Dr. Raman has treated both me and my son at her practice and I could not be any happier with her professionalism and her nurturing demeanor. Twice she has called me after hours to make sure I was ok, and to give my son additional treatment options that would better his long term results, all while saving me money too! The office atmosphere and staff are welcoming and clean. They have what seems to me as state of the art technology, its amazing. I highly recommend this team to all ages.

Drs. Raman and Thompson (and their fantastic team!) offer excellent care, and a very pleasant office. Please note the word, "CARE," because it is increasingly rare in today's world. To more thoroughly illustrate my point, "care" means (according to Google): -the provision of what is necessary for the health, welfare, maintenance, and protection of someone or something. -serious attention or consideration applied to doing something correctly or to avoid damage or risk. -feel concern or interest; attach importance to something. -look after and provide for the needs of. To me, ALL that is EXACTLY what a person gets at Smiles by Design.... In addition to superior dental expertise, commitment to quality, and the relentless quest to (somehow??!) be better. What's better than that?

Very dissatisfied. Appointment was supposed to be at 10, it was 10:20 ish before my daughter got taken. It's not the same as when Dr. Thompson was there. Missed all the old hygenists that are gone. !!! Not as friendly as it used to be.. :(

Dr. Raman gave me a filling and partial crown a couple of days ago. I highly recommend her as a dentist. She has great chairside manner, is very caring about the experience and is satisfied only when everything is perfect. Recovery was nearly painless and my mouth feels great. And of course her assistant Donna was very nice and made me feel more than comfortable with all that was going on. I've been a patient here for many years and "my" hygienist Naomi is excellent. Last but not last at all, the office staff is second to none. I've referred several people here and will feel comfortable continuing to do so. Well done, SBD!

What a great result from a horrible situation! I broke off the veneer on my front front tooth Sunday afternoon, called Dr Raman’s office the same day... a return call within the hour... fit me in to her very packed schedule on Monday morning first thing!! The tooth veneer had broken into two pieces, but she was able to re set the two pieces with out any obvious seam or discoloration! It looks like it always did! I now have the time to get the tooth repaired properly without discomfort or being self conscious about a missing front tooth!!! Thank you Dr Raman!!!

The idea of going to the dentist is never an idea that sits well with anyone. However, going to see Naomi, Dr. Raman, and Dr. Thompson always make the experience positive. I feel very taken care of and very confident in the level of expertise and the advice they give. I know they always have my best interest at heart.
