worst place ever - I was convinced by dr park to have my old crown replaced. it cost my $900 in total and $400 out of pocket. I had no clue about the quality of his work until one year after. I went to a different dentist due to office re-location. in the new X-ray picture, I can see a big gap between the crown and the gum. my current doctor pointed out that this crown was not sealed properly and it easily lets food stuck there and damage the root ( crown was initially done after root canal). Now I need to redo my crown again but my insurance covers the crown every 5 years for one teeth...........I need to pay $900 out of my pocket to re-do it.....it was a very disappointing experience. I wish I could give him no star

I had my first appointment yesterday and was very impressed with the clinic set up and services from the reception desk and dental work. I am very happy with my hygienist Christen for her gentle but thorough cleaning job as well as Dr Baek's examination and diagnosis. I am so glad I found this dental office in my town after going to my old dentist in West Orange even after moving to Jersey City 5 years ago.

Well I have been a patient at this Dental office for over ten years now and i absolutely love the way they take care of my teeth and all around service. I give five stars to the ladies at the front desk for being exceptionally costumer service ambassadors. They are friendly and make me feel welcome everytime.. Just last Jan 17th i received in the middle of my bday celebration, a TEX from the office wishing me a happy birthday .. That's a great touch so i was quick to make an appointment for my cleaning They are amazing.. I love

I've been to this office in the past but stopped going because of insurance issues so I hadn't been there in about 8 years or more. When looking for a dentist under my current insurance I came across a really positive review on the Internet that sounded like the office I used to visit so I went to that website and viola!! It was my former dental office but the name had changed AND they're in my dental network. The staff has changed some but the "chairside manner" remains the same, Exceptional!! I'm happy to be going back there even though I've always hated going to the dentist..!! They make you feel comfortable and are very courteous. A Great office with a Great Staff from the front desk to the back room...!

Love this dentist office! I am normally an anxious person but for some reason I felt so calm here. They have TVs to watch while you get work done. I loved my cleaning and they were very professional and kind. Dr Paek is great! I Also recommend this place for Invisalign they have up to date technology :)

I’ve been coming here for a long time. They were punctual and I loved them until recently. Both my husband and I come here and since they relocated/expanded, the waiting has been long and we were not seen on time. As a person who works during the day, all I want is to be in and out. Waiting for 30+ mins, especially when I was instructed to be on time because of the doctors schedule, was a bit frustrating. I think they expanded beyond their capacity and haven’t been able to figure out the logistics. I am hoping they will improve as I do like them after all.

I was referred here by a colleague as I needed a root canal and my regular dentist’s referral was out of my insurance network. I was extremely impressed. The facility is very modern and clean. The exam chairs are way more comfortable than normal and even have a massage controller! There were TVs to watch while your procedures are being done. The best part is the staff. From the person who booked my appointment, reception and front desk, dental assistants and the dentist- hands down the friendliest ever. I’m seriously considering a switch. I’m that impressed.

Absolutely ridiculous! I called this office on a Monday to schedule an appointment for an exam and explained that I was experiencing pain in my tooth and may need an extraction as well. I managed to schedule an appointment for the following Wednesday (earliest available) at 11:00am. The days pass by and I do my best to cope with the pain while patiently waiting for my appointment. Since i work in sales and cannot work with a swollen face, I make arrangements to have days off from work and follow up with a convenient confirmation text message just 4 days before my appointment. The reviews I read sounded great so I didn't want to go somewhere else that wasn't as highly rated despite the pain. The morning of the appointment comes AN HOUR before I was scheduled to come in, I receive a phone call CANCELING my appointment because they do not support my insurance carrier and tell me that in order to keep my appointment I will have to pay for it OUT OF POCKET! I have no idea what gives them the nerve to think that waiting until the day of the appointment to verify something so crucial! I even gave them my insurance details when I initially called to make the appointment a week before! Now I am forced to continue to endure tooth pain while I wait for an appointment with another local dentist. This office's management of appointments is extremely lacking.

I had my 3 wisdom teeth removed couple days ago. The staff is very friendly and provided me with everything I need to take care of my teeth before and after the procedure. They even put nice soothing songs for me. During the extraction, I didn’t feel any sharp pain besides some pressure. I would highly recommend the place.

I love Dr.Cohen. He's funny, patient and he knows what he's doing! He's an excellent cosmetic dentist and has helped save my smile. I have crowns throughout my entire mouth but you couldn't tell. Amazingly easy to schedule an appointment. Love the use of technology. They have always been transparent with the costs associated with the treatment. Love the fact that they care to go through your plan and let you know whats covered and whats not. I regularly get my teeth cleaned and have had a couple of teeth filled here.
