Highly Contagious

Having many past negative experiences, I can appreciate the efforts of all the staff at Tri-Town Dental in Allenstown. They always go the extra mile to ensure your visit goes as smoothly as possible, including billing/expenses. Cindy the Hygienist is the best! She is thorough yet gentle and an all around great person! I would highly recommend this office for any of your dental needs.

Just got my back tooth pulled out and I didn't feel a thing. It was quick and painless. Very clean and professional place. The Dentist and staff make sure your comfortable and I am a very nervous person. I would definitely recommend this place.

Went in for a filling. All went well. The did a basic check of things after and found that I could use some other quick work. I was able to have it done on the same fisit! Did not have to reschedule and take more time out of work. So great! Everyone there was very nice and helpful.

Dr. Collins does great work, I had a trouble with an old filling and then it broke. Dr, Collins fixed it and I have no more troubles with that area! Food used to get stuck in between and now it doesn't! Both Hygienist are caring and make sure you get a thorough cleaning along with great home care tips!!

I have never had such an awful experience in my life. I went there to get my wisdom teeth removed and these people took advantage of me. I had a bad reaction to the ORAL SEDATION they used on me and because of this I did not get my wisdom teeth out. They would not refund my money and I ended up loosing 600 dollars because of this. But not to worry, I will be taking them to court ! I am so disappointed in the person who runs this place.

Not impressed. Decided to give Tri-Town a try because my normal dentist is about 30 min away and I wanted a dentist that was closer. Showed up for my appointment, and first off the office smelled bad, like mildew or something. I had a cleaning that was perhaps one of the most painful dental experiences I've ever had. It wasn't because my teeth were extra dirty, the woman just took no care to try not to hurt my gums at all. I'm pretty sure I got rope burn from when she went through my teeth with dental floss. After that was finished, the dentist came in to look at my teeth, and the first thing he asked was "are you a new patient?". After looking at my teeth briefly, he said I needed two crowns, and a few old fillings replaced. I had been going to my other dentist on a regular basis, and they never mentioned anything about that. I was a bit in shock to say the least. They gave me an estimate for how much it will cost me out of pocket, and it was well north of $1500. They also said I needed to come in for a deeper clean of my teeth, which will require Novocain. I never heard of such a thing in my life, but after the mauling I just got, I shouldn't be surprised that Novocain is required for a cleaning there. Stupid me, I made all the appointments, plus another cleaning appointment for 6 months from then. After I got home, I realized they were just trying to get money out of me for unnecessary dental procedures, so I cancelled all the appointments I had scheduled. But, I guess my 6 month cleaning didn't get cancelled, and they just sent me a $50 bill for missing the appointment. I am going to go back to driving 30 min to my old dentist.

Was going to book an appointment here and was told Medicaid patients only get appts 10am - 2pm (as someone who worked in dental 10 years I know these are the hardest to fill slots). So basically I have to take a large portion out of school for my kids because they are low income and on medicaid. Had my kids had some premium insurance they could have an after school appointment but because they are low income they are expected to miss school. I'm all set with a practice that treats their patients differently depending on their economic status. Took my business elsewhere.
