This office/practice gives you a great experience with each visit. Once again the front office is very efficient and so cordial, making one feel welcome. The appointment setting, and billing is well organized, and I always leave well informed about my account, and any insurance information relating to my visits. Dr. Jackson is always prepared and well aware of what you need to improve your dental health. Dr. Jackson also makes you comfortable, informed about all procedures, and she is a great conversationalist. Combined, these qualities show that Dr. Jackson is a great dentist ( maybe the greatest), and I would heartily recommend this office to anyone. I could not ask for more.

This was my 1st visit to this dental practice. I was looking for a new dentist due to insurance changes. I could not be happier with my choice. This office is beautiful and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Today's visit was for a cleaning and checkup. My hygienist, Heather D was the absolute best! Heather did a very meticulous job and is very polite and sweet. Almost looking forward to my next visit to have a filling replaced. LOL

My kids' experience at Dr. Bookman's office was nothing short of amazing. As a kid I was always afraid to go to the dentist, however it is so nice how my kids get excited to go. They have fun in the waiting room playing with the toys there (although we never wait more than a few minutes). The hygienist was so patient and knowledgeable that she put my kids at ease. Dr. Bookman is very approachable and professional at the same time. I know we are in good hands with Dr. Bookman's experience and kindness. I would recommend anyone to try this practice because you will never want to go anyplace else!

My experience was the best ever. Michelle, my hygienist was fabulous. She was patient and didn't make me feel awful as some do when cleaning and polishing. She was great! And Dr. Goldberg was wonderful and human. I think I have finally found my forever dentists! How many people can say they love their dentist and hygienist. Everyone from reception to hygienist to dentist is wonderful, friendly, caring. They are very gentle but thorough. Every part of my first dental visit was excellent from the moment I walked through the door. The people at the front desk were smiling and eager to help me with anything necessary. State of the art instant X-ray results & pictures for me to see what needs to be done were professionally explained to me by Dr. Bookman in a caring way. Cost was also discussed, since I had no insurance, so there were no surprises and I could make the decision on what work to do. On the way out, when I asked about dental plans, I was given excellent information which I was able to research and sign up for when I got home. I'll save hundreds of dollars because of the caring, informative people working at Artistic Dental. And no, they didn't bribe me to say all of these nice things!

I have routinely seen my dentist twice a year. After my dentist of 20 years retired, I tried two other dentists. I stayed with each for about year but just wasn't 100% happy. Well that all changed today! I had my first appointment with Artistic Dental, and I couldn't be happier! Scheduling my first appointment was quick and easy.The office is beautifully appointed and welcoming. The front desk staff is courteous and very efficient. Rachel, my hygienist was so thoughtful, thorough, knowledgeable and extremely informative. Dr. Goldberg is affable and has a reassuring demeanor. He took the time to have a conversation with me and made sure to inquire about any concerns I might have. I think I have found my dentist for the next 20+ years!

I've been seeing Dr. Goldberg for about 8 years or so, and to this day have still never had a bad experience! I have always hated going to the dentist, but this guy is the real deal and always goes above and beyond to make sure your either as comfortable as possible, or made to feel at ease! I highly recommend giving them a try. I have also seen Dr. Horowitz for dental implant surgery in the same office. In my opinion both doctors are two of the best out there. I'm happy to have a dentist that I can rely on. The crew at Artistic Dental have a patient for life.

My 9 year old daughter was experiencing pain in her teeth and needed an emergency appointment. When we called the office they were very accommodating and got her in quickly. My daughter is terrified of doctors and it turned out she was going to need 2 teeth pulled out. We saw Dr. Bookman who could not be more comforting to my daughter. She saw how scared she was and put us in later that day to do the procedure rather than wait a couple more days and cause my daughter more anxiety. She was truly wonderful and I was so happy with the experience we had. This was our 1st visit to the office. We had found this practice from a local orthodontist who I had asked who he thought was the best dentist in the area and he recommended this practice and he was absolutely right!! Artistic Dental truly is an amazing dental practice. My kids (ages 9 and 11) were always so anxious and nervous to visit the dentist- that is until they began seeing Dr. Bookman and Dr. Goldberg at Artistic Dental! They are very calming and clearly care about all of their patients. The hygienists are extremely thorough and so sweet! Luckily there is usually no wait to be seen so we are in and out fairly quickly. I've had to get some dental work done over the past few years and there is nobody else I would go to. They are the best!

This dental office is by far the best in the area. The office itself is beautiful, the people behind the desk are friendly and the waiting area is very clean and comfortable. My appointments are always right on time, so no long waits. Dr. Bookman is the best dentist I have ever had: always pleasant , never rushed, very talented and attentive to special requests (going slow, taking breaks). I had a very bad experience as a child with a dentist, and most of my visits since then have been a chore. In just a few visits at Artistic Dental, I feel great about going to the dentist again! I have recommended Artistic Dental to all of my family and friends....this is THE best dentist....period.

I am a new patient and I have been to many dentist in my life time, and I have to say hands down that everything about my visit to the office was impressive to me. All the staff was very friendly, they took me at my scheduled appointment time, the office was very clean and welcoming.and their prices were affordable. My husband visited the office first and came home and bragged about his visit. We were going to a different dentist and we were not happy with the doctor, or the service that we got. so that's how we found Dr Bookman. and she will now become our new dentist.

The very first visit was with Bookman after that never able to get an appt. with her. Dr. Jackson was my regular dentist. Then Goldstein merged and he was not in our PPO, but they were working on it. Dr. Horowitz (Periodontist) is only there twice a month and he is Premier PPO, which they fail to tell you that, therefore it costs more $ out of pocket. They always seem to find a problem, cost my husband $700 out of pocket for a specialist. I started the process for a 1 tooth implant in July and would of startedthe work in Nov, needless to say I cancelled the procedure and wasted months of my time. Goldstein sent me for a CT scan of my gums for the implant, which me costs $325 out of pocket and come to find out there was NO NEED to have that scan done since the tooth was still existing, which was told to me by my NEW Periodontist that is going to do the work now. Dr. Horowitz told me he will do a bone grafting, my NEW perio said theirs a 50/50 chance you might not need one! HA that's a $950.00 fee out of MY POCKET, needless to say Howoritz never I might not need grafting. Every visit they tend to work on 2 patients at one time, so if the procedure is 45 mins you will be there 1.5 hrs. It took me 2 hrs to get a tooth extracted by Dr. Goldstein. My husband had an appt to get his crown put in two weeks ago and he was left in the chair waiting to be seen for 20 mins then they came in and said, come in this room were going to do your cleaning. My husband was NOT scheduled for a cleaning, they were just trying to buy some time since Goldstein was working on someone else. My husband said NO and walked out, now his crown is put off till next year after that he's leaving them too. They changed to entire staff and Dr. Jackson also left the practice. Don't be fooled by the pretty office and don't waste your time and money, go somewhere else!

Dr. Bookman provides an overall pleasant dental experience from start to finish. My office visit began with a friendly receptionist. After checking in, I then received a thorough cleaning from a competent and gentle hygenist. Dr. Bookman provides thoughtful care and advice when discussing possible treatment and preventive plans. The whole office is new and handsomely decorated and includes CLEAN, new and state-of-the-art equipment. The dental chair is comfortable and has video screens so you can watch/hear TV while having a cleaning. Dr. Bookman is friendly and takes the time to explain best options for treatment. A full array of dental services are offered including whitening. I actually look forward to my next visit.
