So the manager Jay likes to go to the post office at 9:30 am in the morning. The staff makes you wait for him to resolve issues. So on top of them messing up scheduling and on top of the added wait of this mess up.. the manager likes to disappear during work hours. (Cool.. real professional) The staff says he should be back soon and half an hour later he is still gone. I have been a patient here since 2012 and today (10/13/17) will be my last time ever going here. Here are my reasons: 1) Today they knew they messed up my appointment. Had me wait for this manager who decided it’s okay to go to the post office during work hours. Staff texted him too. AFTER knowing I had an 8:30 am appointment and was now close to 10 AM.. manager still gone by the way.. and knowing that I have WORK they come back and say.. there’s two patients ahead of you but she can take you in an hour. So.. that would have placed me at 11 am to do a cleaning for a 8:30 am appointment. I was on time also. I walked out at this point. 2) add on to #1- staff said it was probably the call center I spoke with (this appointment was confirmed twice this week.. one with me calling and another them calling).. I’m actually very suspicious it was the woman who said this to me. She said the calls go there after I said I spoke to two separate ppl this week. I called in the morning. After I walked out.. I called the same number and guess what.. it was the office that answered. I requested jay to call me when he gets in. The above were from today, the following are from the last appointment to now 3) the wait times when you call are ridiculous and staff does not know how to use the phone. I called and was on the phone waiting on hold for half an hour or so. This is common here. And when they did answer .. I asked a simple question about if they take an insurance.. and they put me on hold .. meaning they hung up on me. So yes I had to call back and wait again the same length of time. 4) my last appointment they were trying to have me pay for something my insurance already paid for. I called my insurance and they said they sent checks and that the office already cashed them. The staff were saying they never did. After some time .. and me keep saying the same thing .. the manager was like oh. I see the payment. (Again a waste of my time due to their staffs incompetence) These are my most recent experiences. The staff here are extremely difficult due to incompetence and as you see from how they handled their own mistakes.. they don’t think too much about their patients even though as your sitting there waiting endlessly they say oh they listen to patients. No way. If they actually cared they would have taken me right away and figured something out earlier.

The employees at this facility is very professional and considerate. Jay the office manager is very understanding and compassionate to the needs of the customers. He is willing and ready to address any issue that may arise. This is my 2nd child that is being treated at this office. My 1st child teeth look so great after the braces were off, that she gets compliment every time she visits her regular dentist and every where she goes. If my 3rd needs the ortho when he gets older, I will definitely be taking him to this office.

Not only did I wait over an hour for my appointment when I had gotten there on time, but the front desk personnel were very unprofessional, management needs to improve it looks and it feels like they are disorganized there is poor management, also some doctors there are very rude with attitude wand no bedside manners. Especially me being very nervous of the dentist. Another thing that bothered me was hearing that some of the health clinicians and assistants work without being properly licensed by the state on NJ as required in many businesses by LAW, how can personnel treat patients when they are not qualified to do so, I believe the office should be monitored by the state is scary and I would be nuts to go to that location again. Research and make sure everyone is properly licensed and trained with the state before considering going there. Read reviews about what other patients say, it may work or not for you but it sure did not work for me...

Messed up the time of my appointment, but the girl at the front desk was very sweet about it and solved the issue within minutes. My whole family goes to this office, and specifically said Dr.Wei was great. The destinst I had was of Desi descent and I believe his name was mahesh and if I’m wrong I apologize in advance but I believe that was his name. I don’t have insurance, and wanted to pay cash for three root canals. Owning multiple businesses has taught me a thing or two about how to speak to customers. Unfortunately, this man was very classless, very tasteless. He spoke to me very slowly, as if I was having difficulty comprehending. When I asked him which tooth was the pain coming from, because two were next to each other, he says “I don’t know, so we’ll just have to do both.” Having the funds in my pocket, I said that’s fine, let’s do it. He says “well I can do one for you and it takes about an hour and a half, I don’t have time to work on you all day not everyone has free time like you.” I was extremely stunned by his sass, I felt dehumanized and embarrassed, besides from being in extreme pain. The dental assistant was sweet, the woman who gave me my quote was great, the girl at the front desk was very nice. But this man was awful. After my face was tomato red from his out of the blue attitude that was said with a tone so high half the office looked at me as if I had three heads, I said I don’t know why anyone would refer me here, you’re very nasty, have a good day. And he points to the exit door and says “thats fine, you don’t have to come here.” I definitely won’t. And neither will my family. Such a shame the office had a great staff, but this man clearly has his nose in the sky. A business’s structure is as strong as its weakest link, and this is why I don’t recommend anyone else supports this place. There was more detail in our conversation, but I really have no idea what this mans issue was, I’d like to say I’m soft spoken. When I’m belittled I just choose to walk away, I don’t need to sit there and prove to this man my financial stability for three measly root canals in order for him to treat me anything more than a subhuman. From the ex convicts to the multi millionaires, all of my clients are spoken to with equal respect, and all of my employees display hands on genuine customer service. This man was trying to get me out of the door and shoo me away and I felt it 10 seconds into conversing. I can’t comment too much on his dental work, he didn’t give me the opportunity for that, but this man definitely needs to lose the big shot behavior.

I have received great treatment from Dr. Wei for at least 7-8 years. He has treated me well as a person and he has treated my teeth as well as anyone could. His assistants have also been nice to me. I go there because of the trust I have for Dr. Wei. In his absence, Mahesh, a promising new dentist, also did a great job fixing my bridge. Over the years I have got to know them well. I do not know them all, but the ones I deal with have been great to me.

I have been coming 3 Saturdays in a row with an appointment .The first time they took an Xray and sent me home. The second time they rescheduled me for the following week. Annoyed with this place. I had an ortho consult appointment for 11:30am and I signed in at exactly 11:30am so I wasn’t late. I was in the waiting room for 1.5hrs! I finally got up to ask why my appointment was taking so long because enough was enough. The receptionist just goes “Oh they all just went on break, you can wait until 2 if you want.” No, just no! Not after I had been there for all that time already. UPDATE: I was reached out to by the manager and the situation was promptly addressed. I received apologies and was taken care of immediately at my next appointment and follow ups.

When I 1st brought my son in for braces, I was skeptical about the office. I left with a totally different notion. The girls at the front are very pleasant. The staff in the back are comforting to my son who is extremely shy. He came in covering his mouth and now after a few visits he goes in and out with a smile. Dental work isn’t pleasant for me I’m always nervous. I came in today as a patient myself 1st time. The young lady taking my xrays was very informing step by step. Dr Limbani, reassured me my extractions were going to be painless and he was right. He also took the time to explain my xrays, my findings and gave me options on how to proceed. And Jay broke it down for me financially. How I can take baby steps to have the major work I need on my teeth, due to my own negligence. What the insurance covers and also my portion. I appreciate everyone in the office that made my personal visit a better experience so that I will continue to come back and take care of my smile.

The worst. I am forced to give one star in order to put this posting up. When I made an appointment I especially told them I have a chipped filling. And wanted to do cleaning and new filling same day. I waited two weeks for my appointment. Appointment was at 3:30, I immediately got x-rays. Was sent back to the waiting room then after 20 min Dr. inspected my filling and said might not be able to do it same day. I explained to him I waited too long for an appointment and was leaving for vacation. He didn't seem to care sent me back to the waiting to wait for a cleaning. I was there till 5pm and still no cleaning! Went to receptionist told her I had to leave and pick up my kids. She was helpful in scheduling me 2 days later for filling. I saw a different Dr. 2 days later for my filling he never told me his name, was very cold and annoyed at the fact that I needed more Novocaine when I felt the pain of the drilling. I feel bad for the support staff as they were friendly and helpful but Doctors need to get some bedside manners. We are all human beings and need to be treated as such. Will not return. Oh and I never did get that cleaning.

Worst dentist ever! I would give them less than 1 star if I could. Dr. Limbani performed dentures for my mom that did not fit her, look horribly unnatural and would fall out of her mouth when she would talk. When she complained to them they would just tell her that she would get used to those to wait it out! Terrible service! If you need dental services just go somewhere else, the dentist seems bothered by questions and refuses to give options, just not good bedside manner.

I have been going to this office for over a year. I'm NEVER going back. I've had 4 appointments to fill a cavity. Still not filled. They overbook. They have put a 2 minute to dry dental mold in my mouth and disappeared for 20 minutes while I drool on myself. They did a root canal a year ago that still hurts. Also I had an appointment today. My dentist isn't in. They did not call. They moved me to another dentist. Fine. I'm okay with that. Then clearing my throat she refused to take me. Said I was sick. I'm not sick. I came in out of the cold air and needed to clear my throat. Unorganized! Unprofessional! DO NOT TRUST THIS OFFICE!!!

My wife and I visited this dental clinic to be treated by Dr. Mahesh Limbani. I had a root canal and a few fillings, and my wife had a few fillings to be done too. Dr. Limbani took great care of us and got our treatment done expeditiously. He’s considerate - took note of the fact that we had to drive a long distance to get to the clinic - and flexible. He also legitimately prioritizes the interests of his patients over his or the clinic’s own, which is not a common trait among doctors these days. My wife and I were very satisfied with the attention and treatment that we received from him. I highly recommend him at this clinic. The manager, Jay, is great too. Thank you!

Great service! Appointment was at 9:30 in which they attended me quick and was able to make it back to work on time! German is a great Dentist. He cleaned my teeth throughout. Told him about the tartar accumulating in the back of my lower teeth and he removed it all! Nice staff as well.
