Love this office, my younger cousin had to get a root canal done and was referred to a specialist. Claudia was soooo helpful, she even went as far as making the appointments for her and getting the proper authorizations the same day! She really was awesome! I recommend this office to everyone!

Despite my son's fear of the dentist, screaming and crying during most of his visit today, he was taken care of with such care, patience and concern...these are the reasons why I do not mind travelling to Smile Central, even though it's not around the corner from where we live. Horrible service. We got there 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment. Waited over an hour, yet everyone that arrived after us where being called. When I asked the receptionist why it was taking so long, she said the file was in the back already and they were waiting for a room for us. I don't understand where they were putting everyone then. About 15 minutes later, still seeing how they called on everyone else, I asked again and she gave me an attitude claiming my kids where jumping around, when they were sitting down watching the television. They lost our services with them.

My daughter got a dental emergency they did not want to take her, when they are the ones who did her crown they did not wanted even look her tooth! They sent me to her pediatrician very unprofessional, rude and very dirty clinic.

Waste of my time and money. Went here as a referral because my young child was afraid of getting a rear tooth capped which would require some drilling. Again, the whole point of going here was because my primary child's dentist did not use laughing gas. This location does use it but after waiting almost two hours in the lobby for an appointment I made weeks in advance, I was told laughing gas is not a good option because the child would most likely not cooperate. What?! Is that not the whole point of being referred to this location? For their expertise with children and the use of laughing gas as recommended by primary? Wow, save your time and money. Go somewhere else, they appear to be one of those places that triple books the same time slot hence my two hour wait.

My kids has been patients with smile center for 5 years and the reason is that I don't like to switch doctors or offices I gave it 2 stars because my youngest daughter is now terrified to see a dentist they tied her up so she won't move I tried telling the dentist to be patient and explain to her before they tie her up but I felt he was in a big rush and he wants to get it over with ! HE WAS AN ASIAN DOCTER And for my two older sons they where ok the doctors I saw in the Paterson office where better with the kids but it's always too busy and no parking and you will hear people cursing front of your kids

I had an appointment on Saturday at 1pm and was 30 minutes late which I take responsibility for since I went to Paterson location instead of Passaic location. Angelica at the front desk said I would have to reschedule since they close at 2pm. I would have understood if the website did not say they close at 3pm. She was very calm and sweet and out of her control. However, the other receptionist Angela who was not at the front at the time was giggling in the back with another employee made my son and I extremely uncomfortable to the point he did not want to be seen. The supervisor Melissa said the hygienist leave at 2. I than asked who does marketing because the website says 3pm closing. She said the owner who comes once a year. Than as I was going to reschedule she gave me her manager Esther’s card. I said will she pick up? because the office never does. And she said “Good luck with that” I also texted the office and at 12:50 when I realized my mistake I texted and texted no reply. They said the person in charge is of texting is off. Not my problem. Bad business. They also failed to send me a reminder card of missed appt for cleaning. And my number was not updated when I made appt. However they managed to text me previously. Lack of common sense. As I’m writing this review Angela is still giggling looking write at me. In the end, my son was seen and the hygienist are so great. I will continue to come here. To make this worst one of the hygienist said to a coworker “Just like Paterson I can’t walk through”. Being born and raised in Paterson the comment was unnecessary and just wrong. As my son is the last patient in the office, I can hear the girls and even doctors talking and laughing about a little girl that was crying and why she was there. I’m in the medical field and that’s a huge violation of HIPA. So awful. Again my doctor was nice and the hygienist was not complaining about wanting to go. She also confirmed they do not leave at 2pm!!!! I might reconsider

I brought all three of my children here. The hygienist Iulia was amazing! She was so patient and explained everything throughly to all three of them. She also gave me advice on how to avoid cavities and protect the enamel. After that they were seen by one of the doctors who also clearly explained how many cavities they each have and how many visits they would need. Overall I highly recommend.

A dentist at a different practice insisted that my kid's 2 front teeth were rotten. My overall experience with This office was good I have to say I came in upset about two weeks ago for receiving a bill which I had Questions about and the front desk Looks confused and annoyed but after speaking to the billing manager she explained every detail and made my experience a better one of the doctors are amazing especially Dr. Huh The hygienist was very nice as well I just can’t remember her name (she was wearing glasses) The front desk can use a little more manners but at the end of the day the ones that took care of my children were amazing.

Worst place ever! my daughter had front cavities they wanted to pull her 4 front teeth off, I was completely devastated they said there was no other alternative. She was 2 years old at the time, I was heartbroken.THEY IMMEDIATELY WANTED TO SCHEDULE HER PROCEDURE FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS. So I did more research and I read worst cases then my daughters.I went to 1 other dentist who recommended me to a Pediatric dentist in cliffside park. He wasn't to worried he said her case was mild but if I really wanted her to get cosmetic dental surgery he would do it and after months trying to decide if it was really worth it we went ahead when my daughter started complaining about her teeth. Everything went smooth & now she has beautiful new front teeth( they put crowns) PLEASE DON'T SETTLE WITH THE OPINION OF ONE DENTIST THERE'S SO MANY OPTIONS OUT THERE YOU JUST HAVE TO LOOK & DO SOME ONLINE RESEARCH. DENTIST SAY ANYTHING JUST TO CHARGE YOUR INSURANCE MORE hope this helps

Very disappointed cause I took my kids out of school early cause appointments are hard they are like months to be seen by dentist....when I get there with my step daughter she can't be seen since I ain't not her biological dad but I've been in her life since 12 months I needed authorization from mom for my daughter can been seen after waiting a whole month for her appointment NJ own she can be seen cause this office don't even explain thru the phone just set you up for appointment without even asking any questions...it's a shame I would never come back to this office....secretary very rude and nasty no patients for questions and trying solving my problem with faxing all authorization for my step daughter..... don't come to this office service sucks and the way the represent themselves no good .......I've been hospital and doctors appointment with no problem and dentist gives me hard time unbelievable....I am her real dad no matter if I and real dad or nah I've been raising her since day 1........this facility is very low very low

Been calling for about 4 days now. They never answer. The dentist my son saw was extremely quick seem like she just wanted to rush up outta there. She didn’t even notice my son had 2 cavities the dental assistant had to tell her to check again what is that? if your in a rush to do your job then simply don’t do it you cant see a patient like a wild animal and then not even notice the issues.
