Fantastic office! Such a friendly and hard working team from the moment you walk in. The front desk girls greet you with a smile and the girls in the back make you feel comfortable and at ease as they seat you before the doctor comes in. Dr. Kamal is awful. She does not listen to the patient. She is not warm and inviting. Her technical skills are adequate but there are much better dentists who really care about their patients. BEWARE!

Not good experience at all, My first visit was ok they suggested me to do deep cleaning which will take 45 -50 mins.. However it was not part of my dental plan which i accepted to do and they gave me appointment within three days , I was in the clinic I paid the charges and found that that my appointment was not scheduled for deep cleaning it was moreover gum cleaning and stain on my tooth it was very disappointing you are saying somthing at first visit and then doing somthing on second visit,which is very insane Well in second appointment they clean stains on my tooth which took only 15 -20 mins ..I ll not recommend this dental office to anyone and guys beware with this people

Went there this past weekend with my daughter and the staff was super friendly and the lady that took care of my daughter made her feel at ease and was so gentle. Four years ago after moving to New Jersey, I was looking for quality dental care and found Dr. KAMAL of AESTHETIC DENTAL SOLUTIONS, highly recommended in New Jersey Monthly. Since then my husband, our daughter, and I have been regular patients. We are extremely pleased with the hygienists, dental assistants, office personnel, and, of course DR. KAMAL!! Dr. Kamal's experience and education, she is a clinical assistant Professor at Rutgers School of Dentistry, benefits us. She gives wise and conservative counsel when we are faced with a rare dental dilemma. We highly recommend Dr. Kamal.

I have been going to Dr Kamel for almost 2 years. Up until 4/27/16, all was fine. On this date I was told I needed to get a referral for a periodondist. I told the receptionist that my husband would call for details on what is needed. Unfortunately, when he called, the person working at the desk said she could not give any information to him without my consent, even though I was just at the office and gave them permission. She would not give him any info and spoke to him in a rude and disrespectful manner. I then called to find out what was happening and again was rudely greeted.. Dr Kamel may be a fine dentist but her staff is very poor at speaking to people. My husband and I pay the bills here, not the office and we need to get answers to potential medical issues and treated with respect. When I told her I will go elsewhere, she said go ahead. I feel ashamed that I ever had any procedures done at this place and paid money to a dental office that has no idea on how to talk with customers. Avoid this place, there are many other options in the area.

Today was my first visit at this office for an Invisalign consult. They had a machine that scanned my mouth and showed in a couple mins how my teeth would change after treatment. I love that this office is up to date with modern technology! I was slightly on the fence about doing it and after seeing my results on the screen it made my choice easy! I’m excited to return to this office not only for Invisalign but all my dental needs as I am now making them my primary dental office. Dr. Kamel and staff are friendly, patient and well knowledged. Highly recommend!!!

I am usually in total fear of the dentist. But this place is immaculate, the staff is friendly, and all the equipment is very modern. They even have massaging dental chairs. Dr. Kamal got rid of my fear pretty quickly and did a great job filling my cavity with no pain. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of a dentist.

Please avoid this place. The staff is so rude. They even hung up on me twice. I have been going to the place for a year, always had hard time getting appointment since the doctor has personal life and is not focused in work. Very unprofessional attitude. It all started with one incident when the office made me wait for appointment and i spoke up. The doctor acted up and said go find other doctor and said "I am dismissed !!". She had stated earlier that she will complete the work that was not done right. Since her work was not done right, i was having problems with my teeth. I called to make appointment to fix their mistake, the staff was so rude , hung up and stated they will not take care of my teeth. Since she had gotten the money, she didn’t care. If you care even a little about your patient's, you take care of patient’s rather then be so rude. The office needs to shut down with this type of attitude. No professionalism at all.

Worst experience i ever had with this dental took an appointment at 11:30 AM and was late by 2 Min, i was there by 11:32 PM as i was late by 2 min made us wait with my 6 year old daughter whom i took permission from school and took her to a dentist to show her and made us wait from almost 2 hrs and no information was give when ask they told us that we are late by 2 min that way they are making us wait worst, bad customer service

The girls in the front were very accommodating when trying to find an appointment in my busy schedule and the newest technology they used was unbelievable. I’ve been coming here for years! The office is always clean and comfortable. I take my 6 year old son here as well and he loves that there are tv’s in the rooms. They are great with children! Jackie is always so helpful on the phone and in the office ( as well as the rest of the front desk staff and assistants) Catherine gives the BEST cleanings! And Dr. Kamel is an amazing dentist. Can’t say enough good things about the practice :)

Dr. Kamel is an excellent dentist. My first impression was that the office is very calming and relaxing. I had not been to a dentist in a long time and was VERY nervous as a new patient. Her staff is very accommodating and did everything to put you at ease. They took me at the time of my appointment and was informed of everything prior to any procedures. Dr. Kamel is a professional and has a naturally lovely personality. I would recommend Dr. Kamel to everyone. She’s the best dentist I ever had!

It is very difficult to get an appointment for this dental office. They are not available on Monday or Friday and very difficult to get an appointment on Saturday. It is almost impossible to get an appointment for next 2/3 months and they never come back if the appointment slots open up. If there is some additional work other than cleaning the will then give the appnt! It is the first dentist that asked me for deep cleaning and did not went for regular cleaning .. in-spite of my repeated insistence.They tried to prove in such a way that it sounds logical...the bottom-line is they want to get more money from insurance and copay. Also, I have not seen any dentist office that take so many x-rays- again a trap to get more money from insurance. On the other hand the staff is courteous and have state of the art of facility.
