There should be a negative star worst experience ever. I was supposed to be sedated that didnt happen I kept trying to tell them I'm supposed to be asleep. they didnt care the entire staff were in way to much of a hurry like they dont have time to care for you properly. The dr came in and just yanked my wisdom teeth out and said here you go, explained I was fighting sleep so he just pulled them never will I ever go back.

I have never had any problems with the Collins family and the reason I call them the Collins family is because that’s what they are l. When you are going to the dentist you’re not just going for an appointment to see the doctor the whole staff there is amazing and they are a family and they welcome you and they are not rude and they are a blessing I have been in situations where I have needed emergency work done and they have never denied me I am so ever grateful that they also have worked with me financially and most of all the collin Dr.s are very amazing doctors their work speaks for itself have taken very good care of my teeth and all my family and they always have a smile on their face but again I say their work speaks for itself they do an amazing job ! Where do I start. My teeth were in horrible shape requiring major surgery and several implants, bone graphs with the removal of approximately 14 teeth. This process took approximately 1 year to complete. Today was my last appointment. Yeah!! Dr Collins and his staff were nothing but professional, courteous, and went above and beyond my expectations. Was getting work done on my mouth cause they said my medicad was approved and then a little time past so I. Called them to see where my next appointment was and they sent me to the ERthe billing department and told medicaid wasn't accepted and I have very bad decayed teeth in the back of my mouth and I'm in a lot of pain and now I have nobody to be able to help me because I live in the area that don't have any dentists that will accept poor people this place sucks all they care about is money not the health of their patients
