WOW. Thought this was going to just be another boring dental appointment. My daughter needed her wisdom teeth pulled and we ended up at Diamond Spring and I am so blessed that we did. The people here are so real. The receptionist got me coffee in the waiting room. That's was just what I needed. Helpful and sweet on the phone and in the office. The doctor is great. He explained everything to my 15 yo daughter. Treated her with respect. AWESOME EXPERIENCE.

Diamond Spring Dental has been a blessing in my life. My whole family goes for our annual checkups, dental work, orthodontics, and much more at this facility. Along with being amazing at dental work, they also have a generous heart. I went on two missions trips the past two years: one to Haiti, the other India. For both trips, Diamond Spring donated over 150 bags filled with toothbrushes, toothpaste and floss to give to the needy kids. Seeing the smiles on the little kids faces when they received these bags, brightened my heart. Some even kissed there bags in excitement. None of this joy would have been possible without the loving and caring community at Diamond Spring Dental.

I travel 31 miles to go to this facility. Not because I like driving but rather the staff. Each one is knowledgeable and compassionate. The two that stand out the most are Dr Napoli and the office manager Elizabeth. Dr Napoli is very intelligent and caring. He takes the time to tell you everything he is going to do and why he is doing it and the expected results. The office manager Liz-- well I do not know where to start. She is so caring and helpful. She greets the patients like they are family and not just a number. Recently I needed a CT scan before surgery. She called a facility and they took me right in. Five minutes and I was done. She saved me making an appointment and having to drive back at some date to have the scan I would recommend Diamond Spring to a friend for sure.

Diamond Spring Dental is the absolute best. Everyone is so nice, personable and professional. The dentists do a fantastic job with explaining what needs to be done and then do a great job with the procedures. Never had any problems later on with any work! The front desk staff alone makes it an enjoyable experience. (Did I really just use the word enjoyable talking about a dental office?!) They take the time to explain your bill and answer any questions you might have without making you feel like you're bothering them. From a girl who would always make her mom come with her to the dentist because it was always a overwhelming experience, (even in my adult years!) I am incredible grateful for this dental practice!! I had an abscess tooth infection that required oral surgery and the office moved mountains to takr care of me. Shout out to Dawn who was a saint in getting me and making sure the surgery happened sooner than later. I was so nervous and the entire staff reassured me and the surgery was very smooth. We are so happy to have found Diamond Spring Dental! I can’t say enough about the staff...they are warm and friendly and make you feel absolutely at ease. My children 10 and 7 have had fears of the dentist when they were younger and in this office they have become at ease. From the hygienists, to the receptionists, to the doctors, we have been treated with genuine care. “Nurse Liz” as my kids affectionately call her, the office manager, has gone above and beyond the call of duty to make sure all is right in my kids dental world! She holds their hands, explains things to them to calm them if they are nervous, hugs them if they need, and stays present in the room if she senses they need her there. It’s absolutely the most wonderful feeling as a parent to see that your kids trust her and the other staff members and to know they are in good hands! My previous post was 5 stars and since then, my kids no longer receive ortho care and their orthodontist has moved on to other pastures. It pains me to lower my rating to 3 stars and I'll tell you why. They have this dental hygienist who is nothing short of a superstar. Harley ranks up there with Captain Marvel. If you're like me and most people, your looking forward to your 6 month cleanings like a death in the family. But Harley makes what is an already necessary evil as painless and enjoyable a process as humanely possible. I hope they are paying her top dollar! So 5 stars there. But a couple of months ago, my ex-wife noticed what looked like a cavity in my daughter's mouth (I didn't ask what warranted the examination on my teen daughter's teeth but I sure am grateful that she did!). It did turn out to be a cavity that had time to work into what almost required a root canal. So, in deference to my ex who was justifiably perplexed how she caught it with her untrained, terrible, and money-grubbing eyes, I have to give the practice one star for a total of 2 1/2 stars. But did I mention Super Harley? Plus the office staff is awesome so I just changed the three stars to four. And the dentists are always good-natured and upbeat, positive human beings despite their career choices. Therefore, I cannot bring myself to grant lesser stars and if it means that much to my ex, let her write a google review but seriously, a parent shouldn't have to be the one to notice a cavity.

Been with this practice for over 40 years through three owners. Most of the tie I'm a happy camper. However, since corporate interests have taken over the admin side of things is annoying me. A failed implant process requires them to rebate money paid for services that could not be delivered. I've been waiting over 6 months and have received nothing but kind words, They are very quick to demand payment but not so good when the situation is reversed. I'm not happy about this current situation.

Assistants are Mind, just trying to be nice but really aren't, the Peruvian hygienist is the worse, poor quality of work and always in a bad mood. Hygienist Caitlin in The other hand is very polite and nice. I only would go for her. The doctors are most of them not up to date with training and technology and hurt a lot. Not recommend this place to anybody.

I developed severe pain and horrible swelling over the weekend. When I contacted Diamond Spring Dental on Monday morning; they could not have been more sympathetic and efficient. I was literally seen within 40 minutes of my initial phone call. Beware of their Cavity Scam!!! You walk in with a simple cavity...you end up getting a porcelain inlay procedure (essentially a crown) costing you thousands $$$$. Mind you I’m a state employee with one of the best insurance coverage, yet still paid ~$1,000 Dollars!! In addition, customer service at front desk is lacking proper etiquette! My Advice: 1) Find a different dentist!! 2) get a second opinion before you “SIGN” on any procedure and 3) confirm with insurance coverage

Diamond Spring Dental did a great job with my husband’s emergency wisdom tooth extraction surgery. He had two impacted wisdom teeth that were killing him, and they did a great job with helping him manage pain over the weekend (Elizabeth, office manager, was amazing with correspondence and coordinating multiple prescriptions on a Saturday evening), and got him in as soon as possible on for surgery on Monday. The whole office staff was super kind, patient, and helpful. Following surgery, Dr. Napoli wrote down all the post surgical care instructions and really took his time explaining them before letting us leave. They helped us out to the car, and made sure I had to supports I needed to manage (post-surgery husband and our 2 month old!). Dr. Napoli gave us his personal cell phone number and followed up with both of us the next day and week to make sure my husband was managing alright. Very kind, professional, and excellent bedside manner. Highly recommended!

I found Diamond Spring Dental in an emergency situation on a Saturday. They got me right in to take a look. I could tell from the minute I walked in the door that I was in good hands. Root canal done in 45 minutes and I didn't even feel a thing! I've been back for a few visits and the longest I've waited so far is about 39 seconds. Everyone in the office is very knowledgable and they care about their patients. They take time to explain whatever you need. I now take my 11,10, and 8 year old children there as well. Kids will give you instant honest feedback and they told me they're staying right here, enough said.

Every person that I had the pleasure of speaking to or dealing with were so helpful, so professional, and so nice!! The dentist and his assistant were wonderful, kindhearted and really understanding because I am one of those people who are terrified to go to the dentist. I hope this review helps someone else make the decision to become a patient of this practice. If you are afraid to go to the dentist because of a prior bad experience, they are really understanding of that, and to me that is so important! Update 12/18- they have been great with working on a payment arrangement very understanding. Staff still a 5/5 I give the staff 5/5 but I’m really disappointed at how my case was handled. I needed an implant done before my wedding/moving cross country. I told them I needed this implant before March 1 when my insurance was ending and when I was leaving the state they said they could have it done. After sending my implant back to the dental lab 3 times they got it back on the 2nd. I now have to foot a 4,500 bill out of my own pocket when I could have literally gone anywhere else and not be in this situation. They shouldn’t have promised they could get it back in a timely manner if they could not. They basically stated in a nice way it was out of their hands and asked me to put a card on file.

I chipped my tooth recently and Diamond Spring was able to get me in an hour after I called! This was my first experience working with, Dr. Saoud and It was wonderful! He was extremely gentle, and he did an amazing job fixing my tooth. My smile looks better then it did before the chip! I went to Diamond Spring dental needing a tooth removed and was given a few options. I decided to go with surgical post implant and tooth based upon verbal cost quotes given to me while I was sitting in the chair. Understanding that the cost for the entire procedure (including the tooth) would be $2,800, I agreed to the work. Following the extraction and post implant, I was billed for $3,397 for work performed and told that the tooth itself would be another $1,600.00! They also never checked my insurance to see what would be covered and what would be out of pocket. I was appaled and so frustrated that I had been so misinformed. Following a series of insurance adjustments, they were able to adjust off $900.00. 11 months later the insurance company readjusted their amount and Diamond Spring Dental told me I owed them another $300.00. I paid off the balance of the $3,397.00 to avoid collections but never got the tooth as I would never return to Diamond Spring Dental ever again. I would expect that their system of conveying costs would be more calibrated and professional, especailly for people who are budget conscious. I have zero trust in what they tell me from behind the desk.

I went in for a dental cleaning. They told me I had some minor cavities I should take care of. I scheduled the procedure since I thought I had coverage. I paid around $400-$500 because I had a deductible. Then I got a bill from Diamond Spring Dental for almost $600. So I called them and they told me my insurance had been terminated. I never terminated my insurance. It turns out that since I had recently switched my Horizon plan from the Marketplace to under my employer’s insurance, my Delta Dental plan was terminated without anyone notifying me. That’s a whole other story. BUT I was under the impression Diamond Spring had confirmed my coverage (like every other medical office I’ve been too in my life). They DID NOT confirm insurance coverage. So when they told me how much it would cost, it was a guess. When I spoke with them, they said they confirm insurance coverage as a favor to the patient. Well, they didn’t do that for me and they completely misled me. If I had known my coverage had been terminated I would have waited to get the procedure done until I had gotten a new plan. On top of this, one person at the front desk told me at one point I was not responsible for this bill. The bills stopped, then started back up again. I got a call from the office manager who offered me a payment plan. I told her I was very disappointed and I couldn’t discuss that at the moment becuase I was working. She told me to call her back within the next 3 days. I called her back and left her a message letting her know I was interested in a payment plan. Well that was another LIE because I now have received a letter that they sent me to collections. HORRIBLE customer service. Working in the medical field, I would never do this to my patients. They do not know how to manage an office and do what’s best for the patient. I suggest you find another dental service.
