked to the hygienist and left. They scheduled me for more appointments but didn't tell me what work i needed, nothing. I left there feeling awful about my insurance and my teeth. I called the next day and informed them i would not be back and why. I do not recommend this place at all.

I wish there was a minus 1 to review. Terrible place, my daughter had the worst experience there. The hygienist kept telling her she had alot of work to be done and medicade wouldnt pay for most of it. She then told her she should hurry and finish college so she could get a job to pay for her dental. My daughter takes a medication that gives her dry mouth which causes decay problems. Hygienist told her she get off the medicine, i dont think she should be telling people that. I took her back to get her records so we can go to another dentist they wouldn't give them to her receptionist said she wasnt allowed to get them ir see them herself, they have to forward them to the new dentist. She then asked my daughter why she was going somewhere else my daughter told her what happened and the receptionist told her, well did you have alot of cavities. It sounded like if you need alot of work done its ok for them to treat you badly. I couldnt believe what i was hearing. Just because she has medicade shes in college, and her dad and myself pay for whatever her insurance doesnt, so this rude mean treatment really lost them alot of business. Its really a sad thing when a medical place treats their patients badly.

Recently, I had extensive dental work done culminating in 5 or 6 appointments at Just Clean Smiles. My experience was ultimately pleasant and I'm hard-pressed to find too many negatives. Yes, maybe the place is slightly drab looking, and maybe it took me a handful of appointments to figure out how to comfortable sit in the waiting areas'..unique seating options. But after my first appointment I knew the book was better than the cover, and happily continued to finish out the rest of my treatment plan at Just Clean Smiles. The dentist, assistants, and the receptionists were respectful and professional, they listened to my concerns and happily answered all of my questions. But best of all and what I feel really sets Just Clean Smiles apart from other dental practices (at least in my experience) is their ability to encourage good oral hygiene without making you feel ashamed, embarrassed or just straight unhygienic for having cavities, tooth infections, etc..I will happily go back the next time I need dental work done. I highly recommend!

I first came to Dr. Manzanares after experiencing severe tooth pain on both sides of my mouth. x-rays were taken and he came to the conclusion that my wisdom teeth were the root of my problem. That day he painfully extracted my two wisdom teeth on the right side of my mouth and wanted to immediately schedule for the next two wisdoms to be extracted. I declined to do so. This was a very painful experience and the numbing medication did not seem to help as much as it is intended. After the procedure he did not give me a prescription for antibiotics nor pain medication. I had to call the next day, which happened to be friday to ask for meds. They didn't even bother to get the script into the pharmacy until it was already about to close, disabling me from getting my meds and keeping me in pain for another day and a half. It turns out I didn't even need my wisdom teeth pulled. The problem existed where I told Manzanares it was in the first place. The teeth I pointed out were actually cracked and didn't find this out until I went to another dentist. Thank God I did. Even though the dentist I am seeing still recommends that I have my remaining wisdom teeth pulled, she is sending me to a qualified surgeon in Albuquerque to properly extract these teeth. I highly discourage anyone to go to this Dr.

This is my 2nd dentist in the area, and I have had a very positive experience. He has shown me every x-ray to demonstrate what needs to be done. He has taken care to ensure I have sufficient medication to handle whatever he is doing to my teeth. The hygienists are always friendly to me, and they have never given me a "painful x-ray" - in fact the last time I was there, I remarked at how painless it was. I don't really like anyone messing around in my mouth, but this dentist has been very professional, gentle, and careful.

I had a change in insurance so I visited just clean smiles for my 6 month cleaning, and to fix a tooth/filling that I had broken the week before. Keep in mind, I had regular cleanings every six months for over 5 years with my last dentist. They took a series of very painful x-rays. I have never had pain from X-rays before. I have no idea what the deal was with this hygienist. This "new" dentist told me I had "lots" of cavities that needed to be filled. He told me that I had cavities under all my fillings so they had to be removed and replaced. Before he would do any work though, he wanted to schedule me for a cleaning (which I thought I was getting with this appointment that I scheduled). When I pressed Mr. Dentist to tell me how many cavities I had, he would not give me a straight answer. He said to schedule my cleaning and, from there, they would look at getting a treatment plan in place. They looked at the schedule and... surprise! They just had a cancellation, so they could see me for my cleaning in 2 hours. I go in for my cleaning (2 appointments in one day to achieve what I originally went in for? Grr!) and everything goes relatively smoothly. The only complaint there is they did not ask if I wanted the fluoride treatment, they made it seem like it was mandatory. Mr. Dentist comes in with a treatment plan. He says he's going to start on the bottom left of my mouth, removing and replacing fillings, so to schedule that appointment as soon as possible. I ask him, again, how many cavities I have, and he again, refuses to answer. I schedule the appointment and go home, very concerned and feeling scammed. My boyfriend has a dentist friend, so we have that dental office request the x-rays (they refused to give me my own x-rats which, I understand, is against the law.) This dentist friend advises that 70% of the images are not of diagnostic quality. You can't see hardly anything! I book a second opinion appointment with another dentist that accepts my insurance (dentist friend doesn't... darn!) New dentist does pain free x-rays and exam. He determines that I have one small cavity on the bottom right, and my filling fell out in the bottom left (which is why I had booked with the other dentist in the first place along with the cleaning). So I need 2 fillings. 1 cavity, 2 fillings. Do not. I repeat. DO. NOT. Go to Just Clean Smiles. They are in the money making and scamming business. Trust your instincts. Get a second opinion. Don't be a pushover and let this dentist put you through unnecessary and painful medical procedures. This is your body, your health, and your money. Take care.

Had a root canal done today due to pain i was having for several weeks. the staff got me in an out of there with no pain during the procedure in an hour an a half. everyone is extremely nice here and were willing to leave their dental conference the next day to address any issues i could potentially have. they also gave me a pretty nice discount because my insurance was maxed out. overall great experience. anyone leaving bad reviews of this place is full of it. Dr Ranjbaran, Desha, thank you for a nice visit.

My experience was positive. My teeth are clean. 47 is under construction right now making it hard to get to the parking lot but that should change.
