I appreciate the efficient administration skills behind billing and appointments. I get texts and phone calls to remind me of appointments and am never surprised by the costs my insurance covers and what I have to pay out of pocket. I am so relieved to have such a great dentist so close to home.

He seems experienced and knows what he's doing. His scheduling seems busy - appointments are months in advance, but I suppose that is good in terms of business. Nice staff. Professional and competent dentist that is both mechanically astute and persistent. Dr Ferreira addresses a cavity in my upper molar that was difficult to get to and work on. It was complicated by referring gumline and exposed nerves. He did a good job fixing the problem. This review is from Doug Hefele, not Jill.

After my first cleaning, I had extra questions about some complicated symptoms I was having and they actually let me come back later that day to talk to Dr. Ferreira. He showed me additional xrays and we spoke at length for 15 minutes until I was comfortable, free of charge. This is a doctor and staff who care about each individual patient, something that is hard to find in the world of dentistry these days.
