I would highly recommend Dr. Schuster to my family and friends. He has a great personality and his staff are really friendly, which makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. I had a major cosmetic procedure done and it went smoothly and came out beautiful! He was very caring as he asked me numerous times throughout the procedure if I was doing okay. I also have a fear of needles and he was so great when giving me the novocaine that I did not even feel the slightest pinch !!!

Don't get surprised to get a tooth filling at every visit no matter what. Since after I switched the dentists I haven't had any "new" filling in my teeth. You may get surprise bills because the front desk staff doesn't do due diligence to call your insurance for pre certs. Because after all you're responsible to pay for the services rendered. And yes the dentist is rated among the top 10 so obviously one would like to go there.

Hands down the best experience I've ever had. I waited 9 years to get my last 2 wisdom teeth out after a horrible experience with the first two. After getting to the point that they needed to come out I researched heavily to find a dentist that could cater to scare adults. The rave reviews from our neighbors backed the online reviews for Dr. Schuster. I was in and out in 45 min. with no issues whatsoever. They were extremely friendly, played Hallmark Christmas movies for me (my happy place) and entertained my 4 y/o to ensure he didn't think the dentist was scary b/c of mommy. Best dentist every! If only based on treatment this would be a 5-star review. My 3 star review is due to the billing/insurance practices. When my wife and I made appointments we were clear about what insurance we had. After being treated, we later learned half the dentists are not in network. When making appointments, I felt as if we were steered towards out of network providers. We ended up with considerable out of pocket expenses. Ask A LOT of questions when making an appointment.

Interviewed Dr. Jay Schuster for a new dentist. We did wait for a bit after filling out the intake forms. He answered all of our questions, gave us a quick exam to see if anything was serious (nothing in my case). And wasn't too busy to chat for a few. We were impressed enough to schedule cleanings (and a new crown in my wife's case) *** After initial cleanings, we will be going back. Far superior to our prior dentist. *** It's now several years later, and I am still impressed with Dr. Schuster - He is still personable and more importantly, they can catch changes in your mouth before they are even visible to the naked eye, making small corrections that can keep large problems from ever occurring! I cannot recommend him enough!

Just had a tooth pulled at metro dental. The procedure was fine, but after a few hours the pain became intolerable. I'd been told to take advil, but after having gone through nearly half a bottle I decided to call the office. The secretary, Claudine, was kind enough to call the doctor who had already gone home, he advised that I chew a tea bag and I was told this office does not prescribe pain medication! Metro dental is overpriced and while they do go out of their way to appear as though they care, it's just an act-once they've got your money, it's good riddance..and I just realized they left a broken bit of tooth in my gum. These people are a joke.

Dr. Schuster’s chair side manner and his exceptional skill as a modern day painless dentist are rare even by today’s standards. I moved to Morristown last March and had absolutely no intention of leaving my dentist in Chester but the ½ hour commute both ways for my stylist and regular appointments was getting to be too much. My husband, from day one, has been very pleased with Metro Dental. It’s located in a very nicely appointed house on Elm Street, turned into a medical arts building. It’s kept impeccably clean. However, it’s Dr. Schuster’s positive demeanor that sets the standard and offers a surprisingly pleasant dental experience.

Such a beautiful place nice staff but very careless. Went in waited a while to actually be seen. Didn’t really talk about my extraction much but anywho I asked them if they needed a pano x Ray since it was my wisdom tooth so I can get it from my previous dentist. They told me they have one. I was so confused like I don’t remember but maybe I’m going crazy. Thankfully I looked the doctor was saying what needed to be done and I was like that’s not my mouth. Like I understand mistakes happen but what would have happenedif I wasn’t being nosy?! Just be careful and PAY ATTENTION if you are going to be a patient here.

They clean very well, put you at ease and tell you wgat you are doing well and what you need to improve on. The dentists are also phenoenal. Dr. Schuster cracks jokes and talks to you like a friend while examining or performing work. Dr. Sacco is fun to work with too. My whole family comes to this office and even when I needed work done, it was a good experience. The anesthetic was effective, the work was done well and I had minimal pain in tge hours after. I have finally found a dentist office I feel confident recommending to friends and family no matter the state of their teeth.

Nikki Carlin was seen by Dr. Herko this week because she broke one of her permanent front tooth. Nikki is only 7 years old and Dr. Herko and her dental assistant were both wonderful with her. She needed a bonding and what I thought was going to be a terrible experience for her and me (her mother) was the opposite. We actually laughed throughout the procedure and the next day Nikki was able to eat whatever she wanted without any pain. Thank you thank you!
