All the staff are amazing. Can't say enough about Dr. J and Melissa, those two have gone above and beyond for my husband and I. Always treated like family. I love going in because its always an amazing experience! HIGHLY recommend Eagle Pointe Dentist and Orthodontics to anyone in search of a new dentist or even looking to leave your current one!

Dr. Jusemmy Arce is the best dentist I've ever been to! She takes her patients health very serious and treats her staff very well. She replaced my cracked crown in just a few hours. I highly recommend Eagle Pointe!

This place is amazing. They have the best customer service I've ever experienced in any medical office! I went here 15 months; (and drove 110 miles round trip b/c of they're good reputation) for adult braces and they where never late on any appointment. I always just walked right in and right out with no problems. Dr. Holliday really knows her stuff. She went to the best schools and has lots of experience. I had a bad case (difficult cross bite, etc.) and she was so super meticulous to get everything just right. The place is very modern and has all the fancy t.v.'s etc.... The front desk girls were always in a good mood, smiling and courteous. I got to know all of them by name. This place always answers the phone and they were always happy to change my appt. or take a payment. Also, my insurance didn't cover braces, so they came up with a monthly plan I could afford. They always had everything waiting for me (water/ibuprofen or whatever you requested; coffee ect...) when I was finished. I can't say enough good things about this place! They also provide a multitude of other services that I never tried b/c I already had a dentist, but if you need a good orthodontist I highly recommend Dr. Holliday. I've heard she's opening an office in Santa Fe soon so be on the lookout if you need braces. I love my new smile and wish her and her staff well! Btw, I just got my braces off yesterday (smile)

The Good: Hygienist, Lillian was gentle, informative and very thorough. She did a deep cleaning that was utterly painless. The Bad: Dr. Button's technique. I have had multiple dental procedures from a variety of dentists over the course of 50 yrs and this had to be one of the most painful. I needed an upper crown replaced and Dr. Button inserted a numbing shot into the roof of my mouth, which brought me to tears. I've had several upper crowns done without a shot in that area. He was also not very gentle when doing the work, pinching my lip against my teeth with his hand and using too much force, in general. It's a mouth, not a car engine you're working on. Also, after assuring me otherwise, office staff failed to call me when permanent crown was ready, which delayed the procedure by two weeks. I would also not sign up for My Smile dental plan unless you're having extensive work done. Great technology in an ultra modern office, but ultimately the people are what matter.

The best dental office we have ever used. Dr. Button and his staff bend over backwards to make you feel comfortable. They are kind, considerate and passionate. They are extremely accommodating. Dr. Button is a hard working leader who works as hard as anyone. I could not recommend them more highly.

Broke a molar and Dr. Gallegos was able to take me in quickly. He and his staff were professional and not only removed my broken molar but also took out a stub of which was my wisdom tooth. I had the pleasure of having Dr. Button and Rachel for the majority of my time at the office. First of all, it has been a very, very long time since I have met someone who shows enthusiasm and passion for their career as Rachel does. Especially in a very busy office and field where your clients may not be excited to have a dental procedure done that is both potentially painful and expensive. But Rachel has the ability to make your experience a comfortable and pleasurable one. I am very impressed with her. Dr. Button reminded me of my childhood dentist, which is a good thing. I loved my childhood dentist, Dr. Gutierrez. The office is very upscale in a great location and the woman in the front office at the reception is very sweet. The only con is that my insurance does not cover 100% :)

update to my previous review..... Dr told me that I had to have a crown put in. long story short I didn't need to have one. The result of letting him change my mind was that I was put in the most pain I have ever been in.... ever! this happened almost a year ago and I am still mad about it. I went back to his office probably 5 or 6 times in the month and a half following the procedure and he just kept saying it needs to be adjusted. it never helped the pain. on my last visit he told me that I needed a root canal but only preformed half of it and asked that I wait two months until he could get someone more qualified to finish the job! i agreed because he promised me that it would take care of my pain. I spent that night in so much pain that I called every endodontic specialist in the area pleading for an emergency root canal. I was able to get one from a different Dr. I wasted so much time there and went through a tremendous amount of pain and I really feel like some sort of financial restitution should be made. like I said it has been more than a year and my tooth is still not back to any where close to normal. I'm really not the type but I am considering legal recourse. i will not be going back.... previous review below. Nice atmosphere they really make sure that you understand what is going on however the equipment kept malfunctioning and I don't feel like my teeth were cleaned very well. The dr I believe knows his stuff but I'm just not sold on the hygienist that I had. Also they took forever I was in there for almost two hours and unfortunately I just don't have that kind of time. I haven't quite decided if I will be going back or not.

From the first moment I walked through Dr Buttons dental office to being taken back to a room, or x-rays. I have always been greeted with genuine smiles, orginization, and cleanliness. It all leads to good energy which is always a plus for me! Having experienced bad dental care, and reluctant to see another........ Dr Button has been a blessing! He's taken good care of me for the past four years. I have found that the quality of his work from taking the time to listen, checkups, recomending, explaining, and the actual procedures, ....to just being a pleasant person.....is excellent! With that being said I happily, and whole heartedly rate Dr Button, and his team a five star.

Never had a bad experience for the four years I’ve been a patient until today. I was quoted for an implant back in December 2018 and I made sure I asked that that quote Includes everything for the implant and today I went for my post op and they are saying I need to pay more money for the tooth. $850 dollars more!!! And all I got was I’m sorry. This is ridiculous, I would have never started the process if I knew they would keep making me pay more and more. I will not go back to this office. They are just money hungry and liars.
