My twins are now 13 and we have been going to Dr. Flanagan's office since their teeth came in. My daughter went from a child who was so fearful and had to be coerced and sometimes restrained to let anyone near her mouth to being excited for her check ups. The office staff and clinicians in this practice are absolutely top notch. They always remember us and are kind and cheerful without fail. The hygienists and dentists are all excellent and are very sensitive to the needs and personalities of children of all ages. I would never consider going anywhere else. I am so grateful that my children have had such excellent dental care from truly caring providers.

Clean, comfortable, state of the art office. The staff is so friendly and helpful, you don't mind going to a dentist visit at all. Not to mention the kids happiness to be able to play at the little arcade before and after the visit. They make sure you're in and out, without making the kids too uncomfortable being worked on. 100% recommended.

Hands down one of the best pediatric dental offices around. I was very impressed. My children were much more at ease at this office than with the pediatric dentist we saw previously. The staff is caring and helps to ease the anxiety of both the child and parent. I've never waited more than five minutes for a scheduled appointment and the reception/billing staff are excellent and easy to deal with. I highly recommend the dentist to anyone in the area with children.

My son loves going to the dentist now. They have a great little arcade, which I think helps put the children at ease. The staff is always friendly and the dental hygienists do a great job making the smaller children feel comfortable. I live over 25 minutes from the office, but the drive is worth the amount of comfort my son feels when he goes to this office. I recommend Dr. Flanagan to all of my co-workers and friends.

I went to another pediatric local Dentist with strong reputation but i was not happy with their plan for my 3 year old with caveties. Dr Flanagan was my second opinion and i never looked back. This practice was all about my chikd and not an aggressive money driven diagnosis. We are always so pleased with the staff and highly recommend it!

What an amazing experience every time. The hygienists are so calming for my two small children. My son usually goes in with butterflies in his belly but once he sits down, the nerves go away quickly. Their waiting room is amazing with lots of fun video games! And of course Dr Flanagan is very thorough and communicates easily with you about any issues. Highly recommend.

They are unbelievably patient and kind to younger patients. I have taken my 1 and 3 year old twice already and they love it. I also did not have my insurance card on me and they were to able to retrieve all the information for me. I look forward to many more visits with them!

I have been bringing my children to Dr. Mary's practice since they were tiny, they are now 16/17. The office staff are professional and courteous and really know how to deal with children of all ages. Dr. Mary is awesome and is Dr. Erin and both will go out of their way to help you in an emergency (even on a weekend at the beginning of the Christmas holiday when we were due to leave on a road trip - Dr. Mary met us at the office and were able to leave on time). Would recommend this practice to anyone with children.

This office is outstanding!!! Super friendly, courteous, flexible and understanding. The hygienists and dentists are wonderful and know exactly how to treat and handle kids. I absolutely love this office! I actually had a car accident while pulling into their parking lot and they rushed out to see if we were ok and told us that if we wanted they would take my boys & see them whenever we were done. This level of care and concern are so uncommon. Again, this office is the best!

Dr. Mary and her staff are wonderful! They work well with the children making them comfortable during a time that can be overwhelming and stressful and are very knowledgeable. We have been going to her office since my first child was 2 in 2002 and both of my children continue to see her and her staff. Dr. Mary met me and my son one Thanksgiving morning when he banged his tooth into the kitchen table and pushed it back. She didn’t even think twice about it. She is an amazing dentist and knows just how to speak to children to make them feel at ease. The office is has a very warm and welcoming feeling and nice decor not to mention the game room that the kids and even myself enjoy while waiting. I highly recommend Dr. Flanagan’s Pediatric Dentistry office!

I have been going to Dr. Flanagan for years. Everytime the staff is INCREDIBLE!!!! Everyone is so nice, well educated, and friendly. I cannot reccomend this place enough. Special shout out to the amazing, incomparable receptionists who are always patient and wear fun similar scrubs!

Every time I have to take my 5 year old daughter to the dentist, she screams and counts down to her appointment. This time was my first time taking Anthony to the dentist, and since he is afraid of haircuts I assumed it would go terribly. I was totally wrong, thanks to Dr. Mary and her staff. The hygenists and dentists are all so friendly and kind. The office staff is patient and accommodating. Kayla and Anthony both love getting a fun new toothbrush and picking toys out of the prize house when they are done. Kayla even needed her back molars filled previously which was a scary thought for me since it included laughing gas. Everyone always communicates clearly and respects a parent’s decisions. There is always barely a wait, but it is just enough for my kids to get in some playing time at the free arcade in the waiting room. Really, I couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you for always taking such fantastic care of my children!!!!

Doctor Flanagan is an awesome doctor. We have three kids and my oldest is 20 years old so needless to say we have been going to her for a very long time. I will never forget when my son Joshua was about nine years old and he broke his two front teeth at the skating park. It was around 8:30 at night and the office was already closed. We called Dr. Flannigan and she came to the office at 9 o’clock at night to help my son. That’s the kind of doctor she is, she cares about her patients and she puts them first.

I just took my daughter for her very first dentist appointment (she is 2 years old). I was quite apprehensive about the experience myself as normally she is very nervous at the pediatrician's office and has had several meltdowns in the past. Dr. Flanagan's office is the most welcoming, comforting environment to take your child. From the moment we walked in, staff were friendly and inviting. It was encouraged for my daughter to play for a while in the AMAZING game room (she didn't want to leave) before our appointment, and so, she was completely at ease when it was time to see the doctor. Technicians and Dr. Flanagan could not have been any more warm and supportive. I am so pleased with our experience, and would recommend this office to anyone!

As one who worked in dentistry myself for many years in NY , I can say that this is a wonderful practice to bring your children to. Everyone in this state - of -the -art , yet cozy, animal themed , lodge - like place is super nice from the minute you walk in until you leave. My kids love coming to have their examined etc. They have experienced nothing but painless dentistry and are always made to feel super comfortable. The doctors and the entire staff are a very kind and compassionate group of professionals who really know what they are doing. Love it there!
