I had an appointment that was approaching but before that could happen a knee surgery had become necessary so needed to get my dentist appointment moved up, so with-one-day's-notice they accommodated my unusual request and gave me my routine cleaning 4 days early! (thank you very much Aisha) as always (As I say it every time I go) Saintavica dental professionals are the best. My Goodness how lucky I am to have Dr Saintavica and team in my corner. I have perfect teeth because of this awsome Team of professionals. Thank you all. John G.

On the surface, very nice people. As a doctor (not dentist) who works with many dentists in the operating room, I was very upset to see how this practice was run. I was charged for many services which I explicitly stated I would not want as I was not seeking "cosmetic" or extra care but rather the standard 6 month cleaning. Regardless, they proceeded to take unnecessary photographs, attempt to refer me to an orthodontist for invisalign vs. braces, charged me for a SRP/deep clean despite probe depths of 2 on average. Of course insurance declined payment to them, so they attempted to pass this on to the customer and send progressively more "threatening" letters to collect. Their estimate of what I would pay vs. the insurance was off by a factor of 5! I have not paid for any dental cleanings or procedures since I was 18, all with the same insurance. Coming here, somehow I got a large bill for the first time ever. Reviewing the EOB letter, they failed to submit proper documentation for a history of SRP so insurance declined reimbursement. Instead of doing this properly, they decided to try to just collect cash from the patient. There may not be many choices in the UVP but beware and do not let these people bully you into paying for services you don't need OR they were too lazy to submit proper documentation.

Wonderful, caring doctors and staff. I was seen promptly. All of the procedures were explained to me before being done. I told them I had a dead line to have procedures done and they went out of their way to accommodate me. Five stars!

our son has Fragile X Syndrome and is a new patient. He is a young adult and has many dental challenges in addition to extraordinary cognitive and sensory challenges. He must receive all dental work under anesthesia. This was just an introduction, but I cannot say enough about the perfect blend of professionalism, skill and gentle kindness that exudes from every pore of this practice from Dr. Santavicca to the anesthesiologist Dr. Williams, to the office manager and staff. For the first time in 24 years, our son had the intensive care he needed for his treatment and next steps for lifelong care. My husband, who is a physician, and I are beyond appreciative for this successful introduction.

Appointment was for wisdom teeth removal. Quick appointment, friendly staff, clean office, parking lot is a bit small but overall experience was very positive. Dr. Gass and his staff were extremely quick and very efficient. Procedure was pain free yesterday and no pain today!
