My husband just recently needed an emergency surgery on his wisdom teeth. I contacted the office and spoke with Lucy. She provided some of the best customer service I've ever experienced! She was so thorough and accommodating. My husbands surgery was a success and he is on the road to a speedy recovery! Thanks Eastern Dental of Ewing!

There dentist take forever. Every time I go it ends up taking about 2 hours just to get seen. Than about 30 mins to do whatever needs done. This last time I went in I had to get a tooth pulled because it was causing great pain. I went in at 12:45, I wasn't seen or didn't even have my name called till I saw everyone leaving so asked someone and she said they were closing. So I spent 4 hours in a hallway in pain to be told to come back tomorrow morning. Not very professional I would rate this place with no star because this is how it's been since I was like 10 like the place has been the same since than I been going here 15 years. Would recommend this place at all only come here cause it's where my insurance covers sadly.

Being there reminds me of being at the nail salon. The 3 receptionists ignore you while talking to each other in Spanish (likely about you). Hygienists roll their eyes at you. This place makes me uncomfortable

Experienced and knowledgeable. Sometimes a long wait but worth it. Very patient with my questions and concerns. For such a large and busy practice, they still treat you like an individual. Also their prices are reasonable compared to other places.

Robin is extremely helpful and understands that not every patient is the same. She was able to make accommodations for me and my challenging schedule. I have been a patient there for 6 years and Dr.Chris is the best Dentist I have seen in my time there. Very friendly and detailed.

It was my first time at this office in Ewing and it took me a while to figure out where to go. They were able to fit me in just before the holiday for a tooth pain. Understandably there was a bit of a wait, having, being that they had to fit me in. Everyone there was very accommodating and pleasant and best of all I left there relieved of my tooth pain. I will be going back.

Abysmal service. They never pick up the phone or call you back. If I want to make an appointment, I have to go there in person. Long wait times. And their cleaning is far from thorough. They were done in 10min and I could still feel the roughness and dirt on my teeth. My previous dentist took 40min to do a cleaning. Unfortunately this is the only dentist in the area that will take my insurance.

I’ve been going to eastern dental since i was 8. The dental assistants were always professional the wait was a bit absurd but i expected it, i never had a problem until now(I’m 26). Linda was very disgusting and rude and i tried to fathom why she was so irate about giving me information on my file. I’ve never had such a negative feeling about eastern dental until now and won’t be returning

I was mutelated hear criminoly assulted hear discriminated hear after 20+ years if being treated since a child.they refused to complete oral sergery root canales filed down my teeth all to sabatoge my carear they refused to treat me predjudesly ileagaly be haved as racist my 2nd dentest has backup xrays and has documented their every move i initiated two investigations fediral and am preparing paper work to habe present in crominal court befor the end of the year. So dont wast your time they dont have a lot. Michael

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!By far the worst! Dental place I've ever been to. Arrived at 9:40am and was told by the director, not me, that he would remove all 4 wisdom teeth. 6 hours and 20 min later Sue tried to convince me to come another day and that only 2 teeth would be removed. Another hour goes by and when the dentist walked in he insisted that he's tired and only wanted to extract 2 teeth or nothing. Throwing his hands in the air, and didn't care that we waited so long just to get a half as job done. When I tried leaving he then so fine he will do all 4 teeth in a nasty tone, and grabbed my face rudely to put novacane. I just got up and left. I'll bring my business elsewhere. That dentist was an old man, probably in his 70's and needs to retire. Maybe he will be happier.

Waste of time. I would never recommend anyone to go to this clinic. They keep you waiting for 4 hours just to tell- you can you take another appointment? Crazy wait time. OK OK OK For those who wants to still go to that clinic, please take your three meals of the day when you go to this clinic. Cos who knows you might wait for your turn for the whole day.

I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and the dentist along with his assistant, her name was Madelyn (the assistant) I believe. They were a great team and made me feel relaxed when I panic with the noise. no pain at all, felt pressure at times but all together and fast process and recovering nicely. thank you guys at Eastern Dental in Ewing!

Had a molar break at about 7:30pm. Sent an email to Eastern Dental of Ewing because they are listed as my dentist on my insurance card. I got a call at around 7:30am the next day telling me to come in right away. I first met with Katie, she did the X-Rays. Very nice and professional demeanor. Then Dr. Slomovitz came to look at the X-Rays and determined a root canal was necessary. Next I saw Lindsey, also very nice, who assisted Dr. Paliouras during the procedure. They were very professional and friendly throughout, and I wasn’t relegated to the waiting room for an extended length of time, and was out at about 11:00am. I would definitely recommend them. I have a follow up appointment next Wednesday to see how all is going. I will be getting the crown in 4-6 weeks.

The only reason why I didn't rate them at a 5 is because of the wait. Other than that everyone in the office was extremely pleasant, the dentist I saw was nice, and the oral surgeon that extracted my tooth was also nice and gentle. I would definitely recommend this office.

Ive had a wonderful experience there every time, Im able to get right in without any issues. Me and my husband were there recently for our annual appointments and Dr. Slomovitz and Lucy are the best, they made us aware of potential costs for dental work that my husband may have needed, and follow up appointments were scheduled right away! I’ve had a life long struggle with being comfortable at the dentist, and I’ll say the long wait time can make the anxiety worse but the friendly and consistent staff make it worth sticking here. Karen always smiling, Robin always ask about my kids, very sweet ladies, been there forever. Dr.Slomovitz is great, always makes me feel like we are old friends. They’re all really sweet & from the front desk girls, to the doctors & dental nurses themselves. Did I mention they give you a goody Bag with freebies to take home. I only gave 4 stars because of how pushy they can be with trying to get you to do financing.

I did not realize how bad my teeth had become until I was told by a good friend. I was down to three top teeth with a reverse bite. Dr Slomovitz developed a plan which involved full upper bridge implant dentures Now almost seven months later the implants are in and I have my bite restored. Sue from the staff was terrific in helping me with all the financial and appointment details. I now feel a two hundred percent increase in my day to day functions due to the dental work performed. I cannot recommend enough the importance of dental health in one's life. I feel Eastern Dental of Ewing really cares about their patents. If you have any dental problems you need to look no further then Eastern Dental of Ewing.

Well or fine dentist they do emergency appoitnent for same day but is too slow they have a surgical group on tusday and friday but they give you an appoitmen for 9:45 and you see the doctor at 10:45 sooo they are slow and over bock the times.

This place is absolutely the worst. I only came here because the lawrenceville location wanted to remove 4 wisdom teeth without sedation, so I was referred here. Appointment was at 1pm I arrived at 1230 to fill out corresponding paper work. Then I sat there for 3 HOURS waiting to be seen. I literally took a half day of work to go to this appointment when I could have gone after a full work day. STAY FAR AWAY, go to one of their other locations. Oh and some people here are being discriminated against for lack of insurance and have been here since 8am and are still waiting upon me leaving at 430 pm

My wife was just "REFUSED" her apt today because she was going to be 15 minutes late. Her apt was for 8:30 and she called at 8:38 to let them know. The operator that answered the phone was rude and inconsiderate. Now she was told she has to wait 2 months to get another apt. OVER 15 MINUTES. Meanwhile patients ALL the time wait for hours here even when being on time or showing up early. NEGATIVE RATING -5

Terrible my appointment was for 930 am I waited 5 hours for someone to see me.For something that only takes 5min . At that it took me 6 week to get an appointment . Some good dentist , but there some rude one only trying to do rush job. Please work on your bed side manor. Your patient are just as tired as you. When they wait all day. Remember you pick your jobs now act like you enjoy it.

The office staff was very courteous. I was having wisdom tooth pain and Autumn squeezed me in that same day for a visit. Mary was very kind while doing my x-rays and comforting while I was nervously waiting for my extraction. My procedure went smoothly and quickly! I will be back, for sure.

Worst dumb A$$ dentistry place in the state of NJ hell worst in the world period. Seriously though they have better dentist's in third world country's. the quote on quote Doctor's here & i use that term "Doctor's" as loosely as possible waited from 7am to 3pm just to have the jackA$$es here tell me they couldn't pull my tooth because it was infected but didn't wanna give me anything for it not even anti-biotics or Meds for the very bad pain & just took my money & basically said OK now good day!!....F'N B/S possible lawsuits in the work if ANYTHING AT ALL HAPPENS No Doctor's or Dentist's Here just wanna-be quacks who know less about dentistry then my German Shepherd Dog for Christ sake go back to Med school & learn the basics because obviously nobody that works here never did the first or second or third time!!... Eastern dental is absolutely unprofessional. They over schedule patients and make them wait for HOURS to be seen. My experience here was terrible. I have been attending this dentist since 2014 and they yet have changed how to run this building. I had an appointment at 10:00am and was not seen until 1:30pm. Isn’t that ridiculous . What makes it worse the employees do not to accommodate, for the long wait & the packed waiting room. After today , I made the decision to switch dentist. Absolutely the worst dentist office in New Jersey in my opinion .

Horrible. Paid for braces, they took them Off too early and gave me a cheap plastic retainer which did not hold my teeth in place. I told them that my teeth were moving back and they made me pay for metal retainers. Wore the metal retainers till they broke and they wanted to charge me another $600 for retainers that never helped my teeth. They had continued to move again to their original position so I paid 6k for nothing. My teeth are back to being crooked because they didn't leave the braces on long enough and gave me retainers that didn't retain anything. Waste of money! Reporting them to BBB.

Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. They made a mistake and gave me an appointment for Friday, instead of Thursday. Since my doctor wasn’t there they only took X-ray and impressions on my teeth. One of the doctor volunteer to work on my teeth. He didn’t because the dental assistant told him not too. She said He will over work himself and I wasn’t his patient. Like if I didn’t know she was talking about me. I waited almost 2 months for this bs they could at least sequeeze me in for next Thursday since my next appointment is May 3. It’s okay because I believe in karma and God don’t like ugly.

Listen if you are trying to decide where to go to see a dentist choose elsewhere the ineptitude that is demonstrated day in and day out here is horrific. The focus is $ not a better dental status for patients there is a scare tactic utilized to get uninformed patients to incure inflated medical bills further burying the common person in debt and the service desk might be the most unprofessional group of young women assembled they text on their phones while your asking questions and partake in office gossip in a distasteful manner in front of patients if someone rates this place anything more than 1 star which is still too much of a rating. I have never had a “dental” office experience filled with so much disgust do yourself a favor and go elsewhere that values you and your business

Orthodontist scheduling is HORRIBLE. Very limited times are available and at times you will be given a time when the office is closed. When you arrive, its locked. You call from the parking lot, no answer (which is usually the norm). You leave a message and do not get calls back. Then when you finally do get through (after being prompted through the menu multiple times), they insist they were opened even though YOU WERE STANDING OUT THERE OUTSIDE A LOCKED DOOR AND NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. Then they have the nerve to tell you youve missed your appointments. No, really? If I had another insurance option, I would use it. When you actually do make it into an appointment, the services are good and the staff is nice. However its getting in that is difficult and THAT drags out the experience longer than necessary.

Rude and unbearable : Terrible : customer service, terrible staff, typical for ripping people off. Always wait upwards of three hours even when on time for appointments. They state they are under new Managment but have no changes for the better. Procedures are drawn out and they always over charge. None of the staff knows what they are doing which is why they fire everyone.
