I do not normally write reviews for businesses but I felt compelled to do so about Serenity Dental Care and Dr. Nandra. Without a doubt, Serenity Dental Care is the best dental office my family and I have ever been to. The “Royal Treatment” begins as soon as we walk into her office. The office of Serenity Dental Care is very clean, friendly, and welcoming. The sound of the trickling water in the fountain is very calming to myself and entertaining to my children. A television on the wall provides even more entertainment and distractions for those who get nervous at the doctor’s office. We are greeted promptly and kindly by Dr. Nandra’s lovely assistant who knows us by name the moment we walk in the door. We don’t feel like strangers or just like any other patient. We feel like we are family. Upon entering the examination room, we are treated with the utmost care and concern by Dr. Nandra and her staff. Dr. Nandra is very caring and meticulous, making sure she does a thorough job and that the patient is not only pleased with the results but understands every procedure that was done and why. She thoroughly answers any question that I have – I often have many – and she is always happy to respond. Dr. Nandra makes her patients feel like they are her most important patient and does not rush them out for the next patient in the waiting room. And once we are done with our visit, our children get to pick out little toys that make them so happy and excited to come back. My family and I have been loyal patients of Serenity Dental Care and Dr. Nandra for years and we will continue to go to Dr. Nandra for all of our dental needs. No where else will you find a more caring, patient, thorough, and informative doctor than at Serenity Dental Care. If you go to Serenity Dental Care I guarantee you won’t ever want to go anywhere else.

Just two suggestions for people looking for service from this place: 1. Confirm twice with them that they take your insurance. In my case they said initially they accept my insurance and are in network. Later they found they are not in network, I have to paid from my own pocket with some adjustment charges we agreed. But, after 3 years I received the bill from Collection Agency with leftover charges and threatening me to reporting due to credit services. 2. Take second opinion after X-rays for number of cavities you need to taken care of. They try fix even very very minor cavities (which you don't need to fix) to charge you or insurance. Otherwise, they very polite and nice people. Easy to get appointment as well.

My boys had a great experience at the dentist. Dr Nandra was able to take my very nervous 4 yr old and instantly put him at ease without me even being in the room. The staff is very warm and friendly. I would highly recommend Dr Nandra.

I had a bad experience with this care. They said my insurance will cover it , and once after the service is done, they sent me bill. They don't admit it's their mistake that they have not taken the pre-estimate proper and rushed for the treatment which is pending for years. Make sure you talk to your insurance before proceeding for treatment. Do not go by their words. We asked them more than 2 times if our insurance charges the same amount as we were told. They affirmed it and after the bill its an entirely diff story.

A funny store. I was talking to a friend on Sunday sitting by the pool about my experience at Serenity Dental. Now who does that. I was telling her that she should give Dr. Nandra a try. I have always been afraid of the dentist until I started going to Serenity Dental no more fears. She is incredibly wonderful individual. Needless to say she also has the best staff. Denise you are my favorite. Super nice and accommodating with the scheduling of appointments. I also have to say that her rates are comparable to what my friends are paying but I still try to sway them over to Serenity.

After spending years with my old dentist, I realized i needed to find a new dentist, one that was patient and understanding of my anxieties. Not only does she provide great dental care, but she is a great educator about dental hygiene and how it benefits my overall health. Dr. Nandra is a Godsend gift for those of us who are afraid of dental visit. Yesterday, I took my 3 year old for his very first dental visit. She immediately made him feel calm and super comfortable. She was so gentle with him that he didn’t cry once through his cleaning. Did I mention he’s only 3 years old? At the end of the visit, my son hugged and kissed the dentist goodbye. Every visit I've had here has been informative, focused on my best interest, and pain free which checks off everything in my book haha. Also Dr. Nandra will do everything she can to fit you in schedule or try to find a way to kill off the pain/diagnose the situation asap if it's an emergency. E.g. I had an infected tooth that had to be removed but the appointment wasn't for another week and I was in a lot of pain and she killed the nerve on a last minute appointment to stop the pain until the operation.
