Once again I had a great visit at my bi-annual checkup. Ashley, hygienist was so friendly & professional. She was so extremely thorough & patient in answering my questions. Dr. R as always was great. He too answered more questions about my possible future procedures. He is so gentle, caring & patient. I’ve always had a great experience with the entire staff here. Highly recommend.

Wow. What a great group! I'm a brand new patient, so of course, apprehensive. But from the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. That was before I even got into 'the chair'. Dr. Ridge was very informative and extremely nice. He made sure I understood everything he explained. My hygienist was Vanessa. Super sweet and super gentle. I had a light procedure done and she knew I was nervous because of a previously bad experience on that same procedure. She was patient and I was in no discomfort whatsoever. I was very happy with the group. Let's face it.... who says, "Yayyyyy... I'm going to the dentist!"? Lol. This group is great! I can't say enough. Highly, HIGHLY recommend them.

As a patient of Dental Arts Group I've had a bridge, implant and cleaning services in the past 18 months. All my services have started exactly on time - every time! The reason I always feel conformable is Dr Ridge and Jess are highly skilled and work well together. Jess is working toward advanced dental professional certifications. Amy performed excellent cleaning an insured I knew the proper home care. Cecelia makes the extra effort to make sure insurance pays their fair share . She developed a comprehensive written plan of services with me to fit my schedule. My dental heath is great thanks to this competent and friendly team.

DAG makes you feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door. They take you right back and wait time for your appointment is limited. I felt very comfortable in the care of DAG with my cleaning and even my fillings.

My appointment was at 2:50, and I was called back right on time. As usual the dental hygienist and the Doctor could not have been more friendly. I received anesthesia to fill a small cavity, so as a result did not experience any pain. I was very satisfied with my visit today. Thank you.

I had a filling fall out just days before a three week trip and one day before a major holiday. Even though their schedule was jammed they squeezed me in. Kudos to the excellent front desk team for accommodating me! Then, even though I knew they were incredibly busy, Dr. Ridge took the time to explain every step of the process, taking multiple intraoral pictures before, during and after the procedure, so that he could explain to me potential future concerns. The cherry on top of this awesome service experience was the personal follow up that night. Thanks so much to the DAG team for making my dental emergency turn into a positive experience! ❤️

After having not gone to the dentist in four years, I was admittedly nervous for my first appointment. It was easy to book a spot and I received friendly reminders. The receptionist was very welcoming. Amy did a phenomenal job as the hygienist - she answered all of my questions and made sure that I felt at ease. Dr. Ridge provided helpful insight with details of my dental care, all with professionalism. My experience was exceptional - I highly recommend this practice with its amazing staff and quality care. I look forward to my next visit for a cleaning (this time in six months, not four years!).

I've been terrified of going to the dentist as long as I can remember....and I'm post-middle aged! There were times after an appointment I had to go home and sleep due to my anxiety. Once I almost fainted when advised I needed a tooth extracted...seriously. However, I can say in all honesty this is absolutely the BEST, least painful dentist I have EVER had! Dr. Ridge is amazing. He's very gentle, kind, caring and compassionate. My mouth feels healthier than ever and I've needed so much work. Everyone on the staff - Ceil, Jess, Lakisha and Amy are so friendly! Every time I walk in I feel like I'm visiting friends...you get a warm and enthusiastic welcome when you walk through that door! And....they have great tunes playing in the office which does help when you're in that chair. I really can't expeess how happy I am to finally have an awesome dentist. And as odd as this is, I like being there surrounded by a great group of people who TRULY CARE! If you go anywhere else, you're crazy!!

Can’t say enough good things about this dental office! The entire staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at ease every visit. Ceil is welcoming and always patient with the scheduling and insurance process. Jess, the dental assistant, is extremely efficient and so easy to talk to. She always lets you know what you can expect from your visit and any instructions that you need following a procedure. Dr. Ridge has all the traits you are looking for in a dentist - pleasant, confident, thorough, caring, and knowledgeable. He has a calming demeanor and makes patient comfort level a priority - including making sure he has answered all of your questions and concerns. I always feel well taken care of with this team of professionals!
