Zero Star Rating.......Parasitic dentist that rips off the elderly by doing work that isn't covered by insurance and not telling the patient. This practice adds mystery charges to the invoice, hoping that the elderly patients won't notice, understand, or know what to do. This dentist sucks up the social security money of elderly patients that they have mislead into getting work not covered by insurance.

I have been at several dental offices in Santa Fe over the past 27 years. The care and professionalism I experienced here can only be be described as exemplary. Every so often, you have an experience SO good that you have to take time to give credit where credit is due- rarely is this experienced at a dental office. Neva, the hygienist, is OUTSTANDING; friendly, professional, and will have you leaving with a smile. Her attention to detail made me confident my teeth were thoroughly examined and clean. Her ‘chairside’ manner can’t be taught, overall the best experience you can have at any dental visit. Highly recommended.

The first time I went, I had to wait 45 minutes before being seen. They cancelled my second appointment 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment time - after I had already taken time off of work and was on my way to their location. The front desk staff is very rude. I won't be going back.

I highly recommend Dr.Jensen and Dr. Elledge. Both are very knowledgeable, friendly, always on time. Do you hate having to wait to see your doctor when you have an appointment? Not going to happen at this office. If you do have to wait a bit for some reason, trust me it's not the norm. They always take me and back and get to work right on time. Love it! Alicia my dental hygienist is awesome, super friendly always checking in to make sure I'm comfortable and explains anything that might be different or a new process they might be doing. That brings me to my next comment. This office is modern and up to date on the latest technology both in administration and their dental practices. I'm not a fan of dental procedures but Dr. Jensen and his staff are great and always work hard to make a unpleasant procedure that much more tolerable. 1) Dr. Elledge was very knowledgeable and friendly. When he didn't like the x-rays that were taken a few weeks ago by a different dental office and forwarded to him, they retook the x-rays without charging me. 2) I haven't been keeping up with flossing, and I haven't had regular dentist visits over the last couple of years because of work relocations. Thankfully hygienist Shyanne was extremely thorough and even remembered to use suction every minute or so! I remember going to prior dentist offices where they would let your saliva sit there for minutes without taking a break!
