I went to some place in town that tried to do way too much work - things I didnt need. I got a second opinion here and saved like 2 grand with far less intrusive work and better customer service. This was 2 years ago and everything worked out well! Would highly recommend! Emilie also goes above and beyond! Would highly recommend!

I just recently underwent an insurance change, and once again attempted to see another dentist. I came running back here. The level of care is exceptional, and the office is very clean and well taken care of. I will not be going anywhere else for my dental care!

I had a totally unsatisfactory experience. At the beginning of my session with Tasha, she stated that only two things would be done, namely cleaning and application of fluoride. During the cleaning, she found something that needed Dr. Kerschen's attention. He looked and said a filling was needed. He spent less than five minutes with me. I scheduled an appointment for a filling, the estimated cost of which was about $250. When I got home and looked at my bill carefully, I found I had been charged $69 for the less than five minutes he spent with me. I called and asked for an explanation. I was told that Dr. Kerschen would have to be consulted. I have not heard from him. My very negative experience got me thinking about other visits for cleaning. It seems there usually has been some other thing that costs about $100 that has to be done. Could be x-rays, charting, a periodic exam. I have no idea what will pop up. I wont be back until the $69 charge is rescinded and what will happen at cleanings is clarified and written down.

Dr Bob Kerschen is amazing, professional and runs a great dentistry practice on 740 Holly Ave NE. We've been with him for 5 years, servicing my families cavities, crowns and other. At all times he's not done unnecessary work. Great facility and staff. A shout out for Tasha as a great dental assistant.
