If you’re like me you don’t really look forward to going to the dentist. I was a little anxious because I have been putting it off for way too long and knew I needed work. Anyway, I explained my concerns to the staff and my concerns were addressed immediately. I felt totally at ease and it was a great experience, nothing like what I was expecting. The staff are very professional and highly competent as well as friendly and understanding. I highly recommend!

This is the best Dental group I have ever been to. Dr. Gonzalez is very thorough and his staff competent. The techs are wonderful. There is one really good one that I like but I can't remember her name but she's gentle, conscientious, caring and empathetic. Overall, a nice place to go and have your teeth taken care of.

Dr Berhman has become a very knowledgeable Doctor since the last time I saw him in 2013. The whole event was quick and painless. I was in and out of the office in record time. Thank you.

I had a very pleasant experience today with this dental group. From the receptionist, to the hygienist, to the dentist, everyone was super nice, pleasant, and welcoming. They even had me bring my very young son and were all very patient showing him all about visiting the dentist. We have definitely found our home dentist here, and will be patients with this clinic as long as we live in Alamogordo.

I went in and they said they do not take Geha dental. The lady told me that I should change my provider during open season so I could see them. It's as if everything revolves around their office in narcissistic way. In town there are over 30 dentists that take my plan. I cannot believe someone would be arrogant enough to tell me how to do my insurance plans. I'm 63 and not 10 years old.

I have had some terrifying experiences at the dentist. But once I met Dr. Gonzalez and Lisa my experiences changed. They were both so caring and understanding. My teeth had some problems so it took us awhile but they got me all fixed up with patience and care! They are the best! TERRIBLE experience. I had a routine cleaning, just as many of us have had MANY times. I have NEVER had a hygienist be so rough. She didn't give me a chance to close my mouth/swallow/rest my jaws and she used her tools to roughly push against my jaws/gums/tongue. It felt very rushed. I will not be back. The other dentist offices may have a longer wait time for an appointment to be available, but I think there is a reason for that. Go somewhere else, wait a bit longer. It has got to be better than this place.

I was very unhappy with our previous provider. It took months to get an appointment and the billing was always wrong. I spoke with Teah and she had appointments for us within 5 days. Brand new patients getting an appointment that quickly was a shock. We went in and I have to say the facility is extremely clean and the staff are professional and courteous. Fast forward to last week, my son started having problems with his wisdom teeth. I called, and Teah to the rescue again. She got him an appointment the next day and wisdom teeth were extracted 24 hours later. I highly recommend Alamogordo Dental Group for anyone looking for a new provider.
