I absolutely love this place! My hygienist Jolene is amazing and the ladies at the front desk are so welcoming. They know almost all the patients on sight, and even remember significant events that have nothing to do with your visit. It's like going to a friend's house but they also clean your teeth. By far the best dentist I've been too and will continue to go.

I procrastinated after a bad dental experience about 15 years and, inevitably, had to make an appointment on an urgent basis. My wife became a patient recently and urged me to check Vanguard out so I went on 5/21/19. I was a little concerned about getting a mild scolding but I was treated with respect and professionalism by every staff member I encountered. I was amazed at how far dentistry imaging and x-ray equipment has come! My exam included close up pictures and 3-D imaging which made it clear to Dr. Craig what my issues were and how we should approach them going forward. I had some significant pain, while chewing, in a broken tooth and it has diminished significantly as a result of my visit. I highly recommend Vanguard Dental Group!

They wouldn’t see me without a panoramic of my mouth. Insurance allows once every 5 years. Next due in 7 months. Wouldn’t take me as a patient if I can’t track down an X-ray taken 4 years ago. Never offered to help request records. Told by csr that it didn’t change much between 5 year period but still required to be seen. Every other X-ray could’ve been taken and a panoramic repeated by their office in months from my first scheduled appointment. Charged $76 for my daughters first visit with no explanation prior as far as cost. All insurance info given prior. Not impressed. I understand you need a panoramic, but you could’ve done bite wings etc to provide me with at least a cleaning till you get your X-ray a few months down the road. No excuse

I had broken my tooth over the weekend. So on Monday I stopped by just to see if there was anything available for openings. Seems they got a cancellation and was able to get me in at 2pm. My tooth was due for a crown anyway... they had me in and out in about 1.5 hours, new crown, very little pain during the process (except I hate needles) and the tooth feels like new again. It was a great experience and feel very comfortable there... courtesy, knowledgeable and professional staff who make you feel right at home!

Great guys , Dr. Craig was a life saver when I knocked my 2 front teeth out in a atv accident around 10 pm on a Friday , so instead of going to the emergency room I called him first to ask what i should do and he dropped everything to meet me at office ASAP that night. The facility is immaculate, equipment and technology state of the art, and the environment is comfortable and welcoming. The staff is great; all answer questions and offer knowledge in their areas of expertise, with incredibly friendly, positive, and uplifting demeanor. Dr. Quinta and DR. Mike are incredibly reassuring physicians. Their focus on precision was evident and concern for my comfort level was genuine during what were (astonishingly) virtually painless procedures. I used to go to this dental office and I was told I had periodontal disease. When I refused an expensive treatment (because I was in college and did not have time or money for that) I had to sign a paper saying that I was aware of my condition and was forgoing treatment (seemed a little excessive). I have since moved and seen 2 different dental offices, both of which were absolutely appalled that I was told I had periodontal disease and needed treatment. I don't know whether this was an honest mistake or scam for money I am glad I did not go through with the treatment and was able to get a second (and third) opinion. Aside from this, the staff was always very pleasant, but I would never go back because of this.

I broke a tooth last night and didn’t have a dentist identified yet due to our move. Called Vanguard Dental and they were able to get me in that same day even with the shortened hours. Their practice from the front desk (Carol) to the Dental Asst (Ellie) and Dr. Mike were absolutely phenomenal!! They made me feel welcomed and explained everything so well. They screwed up and told me i was in network yet failed to mention the dentist wasnt, cost me a lot of money out of pocket. What is the point of asking if your in network if you just lie to the patient to get their business.

I once made an emergency call on a Saturday for excruciating pain from a cracked tooth. Dr. Craig immediately returned my call while out of state on a road trip and helped me get through the weekend with a prescription pain medication. He scheduled an appointment just a few days later to have a crown placed on the tooth. I've had nothing but positive experiences from Vanguard and fully recommend them.

I haven't been to a dentist in over 10 years, so I was fully aware of what I was getting myself into; X-rays, exams, tests, meds, money, etc,. As soon as I walked into the newly built office, I was welcomed instantly by the staff, knew exactly who I was and I was able to relax in their environment. My hygienist, Candice, is AMAZING. She knows exactly what she is doing and really passionate about the well-being of others oral care. I genuinely appreciate that. Great experience! I had discomfort and unbearable pain from a cracked wisdom tooth. After calling every dental office, sadly, they were all closed...I left a voicemail at Vanguard and they called me back within minutes for a walk in. I was in and out really quick, I was able to go to work and eat again without pain (I work overnight). I will be going back for more work. Worth every penny!

I love this place! I went to aspen dental in Manchester and they messed up my root canal. It became infected and I went to vanguard’s emergency services and they gave me stronger antibiotics and I went again. Vanguard fixed my root canal and finished the job correctly all with no pain and took x rays and checked out the rest of my mouth. I’m telling everyone to go there for now on!

Vanguard Dental is the only dental office I will ever visit. I have had issues with other dentists in the past, where they have not properly done the work I needed. Upon my first few visits, Dr. Craig fixed those issues and kept my smile bright. The entire Vanguard Dental staff is always upbeat and friendly. My wife had horrible anxiety about getting dental work done, upon the first visits with Dr. Craig and Dr. Mike it all melted away and now she has no fears about getting any work done at all. If your new to the area and are looking for a new dental office, Look no further.

I find the staff is fantastic and the office facility is clean. My major complaint is the lack of 'in-network' insurance options here. It seems to be Delta Dental only. Because of this costs for routine maintenance which would be 100% covered isn't. If you are with Delta Dental, then I definitely recommend this place, however if they are outside your network, you may find the price for services a bit costly. My suggestion is to work with other major insurance providers to become a network provider to others than just Delta Dental.

My dentist's enthusiasm, for Vanguard's leading-edge technology, helped walk me through dental planning goals and what to expect. SPEAR Continuing Education is noted on Vanguard's website and is worth googling for information on implants and other restorative-dental advances. During a conversation with my dentist, I learned that Vanguard's dentists are “frequent fliers” to Arizona, where SPEAR provides research and training. With a little more research on dental implants it became clear that the implant procedure is in medical terms = surgery. And, a dental practice must have several technologies in place that are not always found at only one practice. Vanguard provides all required services. Implants are part of my dental plan and I am confident that Vanguard Dental Group is where I need to be.

I've been going here for many many years and everyone has always been great. Recently a crown popped off from wear and tear and needed to be re-cemented. Obviously not usually a big issue. But in my case I recently broke my ankle and was going back next day for follow up ankle surgery but I also wanted to get my crown fixed so I wouldn't be in pain etc. The staff and Dr Mike listened to all my concerns and took care of my crown quickly and also addressed my concerns of the typically two un-related issues. They were genuinely interested in my over all well being (tooth and ankle) and helped me plan. From my perspective as a customer/patient there isn't a higher recommendation that I can give to everyone at Vanguard dental group. Technical skills combined with their human skills are great. From the front desk/office people to the hygienists to the doctors all awesome. Thanks for listening and thanks for everything. They are truly partners with your health and you can talk to them with any concerns you have without worry.

I love this place! Dr. Mike takes pride in his work and listens to your concerns. I have had root canals, crowns and cavity repairs done here, and each time he ensured I was numb and stopped if he thought I experienced any discomfort. I have never felt like they were rushing through a procedure to move on to another patient, they took their time with me. The dental assistant Katja was great too! They offer TV or music in each room to make you more comfortable during your visit as a nice touch. With limited funds in my flex spending account they have worked with me to prioritize which work I should have done first. No complaints!

Over the years, I've paid a number of visits to dentists for cleanings, cavities, crowns, extractions, and more recently root canals. But my experience at Vanguard Dental Group (VDG) has been by far the best. The VDG dental staff is both very friendly and well trained, and has contributed to making my visits stress free. Dr Michael Moskowitz is an awesome dentist. Every dental procedure that I've had with him has been painless and quicker than expected. Dr Moskowitz is also very easy to talk with and clearly answers any questions that I have had. VDG has modern office facilities and employs the latest in dental technology to make a patients' visit both efficient and comfortable. As a result, of this experience, I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Moskowitz and his VDG staff to both my friends and family.

Well honestly I felt very silly after my appointment yesterday that I had previously rescheduled twice .For that reason only, I couldn’t believe how well it went had 2 extractions that were Honest to God Painless and very fast! Dr.Rothenburg couldn’t have been more gentle during the Proceedure, and also more helpful in educating me on many things I was not aware of being a type 2 diabetic and the way my dental health and diabetes coincides with each other. And Nicole was excellent at keeping me distracted from my severe anxiety that honestly had no time to get the best of me.They worked together like one, being very informative, friendly , and Professional during my whole 20 minute ordeal that took me close to a year of pain and sickness to get up my nerve to have taken care of.As I said feeling Silly, I’ve experienced no pain being 23 hours later and I couldn’t be Happier or more relieved to have been fortunate enough to choose Van Gaurd for my Dental needs .And being Blessed to Have Dr. Rosenberg and Nicole there to get me through, I need look no more for my dental needs.

I have been going here since I was a little girl, I am now 24 and I've always seen Dr. Craig. Ive been through A LOT with my whole dental journey since a very young age when they discovered I was born with a rare diagnosis causeing almost every adult tooth being non existent. we knew I would need implants but could not afford it and even before that in high school when I started having missing teeth he saved me and found the snap on smile to get me through the toughest teenage years without other kids noticing! Fast forward to now, he works with other amazing Doctors in California to work as a team and make my smile so beautiful! I am always impressed with his confidence to handle my situation with grace and no matter what obstacles come up. His assistants and the receptionists, some I've known forever and some are new, they are always so sweet and personable and make my experience so pleasant. Thank you does not seem enough for everything the team at Vanguard has done for me!!!

Office agreed to remove $150 of charges that I did not owe and never did and now they sent it collections. Terrible office and billing customer service... RESPONSE: Your response is far from the truth! I pay all my bills before they are even due and always when they are actually due but your office is just out to take as much money from insurance and clients as you can and far from honest in my opinion. I was told this balance would be adjusted off and it was not bottom line so your response in not the truth as always ..honestly you are not worth the lousy $150 could care less about the money but the review is to warn others....in fact I know three other people that have left your office for the same reason. Twice I had to stop your staff from taking another panoramic X-ray just because I had new insurance coverage...and both times your staff agreed I didn’t need them after because I just had one done and even one time they made a comment that they saw new insurance and figured they would take one $$$ lol new insurance money let’s take one even if not needed and it was done less than year ago $$$ your response is not true and if your services were free I would not come there. Beware! Plenty of awesome dentist offices around instead of going here!

Dr. Micheal Moskowitz and his assistant Allie provide wonderful care. They explained each step as they measured and prepared my tooth for a crown. The procedure takes a bit of time but I was never in any discomfort thanks to their attentive ' checking in' and continual explanation of the process.
