From the kind and patient receptionist who will show you what true customer service is, to the dental assistants who really listen to you, and Dr. Rosiana himself who is supportive and honest. I was new to the area and didn’t know where to go or who to trust when it came to such an expensive and important oral surgery. I have had multiple gum graphs that have taken years to complete and not once throughout this long process have I ever felt like a number. This office is phenomenal. I felt like I was the only patient there every time I interacted with them. From the moment I met Dr. Rosania he was kind, patient, and very willing to explain the process and answer any of my questions. I was surprised when I got a phone call that night from Dr. Rosania, checking on me to see how I was recovering and offering his assistance with any outstanding questions. If you're like me, you don't exactly like going to the dentist or having work done on your teeth. But my tooth had a fracture and needed to be removed. Pretty stomach-churning, but I have to say that Seacoast made the entire experience from start to finish easy and stress-free. Great consultation, made my options very clear. On the day my tooth was removed, they made it relaxing and smooth. What I was dreading turned out to be a very positive experience, thanks to Dr. Rosania and the assistant Nicole. Good humor, calm demeanor and most importantly the expertise to get the word done successfully with the least amount of discomfort. I recently had gum grafting done by Dr. Amy Rosania and while I was nervous about the procedure, I knew I was in the best hands by going to Seacoast Periodontics and Dental Implants. Dr. Amy and her staff did an absolutely fantastic job every step of the way. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was both informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. They answered any and every question I had so I was confident about proceeding. When we completed the grafting, I was actually surprised to hear that the procedure was over. It was relatively painless and very quick. I was expecting to be down longer in terms of the recovery period, but it did not bother me one bit-I was out and about moving that day with no problem! Both Doctors truly go above and beyond to provide the best patient experience possible-Dr. Amy even called me on my cell phone that evening to make sure I was doing alright, which meant a great deal to me. If you are in a position that requires you to have this sort of work done I would without a doubt recommend them!

The office is very clean and the staff is very professional. Customer service is excellent, first Dr. Rosania personally calls you after the procedure, then you get couple follow up appointments to make sure everything is healing well. My experience was that my crowns fell of during Thanksgiving weekend, Dr Rosania opened office at 5pm on Sat to fix my crowns, because my regular dentist office was closed. Plus I would recommend to Google reviews and you will find plenty of positive feedback. My friend attends this office for all gum surgeries.

I have had two procedures which initially had me extremely nervous and worried about the impending day. On both occasions I not only felt no pain but for my most worrisome procedure I was stress free because of how smoothly the first one had gone. The second procedure was an extraction which was always a fear for me more because of the pressure and noise than the pain. Prior to my appointment, Dr. Rosania took care in answering all my questions (and I had a lot) and easing my concerns. Michele, in the front office, helped me discern which insurance plan I should choose through work to best cover the upcoming procedures. From the day the appointment is set through to the post-procedure follow up, the team is extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind and caring. When I first met Dr. Rosania & his team I had several dental problems from a thin jawbone to receding gums and missing teeth (the adult teeth never formed) so I was anxious to say the least. From the moment I walked in the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and reassuring. They even brought me an apple juice! I saw the doctor right away & he gave me a very easy to understand description of all the procedures I was going to need and we set up a timeline that worked around my schedule (which is harder than you’d think!) From the first procedure to the last I was amazed with the results! I was up and ready to go to work by the very next day and was completely pain free with minimal swelling (friends/coworkers couldn’t even tell I had anything done!) I’ve had a fair amount of dental surgeries in the past, even some to correct the same problems Dr. Rosania corrected, however they didn’t last. It’s been over a year since I first went to Dr. Rosania and I no longer have the dental problems I struggled with for years!

Any concerns quickly faded away as my questions were answered professionally and compassionately. There was no doubt that this team had developed a comprehensive plan to facilitate a smooth and painless procedure the day of my surgery. Every step of the way I was informed of what was going on. I almost felt like part of the team. There was a moment during the procedure when Dr Amy let me know that a normally routine extraction was not going to be as simple. Without hesitation, she and Nicole switched positions and went to plan "B". Their decisive action and ability to react with confidence helped me to remain calm. The result was nothing short of amazing. They certainly never appeared to break a sweat. I am looking forward to my remaining visits now!

If you are told by your dentist that you need gum surgery, definitely choose Dr. David Rosania. I was so fearful of having this surgery (I was told more than once over a span of 20 years that I needed to have it done!) until I had my consultation with Dr. Rosania. He has a very calm nature and answered all of my questions, putting me at ease. I had to have 2 quadrants done but was able to space them out. The surgeries went very well and I was surprised how little pain I was in post surgery. I recently went back for my 6 month check up and my gums are now healthy and my pocket depths have decreased as a result of the surgeries. Dr. Rosania even went the extra mile by doing a mock up of what my top teeth would look like with veneers, a procedure I hope to have done by my dentist in the coming months. All the staff are kind and prefessional. I wish I had been referred to him many years ago!

Happy New Year to the staff at Seacoast Periodontics! I don't think the 5 Star Rating does justice for the experience I had in this office. My dentist told me months ago that I had gum recession and THIS was the place to go. He wasn't kidding! I've never been a fan of trips to the dentist, but visiting Amy and the staff in her office was a treat. Amy and Nicole can tell you that I laughed through the entire gum grafting procedure. It was lightning fast and pain free. Amy called me the following evening to see how I was feeling. Everything healed beautifully and I was back to myself in no time. My mouth looks and feels so much better! After my procedure, there were several follow-ups. Although my timing was slightly off (wink wink), the ladies at the front desk were the kindest and most patient of any office I've ever been to. Thank you to EVERYONE in the office! Is it odd that I can't wait to go back for another gum grafting?
