I got one of their flyers in the mail, but put it off as I do with a lot of things. But I woke recently, with shooting pains up the side of my face. I knew it was in need of a root canal. So, while crying, I called them. They got me in, in 10 minutes. Everyone is SO unbelievably nice and patient! I have severe anxiety, but they helped set me at ease. Came back for the root canal...couldn't have gone smoother. Dr. Davidson is a talented doctor! I'll never go anywhere else!! They also work with you money wise! Which is great, as I have no dental insurance! The New York office is the same. Amazingly kind and professional people! I'm never going anywhere else!! THANK YOI!!

I was charged over $600 more than what my insurance company said my copay should have been and still haven't been reimbursed for work i had done almost 4 MONTHS ago. These people are crooks. Talk to your insurance company before you give them a dime. They've admitted that that I was over charged but still won't reimburse me. I'm guessing they already cashed out and forgot about it.

As a first time patient at Washington Dental, it was a nice surprise to see that they have your name on a Welcome Sign and separate area for new patients. The communication between the staff is very clear and detailed to ensure nothing gets overlooked. I like that they have TV screens that you can watch while the cleaning is being done. The small details down to applying lip balm shows the staff and dentists take pride in the work they do.

This place is amazing! First check up in years and the feeling you get from when you walk into the dentist to leaving afterwards is awesome. Nothing but smiling faces and friendly staff. Ash and Natalia were amazing and really know how to make you feel relaxed. And Dr. Gellis really knows his stuff and doesn’t make you feel nervous being at the dentist. Deff recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dental home. I’m not unhappy with my decision on coming here at all!

Ive always been scared of going to the dentists office. Mostly because the past dentist never had a way of relieving pain and or stress from my everyday life. That all of a sudden changed ever since I was informed about washington dental assosiates. The second I walked in the staff was so friendly I recieved water when I walked in from the scolding heat. I was taken care of when it came to payment and numbed when i got my treatment done. This was by far the best choice I made to have come to get work done. Not to mention the television you watch while having work done. Perfection at its best.

If you need a dentist for anything from a cleaning to major dental work, this is the place to come! Can't say enough about my visits. From my first visit with an infected tooth to completion of a lots of major dental work (after having neglected my teeth for years), I have had nothing but positive experiences. Appointments always well scheduled - no sitting around wasting time. Office and tech staff are, without exception, extremely courteous, friendly, professional and accommodating. Highly recommend Dr. Michael Davidson who does excellent work, is gentle and thorough, keeps you well informed throughout and has a very calming demeanor. So if you have been afraid of going to the dentist, as I was.....Don't be! They will make suggestions, but no pressure. Sometimes they run specials and for major work they may be able to assist with financing.

My experience here is always great. My mother had her dental implants put in, both my sons had Invisalign done, AND I had several dental crowns. Plus, there's a wax hand treatment and fresh baked cookies in the waiting room (YES, THIS IS STILL A DENTAL OFFICE) They do it all here!!

I went to this dental office because I saw it on my friend’s timeline and her son seems happy and comfortable with everything, the staffs were very kind especially Ash he helped me and explain everything to me, and the doctors are great they will not gonna hurt you promise! They didn’t accept my insurance but they gave me good DISCOUNT!! Plus the paraffin wax while they’re doing the treatment was terrific (lol) I would recommend this dental office to my friends and family.

From my cleaning with Natalia to my fillings with Dr. Davidson and every staff member I met in between, I had an excellent experience here at Washington Dental. I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years (insurance reasons) and I was afraid mostly because of what they might find. Natalia was extremely reassuring and comforting. I had virtually no discomfort during the cleaning, she was so gentle and explained every step. My visit with Dr. Davidson for 2 fillings was pleasant and painless. Everything was explained to me and he checked up on me every so often to ask how I was doing. Gentle, caring and kind. I highly recommend Washington Dental for your dental needs! I've been coming here since I was 10 and am now 31. I can't imagine anyone else caring for my teeth!

I felt like they were trying to scam me when they told me I had 3 cavities that needed to be filled immediately. Afterwards, I saw several other dentists for a second opinion who all told me that I did not have any cavities that needed to be filled. Even 4 years after going there, another dentist told me that I have no cavities. They are a total ripoff and their staff is very shady. Avoid them at all costs.

Overall it was a fantastic experience! The staff were super friendly, from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. The dentist and hygienist were both very knowledgeable and did a great job. The office had a positive feel to it and very clean. This has been the best Dental Offices I have ever been to. All of the staff are welcoming and professional. Andi completed my new patient information forms through conversation while getting to know my dental health history (they complete the forms). Very warm atmosphere, excellent and polite staff, and of course top-notch care for your pearly whites. Really feel pampered after a dentist visit with the ceiling TVs, the hand wax treatment, and the massage chair in the lounge :) The whole family actually looks forward to coming to the dentist and I will definitely bring my daughter here when she's older -- very kid-friendly, too! (little coin machine trinkets hidden around the office) They really target every one of their patients with all that is in the office and provide great care for your teeth and a friendly environment. I've been going to Washington Dental Associates for almost 15 years now. The staff is extremely personable and hospitable, and they always prioritize their patients. The dentists try to be as gentle as they can and still get the job well done. While they clean your teeth, you can cover your hands in paraffin wax, watch TV, listen to music, or just relax. When they’re done, they give you a fresh hot towel at the rinsing station and a bag with a toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, and mouthwash to bring home. Before leaving, they set up your next appointment and send reminders so as not to forget it! If you can't make the next one, just call 48 hours ahead and they are very accommodating! I recommend Washington Dental Associates to anyone looking for professional dentists and great service. After 15 years, I don't plan on going anywhere else.

Jon, Steve, Natalia, and Judy were just some of the people that took great care of me during my visit. My teeth are nice and clean and still cavity free! I forgot to confirm if they were in network (my fault!), but they were very professional and worked with me so I could get my teeth cleaning without breaking the bank! I referred my mom here, and they took advantage of her, by convincing her that she needed to pay for her service in full and insurance would reimburse her costs. Unfortunately, that’s not how most insurances work, and this office got paid twice (her and the insurance company) and now she lost $1,000.

I don't usually write online reviews but they honestly deserve it. They are probably the most organized and friendly doctor’s office of any kind, that I've visited. The care from all members of the staff is top notch. When you walk in, you're treated with the highest level of courtesy. They are usually ready for you and sometimes identify you by name upon arrival, even if you rarely visit. The waiting room is stocked with stuff to keep yourself busy. The walls proudly display their many accolades. After check in, they bring you to the desk, breakdown the financial costs to make sure everything checks out with all parties and you're off to see the dentist. After that you will see the dentist and his team, all of whom are very positive and make a generally unpleasant experience, very pleasant. Making people comfortable with getting the inside of your head drilled is no easy task but they make it look easy and I will be taking my family there for years to come. Let's also not forget the text and e-mail reminders so you don't forget your appointment! I give it my highest possible recommendation.

Embarrassing to admit, I hadn't been to the dentist in over 20 years. The staff at Washington Dental Associates were wonderful, from Ash who checked me in to Steve who took my xrays. They were all very attentive and professional. Natalia did an AMAZING job at cleaning my teeth, I will post before and after pics for everyone's viewing pleasure. Stay away from this place, they are crooks. I took my 6 year old twin boys and they said one had 5 cavities and the other 3 cavities. I was very suspicious since my kids have excellent dental habits and don't eat sweets/junk food or even rarely drink juice. So when I went for another opinion it turned out my kids had NO cavities! A bunch of money hungry criminals in this office.

From the time I walked in the door to the time I left, these people could not have been nicer. And more importantly, I had a cleaning, two root canals and 6-8 shots of Novocaine (or whatever they use today). When the numbness wore off, there was no pain at all. No tooth pain, no pain where the shots were administered, nothing. I would highly recommend this group. They seem to have their stuff together.

After being charged twice as much as another local dentist which I found after, I had to have a root canal re done because of this horrible place. Never again and I advise others to take their dental situations to another more qualified facility. I'm still paying off their ridiculously high bill for a job poorly done. Can't express how unhappy I am with this dental facility.

If you hate going to the dentist, as much as I do, this is the practice for you! Dr. Tong and the entire staff, offer a welcoming and courteous approach to dentistry. I was relieved, of some of my dental anxiety, immediately, because of the atmosphere and friendly, professional staff. They don't just hand you a clipboard and tell you to have a seat. Ash welcomed me and was amazing, I felt really cared for, and then, my root canal wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. Partly because of Dr. Tong's skill and gentle, disarming, humor and also, because everyone there, from his great and through assistant, to the woman answering the phone, seemed happy, compassionate and skilled, at their respective jobs. Hey fellow veterans, check this place out, they really look out for us! I gotta be honest, I'm a big chicken when it comes to dentist, and I may never look forward, to going for dental work, but at least now, I have a 5 STAR dentist and team, that I am at more at ease with! One last thing, don't be surprised to see, patients smiling and laughing. I was, then saw Dr. Tong, fill a helium balloon, for one of his young patients, and I got it!

If they gave anymore stars than 5 I would rate it at the MAX! It was a perfect experience that makes me wish I could come back as soon as possible. The staff is EXCELLENT! I loved the service...especially the cookies... And how nice they treat you even when you give them a hard time. I recommend this place to everyone who sees this review and post! As for my mom she was treated to a "spa" treatment while getting her teeth cleaned. She, of course, loved the coffee there too. It was my dad's first time there and, though he was nervous, he enjoyed the visit. THIS DENTISTRY IS FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!
