Had an incredible tooth ache and my normal dentist was closed so I was referred to Stiles Family Dentistry by my father in-law. They took me right away and determined that I needed root canal and was given anti antibiotics to help with the infection. The pain went away and week later Dr. Gerardo performed the root canal. Great job. no more pain. Receptionist and staff are easy to work with and personable. I highly recommend them. I will be changing dentist to Stiles Family Dentistry.

Every single healthcare practitioner in this facility is incredible. From the wonderful woman Lindsay who enthusiastically answers my calls and helps rearrange appointments for me, going so far as to take down dates that work for me to see if there is any cancellations on those days, to the excellent team of hygienists that always make sure I am comfortable and work diligently to get my cleanings done quickly but with attention to all the details. The dentist is always enthusiastic and caring, asks questions and again- goes above and beyond to make me feel less like a customer and more like patient. It's a good thing they're cleaning my teeth because I always leave with a smile!

I've been a patient of Dr. Masterson as far as I can remember. To this day, I've never had a bad experience, which is why I go for cleanings 4 times a year! Even as a child, Dr. Masterson and his staff made me feel like I was in good hands and at ease. They always take time to answer my questions and ask questions about ME (not generic questions that doctors ask because they don't remember me). I don't have anything bad to say about Dr. Masterson, his staff, or his practice - they're wonderful!

Clean, friendly, and knowledgeable. Asked if my insurance would cover the visit and they said yes even though they were not affiliated with the provider leaving me with a hefty portion of the bill. Also got a second opinion on the follow up work they had proposed. Decided to go with the competition but still recommended the office to a family member who thinks they do a good job. Make sure to do your homework before walking through the door; don't expect them to do it for you. I guess that was my mistake..

They certainly make you feel at home there. Dr. Giraldo and Dr. Masterson are very personable while being professional during your visit. They explain the procedures to you and tutor their staff, keeping them knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend this dental office to all!

I got a message this morning that they had to cancel my appointment because their hygienist was out. When I called to reschedule, they will not put me in until JUNE. Today is March 8. It took me months to get in as it is. I need an error to my teeth corrected from the last time i was there. Don't waste your time here.

I have sent numerous people to this practice. Their experience seems to parallel mine. The office is clean, modern, and technically sophisticated. Their staff is friendly, welcoming, highly competent and extremely thorough. The doctors are highly skilled as well as being artists and they use the most modern and safe materials to do some very complex and aesthetically pleasing repairs. They place as much effort into preventative dentistry is they do in restorative dentistry. Their fees are affordable and neither I nor my friends have ever felt that their bills are anything but reasonable, and they work with most insurance companies to maximize your benefits. If I could even suggest a way to improve their practice I would have difficulty doing so. They are simply tops!

The staff are so welcoming and wonderful! They made my teeth cleaning fly by, painless and easy! My hygienist explained everything she was doing and why, let me know where I needed to focus and how to make improvements, and even gave me samples of special floss and tools to help with my dental implants. Outstanding as always. Staff are always pleasant, professional, and competent. I switched to Dr. Masterson after years of what I found out to be poor dental treatment by my previous provider. Dr. Masterson, a consummate professional, never said anything negative but the issue become obvious as he worked to correct problems I assumed had been dealt with in the past. I am impressed by the fact that continues to study new and updated techniques and treatments in spite of his years in the profession. You won't find a better dentist or person anywhere. Finally, when has determined that my situation needed greater specialization, he is not reluctant to say so and his referrals have always been to top notch specialists.
