I called to get in for an appointment and was told the last appointment for new patients was at 3 PM even though on their website it says they are open till 5pm. I work until 4pm so I could not be there before 3pm. How hard is it to update a website???

This is how all doctor's offices should be. The staff is very professional and caring. I went to Dr. Traub's office for wisdom tooth extraction and was really nervous but they made the whole procedure fast and painless. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone and everyone!!!

Couldn't be any happier with the staffs and Dr. Traub, Very nice and polite, makes your visit feels Iike home. After 4 wisdom teeth, 2 fully horizontal impacted, were removed, recovery was quite easy and not as bad as I had in mind. Would definitely recommend to all of my families and friends.

Over the past seven years I have had two teeth with crowns shatter, which Dr. Steven Traub extracted without pain or post surgical complications. (The crowns were the work of different dentists.) He spends time showing and explaining what the surgery will involve, and in both instances followed-up to see how I was doing. I've found him to be personable and professional. Dr. Traub's staff were super troopers, and now my buds as they helped me successfully navigate processing an out-of-network insurance claim with a hostile insurance carrier! :)

They did a great job removing my wisdom teeth and were very nice. I still have soreness in my arm from the IV from the procedure though. Its tender to the touch and has not healed properly. Was told this was normal and should go away but hasn't in over 2 months.

Dr. Traub and his staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Dr Traub was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. I would highly recommend having any procedures done here, especially those who are anxious about dental procedures. I was very anxious at first and felt my self slipping into a panic attack but the assistant and the doctors company and friendly conversations and reassurance kept me calm and less anxious. Lovely and welcoming office.

Had 4 teeth removed. I'm a huge chicken. I was put under didn't feel a thing. Recovery was a little rough as expected, but not as bad as expected. 2nd time having work done by Dr Traub. . Would recommend to anyone

I have been a patient of Dr. Traub for many years. My first experience with Dr. Traub involved an extraction. I'm a major chicken, so I was very nervous to say the least. I came to Dr. Traub's office and his caring staff helped put me at ease. The procedure went off without a hitch, was amazingly quick and surprisingly pain free. I was really impressed when Dr. Traub personally called me that night to see if I was OK.. Next came the implants and Dr. Traub was the obvious choice. He explained the procedure and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process and of course I got a call that evening to make sure all was well. What words would best describe Dr. Traub and his staff? Let's go with caring, quick, professional. Thank you Dr. Traub!

I spent 366.00 for him to say stop while your a head, it's going to look masculine like a man. I didn't ask for your opinion on how you think I will lookin the end. He also had me take Xray even though I brought some from a year ago. He proceeded to say I don't think the Xray today will be much different. Then why have me spend more money to have it done if you suspect it won't be much different ??? He Wasn't my time and got my money and all I got was tears and anger. If your weren't will to do it cosmetically then why was I told to come in? I call a head to ask.

Couldn't be happier with the staff and Dr. Traub. Everyone was so nice and polite. With fully impacted wisdom teeth I was very nervous about my procedure but it was done before I knew it and he even called my mother later that evening to check on me. I recommend him to all of my friends and family.
