Went there to do root canal and started the treatment but then after suffering tremendous pain the doctor sent me to a speicalist to do the root canal the specialist received payment from me and told me that I dont need to pay twice for the same treatment so I need to pay him only and not Dental Solution depsite this they wanted me to pay them as well called the insurance company and they also told me I dont need to pay depsite all of this i kept getting bills from them when told the office manager that it was settled with the insurance company she told me that i got the treatment with them and i need to pay very bad service and very unprofessional from start to finish

We were out of town on vacation and my 9 year old broke a tooth. Dental solutions was so helpful! They got us in the very next morning, were so professional and sweet. My son laughed through the whole thing because they made him feel so comfortable. Very clean, welcoming atmosphere and even as a last minute appt we were in and out in under an hour. They went above and beyond to make it as stress-free for us as possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a dentist! I wish we lived closer and could keep using them. After having a painless root canal done the real pulling of teeth began. I was over changed around $1500 because the not so helpful front desk staff input my insurance wrong. Come three and a half months later I am still yet to receive my refund after being told multiple times when it would come and having the date pushed back. The dentistry is top notch, but the front office is a clown circus that gives everyone the run around because they can’t do their jobs.

One of the worse places to get anything done. Even when they send you to a specialist and the specialist says you do not need root canal, they will not replace cap without it. Dr Danzig is the WORST and has no "bed side manner". They are all about the almighty dollar and not the well being of the patient.

Every person in this practice is absolutely amazing, from the front desk to the hygienists to the dentists. Always pleasant and helpful, I never have to wait, and they are genuinely concerned for my family's dental health. I usually see Dr. Hud, she's such a sweetheart. She always asks about my kids by name, and even follows up on issues they've had years prior. And she is magician with the novocaine, I've never once been in pain or uncomfortable, barely even feel the actual needle. Just a great group of people.

The oral surgeon, Levy, was very rude, uncaring and frankly demeaning during my LAST visit. They've since lost my confidence and any and all future business. The story is: I had to wait before I performed my tooth extraction, but by doing that it meant (apparently; I didn't know at the time) that they would have to refer me to a different dental center, since they couldn't perform the necessary anesthesia in their office. All well, right? I guess not: in telling me that, I was practically berated, yelled at and made to feel bad because this Levy was upset that I hadn't done it earlier and his rushed and insulting tone let me know it. I didn't understand what the big deal was. I thought about how his unfounded and unfair treatment, and the only conclusion I could reach is this: he and this place, as his association, don't get to cash in on the procedure, and he's upset he has to send me somewhere else. What else would it be? Why does he care where I get my operation done if it wasn't for the money involved? (Money, here, being the only common denominator between him as a provider and me as a patient). He certainly didn't show any positive care or concern towards me. His harsh and unappreciative tone led me to come to these conclusions. But even then, it's all well: a business is a business, but maybe he shouldn't be so blatantly rude about it. He didn't even give me the time of day to ask a question, or allow me to take in or make sure I understood what he essentially brushed over. The visit lasted two, three minutes top. That's not an exaggeration: in a aggravated voice, he came in, told me I waited too long, wrote the name of the new place on a piece of paper, and told me to go to the receptionist to get the referral. Then he left me with my jaw half-open. Talk about professionalism, about leaving your patients with a sore taste in their mouths. Anyway, the second star is for one Ms. Lin Zhung: she's an awesome hygienist and I will miss her! It's a shame this Levy had to ruin my opinion on, and relationship with, this place.

They pushed for a procedure that was not covered by my insurance. I was told it would be covered but my insurance rejected it because it was not a necessary procedure. Not to mention years later, the teeth they performed the procedure on are now highly sensitive and probably need additional work.

I’ve been there for around three years. Everything was good except for the last year was a completely nightmare. Because Doctor Gacita made me a root canal and the procedure was horrible and painful. Actually he doesn’t care about the allergies of the patient as a my experience with him. After that I had problems trying eating. After two months my tooth still bothering me. I decided comeback to the doctor. He never saw anything and again the pain continued. After a few months he decided send me to the Endodontics and he found a lot infected inside my tooth. I had to pay a new treatment again. I was in the hospital twice during this period of time for the same problem with my tooth. It was super scared! Finally after 9 month Dr Jay finished my treatment last week. The thing is I never received any refund for anything. All this treatment costs me around $20,000 and a lot of pain. Otherwise the customer service is great but I don’t receive any solution yet about it.

Horrible 0 stars. Made me feel uncomfortable physically and mentally. Basically kicked me out during a procedure and told me to go somewhere else. If you can't handle the job refer me somewhere else first don't try to take my money first, and its funny because the first day I went in they gave up on another patient next to me taking his/her x-rays saying if he/she doesn't cooperate they will have to go to another dentist. You wouldn't have that much trouble with people if you treated them like people and not robots with your next paycheck. Unprofessional, Nitrus tanks are just room air like that other guy says don't do anything at all, I've gotten a bigger buzz from drinking O'Doul's. Less then 2 stars on yelp, officially the KMart of dentistry.

I just got off the phone with Dental Solutions Voorhees after receiving a bill in the mail for about $10 that I wanted to pay. I was surprised to receive it since I always confirm my payments before and after my appointments and immediately pay for any. But seeing as it was just $10, I didn’t mind and wanted to quickly pay so it didn’t go into collections. One of the office administrators told me they forgot to inform me of my other copays several time that I’ve had procedures/appointments throughout the year and my balance is much higher. They either didn’t bother to call and update me or didn’t check when I asked. Even though I always ask BEFORE my appointments and AFTER, “is there a copayment and how much is it?” The amount of times I’ve been told that I don’t owe anything this time and my insurance covered it is shocking. I didn’t think they would lie or mess up on the numbers that often. I’ve only learned about my balance after calling them today. There was no other attempt to contact me and let me know of this increasing balance. For all I know, i’m close to receiving a notice from collections about balances I was never informed of! When I told the office manager that they need to figure out the discrepancies in their billing department and get back to me, she rudely told me that my account will go into collections if I don’t pay the newly discovered balance soon. Obviously there’s no sense of responsibility or organization in their administrative staff to take care of their customers. I can’t believe this is the quality and standard of customer service at a dentist’s office. Do not go here, do not waste your time getting scammed out of money because they didn’t do their job right.

I would give this place no stars if I could. Horrible orthodontist experience here. I had a complete different orthodontist every time because they kept quitting. The treatment was horrible and they screwed up my teeth. Not to mention the time that a nurse ripped my expander out of my mouth after it broke without any medicine. DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE GO TO A PRIVATE PRACTICE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A REAL ORTHODONTIST. Not only will it save you money, but also your teeth.

Horrible experience. Waited over 3 months for first appointment. Then had to get pre approval for insurance for procedure, after this place took care of the preapproval with the insurance they tried to tell me that they could not fit me in because the Dr was leaving. They fit me in for an appointment after much fighting with them over it. Then when I showed up they tried to tell me that my appointment was for over a month later then what we had scheduled. So after 4 months of dealing with this place I still have not been able to get procedure and have to start all over again because their service has been so bad that I can’t deal with them anymore. If referred here go elsewhere they are awful.

The dentist took multiple appointments over a period of almost a year and still did not satisfy my needs, leaving me going to another clinic very unhappy. I was in pain and couldn't eat properly for almost a year. Wait times were long. The dentist did not have a friendly attitude. Staff at the desk was rude and told me to leave because they would not talk to me or help one of their customers out. Not professional at all. My tooth is broken now than when I first went in because of the dentist's lack of responsibility and professionally, always removing and inserting my crown until the dentist applied so much pressure one time, one of my tooth is now shattered. After the crown was not put in right, Dr.Gacita took it out and put in a temporary and told me to go the endodontist for a check up. The endodontist said everything was okay. Later, I came back for a molding, but the doctor put in something inside the tooth with a lot of pressure. At the time, I felt a lot of pain and I felt that something had broken at the time. The assistant was there at the time heard me as well. I wasn't sure what the doctor had put in there or what he had done to my tooth after applying all that pressure. After putting the temporary, I have felt excruciating pain on one of my tooth, always the same tooth. Later on, the doctor put in a new crown. Ever since then, it has always given me increasing pain. I went for a check up at a different clinic. After given an X-Ray, the doctor let me know that my tooth had broken probably with the pressure of the crown. I completely trusted in the doctor here and I do not feel that I was respected. I've had a problem with this tooth since April and the doctor had been treating me since then. There was no pain at all before then and everything was okay with the endodontist. I've come here 7-8 times to work on my teeth, removing and inserting crowns over and over again, giving me more pain than before I came here. I've never used the right side of my mouth to eat since April because I've had pain and an uneven bite since then, and now my tooth is shattered and broken after I've been here. Before I came here it was good and now it's broken after I've come here. No one here was understanding of my problem. As a woman with a language barrier, they did not even try to help and the manager told me to leave since they would not listen nor help. She didn't even listen or read everything I wrote that I had to say. I've been respectful and trusting of the dentist the entire time, not knowing the dentist would do such sloppy work, always smiling and compliant for many months. Always taking time off from work to go to 7-8 appointments and useless follow-ups when they would just send me to the endodontist. Their service and customer service is terrible. Don't waste your time here, never again.

I had been with Li for more than 30 years so I didn't know what to expect when the new technician took me back for cleaning. He was very professional and quick. Unfortunately part of this visit was for an inspection of the teeth. There was no dentist available to do so and I would have had to wait at least a half hour. I have had the worst experiences there and unfortunately I've been going there since I was a kid. I like this dentist. I want to share with you that I was apprehensive about going to a new dental location, but Dr. Gacita relieved any fears that I had. I met with him initially and he was very informative. I just completed my first visit where he implanted the two anchors for my three-tooth bridge. The experience was great. He walked me through the entire procedure and more importantly to me, when there was a point where he was not working inside my mouth, he would say something like, "you can close your mouth and rest for a moment." It may seem like a simple thing, but it got me through it very comfortably - if you can call going to the dentist a comfortable thing. He was professional. He took me on time. I had no swelling or pain after the procedure. I go back in four months for the next phase and am looking forward to a similar experience. DEFINITELY would recommend him. Great job Dr. Gacita!

Dr. Danzig was terrible with my children. He told me he was "done for the day" because of my kids. He also blamed one of his co-workers for the computer not running properly. He was very rude as belittled her. She came over& fixed his problem which happened to be his error. My husband went in for a cleaning and rather than cleaning my husband's teeth he told him he would need 2 wisdom teeth removed and a filling. Remove teeth that don't even hurt??? Isn't their job to fix and repair teeth? They didn't clean his teeth, they told him to come back to see the oral surgeon, then come back to have a cavity filled and after all that he could come back for a cleaning. They are all about making a buck. Not going back! What a waste of time. Out of 4 people only one successfully came out with a cleaning.

Most recently last week I was in extreme pain and in need of 2 root canals and fillings however there was a wait because the route canals needed to be pre authorized by my insurance. I was given medication for pain and antibiotic in the mean time. However the pain was still there after a few days because the infection was so bad. With out any thought of cost Dr. Hud made time for me in here schedule to do some work on my teeth to get me out of pain. The front desk is always polite. The office manager made some extra calls to the insurance company but Dr. Hud was still willing to do the work just so I was not in pain. That was last week, and for the one side that was the worst. They still scheduled me in for today for the work on the other side. Thankfully the authorizations came in this morning but she was still going to do the work any way. She was very gently and very caring, excellent bed side manner. I cant speak to the other Doctors as I have never been seen by them but Dr. Hud is the greatest. The front desk is wonder. And my hygentist Lee is great. I would highly recommend this office for families as I have been taking my daughter there as well.

Don't go there. The dentist is the worst in the area. Stay away if you want to go to a horrible dentist go there. They used to be good when Dr. Hud was practicing there now it's just a waste of time.

This dentist office is very unprofessional. They loosened my permanent tooth trying to remove a loose crown in my front #9 tooth and caused me to have to get it extracted in which now I wear a partial flipper and am in need of an implant. Once again they were very unprofessional having an assistant try to remove it after the dentist couldn’t get the crown off that was loose in the first place. The assistant forced it and loosened my real tooth permanently and caused me to need an extraction. I don’t like the partial denture and it cost $3000 for an implant in which I can’t afford. I believe they should pay for it.

Anytime I go in for my dentist appointment I feel so relaxed because I know I’m going to get the best care possible. Aside from that the whole office is so nice and understanding. I have been coming here to Dental Solutions for a long time. My dentist Dr. Gacita is the best. I wouldn’t let anyone else work on my teeth. Dr. Gacita and his assistant Jennifer are amazing! Very gentle and made me feel comfortable during my root canal and crown procedure. Definitely recommend Dental Solutions, and will be returning for another root canal and crown in the near future.
