I went here for a few years and the dental assistants were always nice. The dentist do ok work, I had to get a couple things redone by them. I had a crown fall off they put in and needed a new one to replace it. The cost was $1,500 and I didn’t have it so I asked them to put a cover over it until I can get the money. Once done a woman from the back named either Stacy or Tracy asked me to come into her pink office. We set up a payment plan and that day I gave $500. Over the next couple of months I gave money towards it. I was finally only a couple of hundred away when someone told me they would cover the rest on their card if I give them what I had saved up there. So I went there to ask for the money and explain what was going on and to make an appointment since I was in pain. They looked at me like I was lying about the money and had no idea even though I saw them several times just to make payments. I went home and got the receipts and then they only gave me partial payment. They stated $500 was from a left over payment, but there is no way I was caught up and they don’t do work and let you make payments it has to be all at once or I would have gotten my crown in the first place. That being said never trust anyone when paying cash, even if your given receipts people will still lie to keep money. Now they have actually stolen my money I’m even farther away now getting my tooth fixed and still feeling pain. I will never go back to them and would t recommend anyone else to, even if they are close it’s not worth it. How could they actually steal payment money for a problem causing pain and I’ve been a patient there for years, just not a decent practice.

It's unfortunate because I thought the doctors were good here but they have a cancellation policy of within 48 hours or they charge you $50!!! They are not flexible at all. They would rather you come in the office with the flu which to me is socially irresponsible to put the rest of the patients and their staff at risk of getting sick. In the end it's all about the $$, not the well being of the patients.

Recently began dental services here and they have been fantastic! I like the evening hours and Saturday appointments! Dr. Richards and one of the techs Sara are the best.

My checkup and cleaning were thorough, and my appointment was only ten minutes later than scheduled (Much better than at my previous dentist). My only issue with Smile Center is that you Don’t know How Much any appointment is going to cost you. I didn’t expect to get x-rays the other day, but there they were, and now there’s a bill out there somewhere, for Who knows how much, without a particular day to anticipate it. That said, both the hygienist and doctor were very considerate and articulate in explaining the condition of my teeth, and I wasn’t pressured into any vanity treatments. That’s nice.

Went to Dr Rockwell and he made it painless. I would highly recommend him very friendly and thorough. Hard to find a good dentist this is one.
