So I have been going to smile since early 2000 and still go there. I made my wife go there and she loves it. My most found memories is when I was walking with HBP and didn't know. I went in for tooth extraction and the doctor ordered my blood pressure to be taken and wow it was over the roof. She asked me to go and see my doctor right away. She didn't do the extraction. Thanks to the doctor I am getting my HBP in check. Their professionalism is top notch. Every one there is friendly. I wouldn't trade any dentists for smile USA Elizabeth office. They rock And oh they can put you on a payment plan if you can't afford to pay. Isn't that awesome?

I can tell you how fantastic all the doctors and staff were at Smile USA are. I want to personally thank Drs Iyer,Ratkalkar,Shah Patel and asst Lisa for all the time and care given to me during my recent visit for implants. It was such a long day I came in a nervous wreck and scared You all reassured me sat with me especially prior to anesthesia. Everyone kept telling me how great I will feel and look once it is over. The staff and doctors stay with you from start to finish,they are always with you. It feels like you are the only patient there but you aren’t (it’s comforting) The facility is clean state of the art I have several more visits to go but my stress level is down as I known I am in great hands I highly recommend Smile USA

Edit 6 month later follow up/cleaning, Only a 15 wait time which they addressed and apologized for the very short wait ( without me bringing it up)...very rare for doctors to even care about your time and i have a lot of respect for this office and another great visit. I wanted to like this office. I took my time researching, reading reviews, etc. Well I didn't even get to see how the dentist even is! I originally called and set an appointment for my husband and I. Everything was fine but I had to reschedule which was for about 3 weeks out. So we finally make it to our appointment and I'm told I'm not covered by insurance. WHY DIDN'T THEY CALL ME RIGHT AFTER FINDING THIS OUT TO LET ME KNOW?? we could have sorted it out since then! So annoying. I'll have to Continue living in pain. Awesome. Doesn’t give me much confidence in this place now even tho it’s so pretty and clean. I wanted to like it here..

Kind staff and great Dentists! They like to schedule multiple people for the same time and try to cram several patients in a day so of course, they make more money. Appointments don’t really matter as you won’t get seen for maybe an hour to an hour and half after your scheduled appointment. :)

I can’t express the amazing customer service and integrity Val gave me when calling to set up my initial appointment. I had called numerous places to get in for an emergency situation. Every place I called was very rude and showed no sympathy for my situation. I had googled this location (mind you this is 2 hours from my home) and found they took my insurance. Val was very knowledgeable, empathetic and reassured me everything would be okay. I was embarrassed and very stressed because the holidays are right around the corner and to have an issue that I assumed couldn't be fixed before then, from all the other places I talked to.
