Very pleased with my experience at ENM Endodontics. Each staff member was extremely professional and polite. Did not feel like a number being treated. Dr. Welch was very personable and a pleasure to be a patient of. She turned what could have been a very bad experience into a very positive experience. I would gladly travel from Albuquerque to Clovis, NM to get a root canal from this office.

I recently had a roor canal from Dr. Welch and cannot express how much i enjoyed (yes enjoyed) my experience. I have such horrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist and she made sure i felt no pain, and made she i was as comfortable as possible. She and her amazing staff were very pleasant to work with. The whole staff team was so nice and understanding of my fears. A huge plus for me was there was a bible in the waiting room. Matthew 18:20 says "For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them." such a great visit!! Thank you Dr. Welch

In the last two months, I have had 5 root canals with Dr. Welch. I am so impressed with her and her office. Dr. Welch is so experienced and knowledgeable. She has had dental procesures herself, so she really understands the needs and concerns of her patients. She goes out of her way to keep me out of pain and ensure I feel comfortable and stay calm. She has worked as a dentist and as an endodontist, so she knows what a dentist needs in order to save a tooth. Dr. Welch communicates with my dentist regularly to determine treatment plans so everyone is on the same page and always tells me what she’s going to do so I know what to expect. Dr. Welch is excellent at thinking on her feet and has a wide variety of options when things don’t go as planned. Ashley, the chairside, works with Dr. Welch so well and is so kind and patient with me. She visits with me while I’m numbing so I don’t get scared and I appreciate it so much. She also calls later to make sure I’m doing well. I have had many, many dental procedures in my lifetime but going to Dr. Welch is hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Welch’s office has gone out of their way to ensure a good, calm, and comfortable patient experience and I would recommend them to anyone who needs specialized dental procedures.

Best bedside manner ! This Dentist is the best! I am an anxious person and dental work makes it’s even worse. They were great, they let me bring headphones , the also told me what and why there were doing the things they are doing ( the more I know the less stress I get) she is very kind, understanding and funny. She will listen to you as well as give you great suggestions on how to help your teeth and your health pertaining to your teeth. I wish all the dentists I’ve in my past were more like her!

My experience with Dr. Welch was amazing and her work is impeccable! Her and her team took such great care of me and alleviated all my pain and discomfort caused by an infection in my capped tooth and completed a root canal. Not only is she good at what she does, but is very professional and establishes a good rapport with her patients. I would recommend her to anyone I know and would definitely return if need be.

Unpleasant experience. Payed $300+ out of pocket and problem left unresolved. Inability to provide sedation of choice as advertised was not discussed until after being charged the above amount. Left feeling as if I was a burden due to unprofessional and insensitive remarks by dentist.
