i usually go to old bridge office then i moved more north jersey and i used to drive all the way to old bridge till finally Drs open this location which only 10 minutes away . the place is new so clean ,state of the art ,up to date with all the equipment . drs always as nice and knowledgable as they could be. 100% recommend this office

All those 5 stars have to be friends & family or paid for because it’s all B.S!! I am not one to complain but I've never in my life have experienced such poor customer service and tried to get ripped off at the same time!! I was referred by a friend to the Saddle Brook Dental Associates for cleaning and check up. There was not even one patient there and they made me wait for half hour which I didn't mind but afterwards the Dentist told me I needed to get 3 root canals & would call my insurance for an approval. So I waited and 3 weeks passed by and no call so I called my insurance and they told me that they never received a call from them. They called my old insurance and billed them close to $4k a tooth which is ridiculous for a hole in the wall type of place. I paid less for a root canal in Beverly Hills with one of the worlds top orthodontist, mind you that the place was a regular Dental center not a specialist orthodontist. I called and they that they billed my old insurance and gave them my info for my current insurance. I waited for another week and called them and they told me they are waiting for the updated insurance to get back to them so now it's been close to 2 months and back then my teeth were not hurting and now I'm in pain after two months so I call my insurance today and they tell me that No One from Saddle Brook dental center has called nor sent them anything. I went to another "honest" dentist and he told me that I didn't need 3 root canals, just one, the one which the filling fell off two months ago which could have been replaced and I wouldn't have needed even this root canal. So thanks to these irresponsible, money hungry, lying scumbags I am in pain now and need to go get a root canal ASAP!! I told my friend who referred me so he isn't going Back there ever again and he will tell his friends as well. STAY AWAY from this place. These people don't care about there patients. They only care about about how much money they can make off you!! This is probably the first review I've ever have written and I only did it to warn others so they do not have to experience the pain and inconvenience that I am going through! Please pass a long this information! Thank you.

I visited doctor Seattle, she was not helpful I don't think she knew enough. She did not give me detail. First they took a small screen xray and when I ask for about my teeth root, they like I don't know we need to take xray of your root but insurance wont cover coz we already took. My problem was about my wisdom tooth duh. They make me come another day for their mistake, and i believe they bill my insurance for something else. However, I have to wait for my insurance approval for farther treatment. But when I calling for further question from doctor regarding my pain the front desk assistant was rude and just give me some answer without asking doctor, I know she was just making up things just for me to hang up. Front dest women was not helpful when i was at the office. Overall they had no concern about my health, they poor handled my situation. I am looking for another doctored to do further treatment before they ruin things even more.

After trying 3 or 4 different places, in my opinion, 3 main things make an excellent dentist: 1. State of the art equipment to properly image and diagnose issues 2. Skilled soft hands with pinpoint accuracy 3. Short painless appointments with immediate results I have been a patient for over 8 years now. My first kid is now 7 and has just had her 1st appointment. When I started going there, I had no clue that Dr. Amer and Dr. Eldin were Ivy league grads with literally dozens of awards (not that I care about any of that stuff). I just kept coming back because they were effective.

STAY AWAY from this place. Dr Eldin is awesome, but dr Amer is the WORST doctor I've ever dealt with. Rude, works too fast, very rough. His front desk manager has a serious attitude and he doesn't stand behind his customers. He did two root canals for me, both got infected. Extracted both and didn't use enough novacaine on the second one and WOULD NOT stop when I was tapping his arm and crying in pain. WORST experience ever!

I’ve been going to this dentist for a few years now and it has always been pleasant UNTIL TODAY. I walk in 15 minutes early for my appointment and waited over an hour to get called and that was only after I asked when I would be called. Got my cleaning and when the doctor came in he said I needed root canals which I don’t think I need when I explained to him I haven’t gotten the work done because I have private insurance and have to pay he gave me an attitude and cut me off and walked out of the room. Extremely unprofessional doctor that I had never seen there until today. At the desk the receptionist kept insisting I make an appointment for next week and got upset when I said I would call back to make an appointment. The new staff is all terrible and I will never step foot in this office again

Went here to get my wisdom teeth removed and had an amazing experience. Each tooth took less than twenty seconds to be removed, with no pain. The entire procedure took 10 minutes from beginning to end. The staff, nurses and dentist, were all extreme nice, comforting, and funny. I highly recommend this office.

Just got my 4 wisdom teeth taken out. I have very bad anxiety and was very scared when walking in. The dentist noticed how nervous I was and started making me laugh as he was numbing my mouth. He was really nice and caring and made sure I was comfortable and in no pain. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone who needs a dentist. OMG ! BEST DENTIST EVER (DR ELDIN ). ! I CALLED IN AS AN EMERGENCY AND THEY ACCOMMODATED ME RIGHT AWAY. THEY TOLD ME THAT I MAY HAVE TO WAIT A LITTLE BIT BUT WAS ATTENDED QUICKLY! Dr Amer is the best as well the ladies in the front and back. Specially for putting up with me. Thank you Angelika, Dinelys, and Basia. Those 3 really helped. Super compassionate team! I walked in there to have a Wisdom tooth pulled, shaking on the inside like a nervous Chihuahua. I was ready to go under anesthesia or get a sedative or gas or anything but Dr Magic hands... I mean Dr Amer said it wasn't necessary. He numbed my mouth and told me to open up. So I did and as he went in to remove my tooth, I put my head phones on and pulled my phone up but before I could press PLAY, he said "done". I was in shock. He walked out and his assistant told me I was finished. I didn't even realize it but I sorta screamed NO in disbelief. Everyone came running back in to make sure everything was ok. Sorry for startling the other patients. I was so thankful but still in disbelief, I asked to see the tooth. Sure enough, there it was on the table. No pain and out in seconds. I had a playlist ready but didn't even get to press play. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you all again.

It is really important for me to go to offices that are clean, tidy and modern and that is what drew me to NJ Dental Centers. What has kept me is that Dr. Amer is really good at his job, especially given I have several issues with my teeth. His staff is courteous no matter who is at the front desk, and that is very important.

I needed an emergancy wisdom tooth extraction, Dr Amer was wonderful !! I can honestly say it was so fast I didn't even realize it when he pulled it. one second he was trying to tell me to relax and not even 15 second later he was telling the assistant to sterilize the tooth incase I wanted to keep it (which I did lol) I couldn't believe how fast and painless it was, definitely my go to dentist from now on!

All these “good reviews” are definitely fake and paid for. I got a filling done on Friday and I get in the car and the whole thing came off so I went back in and did it again. on Saturday and my whole tooth/ filling came off. I called them and they said I would have to wait till Tuesday for me to get help. That is insane and she was being very rude to me on the phone. Do not recommend to get serious work here only cleaning. Also there are no tissues or toilet paper in the bathroom at all. Update: I went to a different dentist and he said all I need was work on my tooth. Your office said I need all these different root canals when I don’t even need them. Wow

I am very sensitive when it comes to my teeth. I did a thorough research to find the best dentist there is. One had good reviews, so I decided to give him a try. When I visited I was disappointed by how old their technology was and how dirty the whole place was. I went back and kept doing research. Although Saddle Brook Dental Associates was long drive from where I live, I wanted to give it a try because of excellent reviews of Dr. Amer. The place is the cleanest I have ever visited. Staff is very pofessional. Edyta at the front desk is awesome. Not to mention Dr. Amer. He did 4 root canals. Later I showed the x-ray to an endodontist and she was surprised how flawless the job was done. Highly recommended.

NJ dental centers definitely know what they are doing! These offices take time and care and really make patients feel at ease. Whenever I come in they are always friendly and ready to get started! Would recommend for families and people who are anxious about coming to the dentist. I was so scared to have my root canal done but they made me feel better. I like how they are on top of my insurance information so I don't have to worry about anything when I go. My friend brings her grandmother to the Neptune office and they always are nice to her even though she has a language barrier and usually has questions and needs her family to translate. I have been going here for almost year now and after today’s mishap I don’t think I will be returning ever. Overall, the location is convenient and clean. The front desk is alright, depending on who it is. In general, the front desk seems a bit unorganized and unprofessional. It seems like there are a lot of miscommunication issues. Dr. Eldin is the owner but if you plan to see the same doctor each time you return, tell them that because otherwise you will do a consult with one doctor and get treated by another. I’ve seen Dr. Eldin, Amer, and the other doctor whose name starts with an M (I have it written down at home but am still sitting in the parking lot of office as I write this!). So fast forward to 3 weeks ago, I have an appointment scheduled with who I thought was Dr. Eldin until I got a phone call a half hour before the appointment telling me they had to cancel because “Dr. M” had an emergency. I said it was not a big deal because I live 5 minutes away and was working from home that day so I didn’t mind rescheduling. I rescheduled the appointment for the following week but forgot to mention that it was supposed to be with Dr. Eldin. That day arrives and I get a phone call from the front desk a half hour before my appointment to cancel it, saying that the Dr. was going to be out for a while. This time I was a little irritated because I need to get this work done and I was legit walking out to my car when she called. So I discuss with her that I want to reschedule and with Dr. Eldin and she says Dr. Eldin is only in Wednesdays. I scheduled the appointment for 11:00 a.m. today and arrive at 10:55. There is a new lady at the front desk who doesn’t greet me, not a huge deal. I sign my name, and wait along with the 7-9 other people that are waiting. I didn’t bother asking how long the wait was because I saw only 3 people’s names in front of me. It’s now around 12:00 and I ask her if she knows how long the doctor will be - she says there is 3 people in front of me. So… in an hour none of those people were seen yet several people were taken in? She said she couldn’t give me a time frame for how much longer I’d be waiting. I told her I live 5 minutes away and that it would have been nice if they called to let me know they were hours behind, she didn’t say much. As I wait I hear other people say that they had a 11:00a.m. appointment with Dr. Eldin….. awesome. I wait for another half hour and then decide to ask her if I can come back. She shakes her head at me and says they can’t do that. I told her my last 2 appointments were cancelled and now I’ve been waiting for over an 1 1/2. Another 15 minutes goes by and I decide I just wanted to reschedule. I went up to the desk and another lady standing there says “we’re bringing you in next!” I finally get called in at 12:45pm by Fernando, a new assistant. He asked what I was there for today, I told him, and he stepped out to confirm with Dr. Eldin. He returned and told me that the Dr. wanted to remove my wisdom teeth first but that he will be in shortly…. So basically I waited 2 hours to be told that I won’t be getting the work done today. I waited another 10 minutes and still no Dr. Eldin. I told fernando I was going to have to leave. I honestly was so upset at this point, I didn’t feel like waiting anymore. As I am walking out I see Dr. Eldin in with the next patient (who arrived after me) and he’s clearly about to treat them. I tell the lady at the front desk that he’s way to busy to help me, she gets distracted by another patient that was waiting and I just left. Talk about a hot mess and a waste of over 2 hours. Someone is overbooking appointments big time. I never used to have to wait and I never had this many issues. I was happy to have found them but now I will be looking for a new dentist :(

The dentists have all brand new dental technology and they even show you pictures instantly.You start to become interested in the entire process since they explain it all for you. I called in as emergency,they got me in same day at 6 pm .normal paperwork.Barbara dental assistant got me in the room did the X-ray and Dr Eldin came looked in my mouth and on the X-ray and said you need root canal .i start to panic because I have a flight tomorrow to Chicago. He assured me I will be ok to fly tomorrow.he did my root canal and it was PAIN FREE yes it was like magic . They gave me prescription just in case I have pain which I didn't need at all . Finally I found my dentist .

Great dentist office!!! The doctors and staff really care about patients. I felt like everything was explained to me and I was aware of all the details. On top of that I had implants done and I am very happy with the results. They worked out a comfortable financial arrangement with me, and I was so glad that I found them, because I never knew I could have my natural smile back ever again. One other thing that was very pleasant in the office is that everything is very clean and they love plants. The have a huge plant in one of the rooms that keeps growing and every time I come in it is more beautiful than the time before. I give many thanks to the staff, office manager and all doctors who took such a great care of me.

They are amazing, I had a few crowns and hardly felt pain the staff is great ,friendly ,always smiling and the doctor have the magic touch I used to dread going to the dentist this place change my mind. God bless all

Dr. Amer has been my dentist for about a decade now, and has taken care of everything for me from fillings to teeth whitening. He really goes above and beyond in not only his job but also the way he treats his patients. I ask so many questions and he patiently answers every single one. He really cares about his patients and is hands down the best dentist out there. The staff are also incredibly sweet and efficient in their jobs. The conclusion is this: Caring staff, great environment, and the best dental care. If you were looking for a dental office, look no further.

This is a great dental office I’ve Been coming for years, staff is always great but I have to say I had all wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Amer recently and he’s an incredible dental surgeon, my procedure and recovery were so fast I couldn’t believe it! he makes you feel very at ease and is really nice!

I gave them 1 star because I didn't have to wait long (and because I couldn't give zero stars) but the very brief visit from start to finish was a joke. When I initially made the appointment I explained to the woman the appointment was for a second opinion due to a previous dentist recommending me to get a root canal. Fast forward to the day of the appointment, I was called in and the assistant was under the impression due to the "notes" I was there for an ortho consult, after explaining the situation to her she still continued to go back and forth with me about the reason for my visit (lack of communication). So the Dr comes in takes a look at some X-rays I've had done there back in 2015! Heard me say pain (not to hot or cold) and tells me right away that I do in fact need a root canal. He didn't bother to request a current X-ray to see the current condition of the tooth and didn't even examine the tooth. Nor did he try to discuss alternative preventive options if there were any. Sad I chose this place as my second opinion.

I have been seeing Dr. Amer for a while. I had really bad teeth because I grew up abroad and didn't have access to a dentist so in my home country, I made all of my teeth fake. The dentist was not a good one and so I had to re-do all of my teeth and for that, I came to Dr. Amer who has saved me from the headaches I was having. He has truly changed my life, I can eat normally now, I don't feel my nerves throbbing and the migraines have stopped. 5 stars for fixing my life!
