Our kids love their dentist! They can't wait to go and have their teeth checked and cleaned. The entire team is friendly and patient and incredibly accommodating. It has always been easy to schedule and reschedule if necessary, and they do their best to get you in and out as quickly as possible. It is a true family practice, and they do a wonderful job taking care of the kids! I would highly recommend them to any of our family and friends!

The hygienists ruin the place. They left me waiting there for 45 min for my appointment and did have the common courtesy to apologize for the wait. Dr. Meeks good, but I can't stand the horrible service from the hygienists and assistants. I will not be going back there!!

Today Nov 7, Selina did very well done cleaning that I needed! I came to find out I had no cavities and my visit was very enjoyful! I’ve been going here since I was 5 years old and I love it! Best dentist office in town and Selina does an amazing job cleaning!

The staff is so nice and have been nothing but good to my daughter but I have been completely disappointed by the work the the dentist that she has received she had to get crowns and put to sleep at 3 years old that very day one cap fell off she has to go in the next day when she was extremely sore to have it shoved back on she cried and was very traumatized from this point Forward I feel her teeth were shaved down way to much because not only one but two of her caps have broke to where the root of both teeth stayed in the gum and she needs to be put to sleep 3 times already for baby teeth my daughter is now 4 almost 5 and yet another cavities filling has fallen out and she is in pain they told me they wouldn’t see her until she had a up to date cleaning when her cleaning only consist of her teeth being polished because she’s so afraid of them hurting her like they have in the past. This place was highly recommended and I’m completely dissatisfied.

I've had 3 really bad experiences here. At our last appointment there must have been 6 or 7 other family's there for an 8:30 am appointment. Our appointment was set for 8:30 as well. After waiting 30 minutes my daughter had her teeth brush in less than 10 minutes. Even for 12 teeth that was way to fast. Then we had to wait 15 minutes to get xrays then another 15 minutes for doctor to come in for a 5 minute visit and during the visit the assistant is telling the doctor he needs to move faster and that a family had already walk out because how backed up they were. This was so unprofessional.

The staff is amazing and very good with my kids. I have an autistic teen who has had the worst experiences with dental offices until we started coming here. Selena is AMAZING with my boys, she makes them feel so comfortable and explains what she is doing as she goes. Both Dr. Stephen and Dr. Mike Cito are both AMAZING also, everyone here is very nice and professional. My kids love coming to the dentist. Thank you guys for being so great.

I absolutely love Dr. Cito's dental office! My kids have been going there since they started getting their teeth. My son is 12 and daughter is 5 and they love going there. The staff is very nice and the dental assistants are the best. Everyone is very friendly! I love the way the dentists tell my kids whats going on and what they need to do to keep their teeth healthy. The dental assistants and Dentists are very patient and know how to deal with kids. I will never take my kids anywhere else!!! I recommend their dental office to anyone with kids! I have lots of friends and family that started taking their kids there. Such a great staff!

FIVE STAR OFFICE. Been our family dentist for many years. Dr. Cito and his staff are all very kind and patient. They take the extra time to make sure the children are comfortable and that there is no stress around the children. Yes the wait is long but in ALBUQUERQUE he is the ONLY QUALIFIED AND PROFESSIONAL OFFICE AVAILABLE TO MEDICAID RECIPIENTS.

Dr. Cito and his staff are amazing. My children are now 17 and 14. They have had the best experience in the last 11 years from this office. Shawna cleaned both my kids teeth the last visit. They always recognize them and have seen them grow up. Dr. Cito is beyond professional. We just love this dentist office.

I was a patient of Dr. Citos when I was a kid for about 15 years our family loved him. He was always an amazing dentist. Fast forward when i had my daughter i took my daughter to the dentist her pediatrician recommended...huge mistake they were awful to my 3 year old at the time and wanted to put her under for dental work. I looked for a second opinion and luckily found Dr. Cito was still here. We made an appointment and the rest is history we have been here for 3 years and my daughter never had to be put under for dental work. Dr Cito instead took a slow and steady pace to do the work. I wish we came here from day one but we are here now and aren't going anywhere. The hygienists and other staff are also amazing.

My first child, first dentist appointment was a horrible experiece for myself and my kid. The assistant was high as hell on who knows what she couldn't even keep her head still and he hair was falling down from her ponytail, which scared my kid...when cito came in he seemed he just wamted to get it done as soon as possible so he was very forceful getting my childs mouth open. They didn't make the child comfortable at all. Switched dentists right away.

I have had the best experience with Dr. Mike! I had an emergency with my daughter and we showed up after hours. The staff were so sweet to me and my daughter. Not one person acted like they didn't want us to be there. I felt so welcomed. The care that I received from Dr. Mike was AWESOME! He not only fixed tooth (which was half off) He actually called me the next day to see how she was doing. Can you imagine that somebody in Albuquerque would go to such great lengths? I have told every friend and neighbor that he is THE BEST! My husband took bagels and coffee the next morning to show our thanks. We had a check up a week later and his office was busy with lots of happy people. Yep I actually sat in the waiting room (less then 5 min) and the smiling girls were happy to see my little one. If you are looking for a pediatric dentist look no further.

My 5 year old needed several root canals, crowns, and fillings, but my husband was not comfortable with putting her under general anesthesia. We visited several dentists over several months, but they all told us our only option was general anistethisa. We were losing hope that we would ever be able to fix her teeth. When we finally found Dr. Cito's office (specifically Dr. Hash), they were willing to respect my husband's wishes and work with our needs. We were able to fix all of our daughter's teeth in four visits using laughing gas and local anesthesia. With proper care our daughter's teeth will be healthy for the rest of her life. Thank you so much to Dr. Hash and Dr. Cito's office!

We have been taking our two kids (ages 6 and 4) to Dr. Cito since my oldest was a year old. Dr. Cito and his staff are amazing. They worked with my daughter to get over her fear of having her teeth checked, and they go above and beyond for my son who has a very sensitive gag reflex. His staff always has great prizes for the kids, and they love Dr. Cito and Dr. Mike. My kids love going to Dr. Cito's because they get to play video games, watch movies and get prizes. We continue to use Dr. Cito because he and his staff are always professional and he provides great service for a great price. Even though we moved two hours away, we take the four hour round trip to take our kids to see Dr. Cito. Dr. Cito's office always works with us to accommodate our busy schedule. We wouldn't go anywhere else, I highly recommend him.

I'm not going to mention names but I went to another 5 star pediatric dentist and let's say I was not impressed. Wasn't even allowed to go back with my kids (nope), so I looked somewhere else. Came to Dr. Cito's office with a little apprehension but the Staff are wonderful and Dr Cito was great with my boys. Also, I was allowed to be with them in the back which was a plus! The wait is a little long but after going back with my kids I understand why. The staff takes great lengths to make sure your child is comfortable and understanding about what they are doing in their mouths. I was very appreciative of the great atmosphere and knowledgeable staff, I will never go anywhere else! !

Dr. Cito and his staff are amazing. If you wait it is because the care about every patient. They do not run you in and out they take the extra time to make the child feel comfortable and safe. I came here as a child and now my daughter does. I highly recommend this office.

I was referred here by my children's regular dentist because my daughter is young and needed a possible tooth extraction. Our first appointment we waited in the waiting room which was packed for over 30 minutes. Then Dr. Cito was distracted by a somewhat rude tech from another room while he was inspecting my child's teeth. Then on our return visit there was some confusion as to what was going on. I thought we were there to take care of all my child's dental work at once with her put to sleep but was informed that we were in fact only there for fillings. My daughter was given gas for nothing. They asked about antibiotics and if Dr. Cito had prescribed her any to which I said 'No, should he have?' and another Dr. then wrote a prescription for them after stating there was NO sign of infection. We then did the paperwork to have the procedure done with her put to sleep and I was told they are waiting to find out what hospital facility they can use for such procedures and so they couldn't at this time make an appointment for us. While the staff was absolutely friendly and courteous there was just too much confusion for my liking. We won't be returning and I do not recommend them.
