First of all, I would like to say that I have never been a person that goes to the dentist. I have been a patient of Dr. Ross for 2 years now and have had numerous appointments with lots of work being done. From the very first appointment, the staff is so welcoming and treat you like family. Dr. Ross is very talented at what he does. His work is impeccable and has saved my teeth. Because of him, I am more confident in my smile. I highly recommend High Desert Dental!

Terrible service from start to finish. Went in for a cleaning and the tech was very judging and condescending. Then they tried billing me for someone else's procedures and when I called in to straighten it out the lady said " well you should have called in and let us know it wasn't your stuff we can't read minds here". Won't be going back there again.

Ever since my first appointment though I've never thought to try going anywhere else because the staff and the doctor himself are so consistently kind and knowledgeable. I used to hate getting my teeth cleaned and then I went to High Desert Dental and everything changed. Their staff is kind from the moment you walk into the building. My hygienist was knowledgeable, caring, and patient with my questions and or concerns. Dr. Ross takes his time with each patient to ensure a happy outcome. I know we all don’t like getting our teeth cleaned, but this place makes it bearable.

Mei Wu Hi! This is Mei, your patient. I went to your Dental to do the implant. Before I started I asked you about insurance cover questions. You have a good answers. Then I gave you mine and my husband both insurance. But until now I got almost nothing covered. I haven't even really start implant yet. You got my money about $2000. Insurance paid only $85.04. Because you didn't file my insurance correctly and completely. I have to stop doing the implant. I feel I have been cheated so far. I want to know how you help the patients? Or you just cheat the people?

All my procedures (crowns, etc) that I've had this year-- the latest completed yesterday-- are so seamless that I can't even tell afterwards that anything was done! Dr. Ross uses his state of the art equipment not only to aid him in giving the best possible treatment, but also to insure that the patient has clearest possible understanding of any problems. The dental and office staff are well trained, respectful, and very pleasant, creating a supportive environment which harmonizes perfectly with the the high level of professional competence that Dr. Ross demonstrates. We were very worried about finding the professional and personal dental dental care that was the norm at our amazing Nashville practice. Our former dentist, very connected via all his national professional activities, promised us he would find us the very best dentist in Albuquerque, and he was as good as his word!

7 years ago I had a dental experience that left me with extreme anxiety even when thinking about going to the dentist. But then we learned about Dr. Ross and the words used to describe him were, "He saved my mouth..." So my husband went in for a cleaning. Then when push came to shove (and I cracked a tooth and those guys don't fix themselves) I went in shaking and trembling (so nervous I even showed up a day early by accident). Dr. Ross and his entire staff were great. They could tell I was nervous and handled it beautifully (not once making me feel stupid for my feelings). Having one office that can do it all works great for me- the job gets done from start to finish and I'm not bouncing all around town.

Even though I was told they were running a little late, I barely sat down to check mail and was called back with work immediately starting! I appreciate how neat, new, and clean everything appears. The staff are so confident and concerned for my well fair. I felt special. I highly recommend this dentist office. Oh! The dentist himself is friendly and obviously has a high standard of care.
