We are pretty new to New Hampshire and I brought my son Jakobie who is autistic and sometimes has a difficult time. He will talk your ear off. The staff are so understanding and try my son so well. All the staff are so friendly and so wonderful.

I came in for a second opinion after visiting aspen dental. I had a good experience at aspen, but I had an AMAZING experience here! The staff at NH Family Dentistry is SO friendly and nice and the dentist blew my mind with his knowledge. I have never liked dentists and the team here made me feel comfortable and relaxed - they are personable and easy to talk to. I was happy to learn that Aspen wasn’t trying to take me for a ride, but I will still be coming back here instead based on the knowledge and friendliness of the staff alone.

I'LL BE A PATIENT FOR LIFE!!! My wife found NH Family Dentistry online after seeing all the great reviews and the close proximity to our house. She picked a gem! I'm greeted with a smile and a "How are you?!" every time I walk in, no matter what day or time it is. My appointments have been on time, every time! Andrea and Kelsey did a ridiculously great job scaling my teeth as I haven't been to a dentist in way too long. Now my teeth are white and feel so smooth and clean, better than I think they ever had been and I still have some more work to go. The appointments felt like they didn't take much time at all as they were both really easy to talk to. Dr. Gschweng took a quick look at me at my first appointment and was very personable and great at explaining what I needed done and what to expect moving forward. All in all NH Family Dentistry is friendly, professional and great at what they do. If you're looking for a new dentist or to make a switch, this should be your first choice.

I cannot put into words how grateful I am for Everyone at NH Family Dentistry. Over the Years I have had a few horrible experiences at other dental offices that not only cost me a large amount of money but ended up causing tooth loss and issues with my gums. With these bad experiences came serious anxiety just thinking about walking into another dental office. As I got older the work that was done previously started to make my front gums recede. At the time I was only 25 years old and was so embarrassed to smile with my mouth open. My father who lives in VT told me to contact a man he did boat work for by the name of Dr. Sparks who owned a dental practice in Manchester. They were so nice over the phone and I explained to them my situation and asked if there was anything they could do to help me. I was so nervous about going in but from the moment I got there I felt like everyone there was on my team and really cared about helping me. It was a process but NH Family Dentistry gave me my smile back and I will be forever grateful for that. Its been about 5 years since then and about 2 weeks ago I came down with a horrible toothache. I was nervous since Dr Sparks had left the practice and there was a new dentist there but even after 5 years went by the moment I called one of the girls remembered exactly who I was and they got me in right away. I know how silly it must seem but just getting to the dentist for me without having a complete meltdown is hard and Misty and Mary, have been the only reason I have been able to get through my visits and (occasional crying) Dr. Praveen Mandera did excellent work and I'm finally on the road to recovery. Nobody likes going to the dentist but this office I can honestly say has to be one of the best around and its because of how much they care about people. Thanks again to everyone in the office for everything they have done for me!

All I can say is as long as Mr. Sparks and his wife are no longer part of the practice you probably have a 50/50 chance of a good experience but after thousands of dollars of failed dental work not just for me but countless realitives and friends I would stay clear of this office. Bad practices rarely get better. Most of the google posts look fake too which I would not put past this location. I can only hope karma catches up the Mr and Mrs Sparks!!

At one of my visits to get fillings, I was chilly so Mary got me a blanket. What business would do that? I can't say enough, they are amazing, like a family. I cannot put into words how grateful I am for Everyone at NH Family Dentistry. Over the Years I have had a few horrible experiences at other dental offices that not only cost me a large amount of money but ended up causing tooth loss and issues with my gums. With these bad experiences came serious anxiety just thinking about walking into another dental office. As I got older the work that was done previously started to make my front gums recede. At the time I was only 25 years old and was so embarrassed to smile with my mouth open. My father who lives in VT told me to contact a man he did boat work for by the name of Dr. Sparks who owned a dental practice in Manchester. They were so nice over the phone and I explained to them my situation and asked if there was anything they could do to help me. I was so nervous about going in but from the moment I got there I felt like everyone there was on my team and really cared about helping me. It was a process but NH Family Dentistry gave me my smile back and I will be forever grateful for that. Its been about 5 years since then and about 2 weeks ago I came down with a horrible toothache. I was nervous since Dr Sparks had left the practice and there was a new dentist there but even after 5 years went by the moment I called one of the girls remembered exactly who I was and they got me in right away. I know how silly it must seem but just getting to the dentist for me without having a complete meltdown is hard and Misty and Mary, have been the only reason I have been able to get through my visits and (occasional crying) Dr. Praveen Mandera did excellent work and I'm finally on the road to recovery. Nobody likes going to the dentist but this office I can honestly say has to be one of the best around and its because of how much they care about people. All I can say is as long as Mr. Sparks and his wife are no longer part of the practice you probably have a 50/50 chance of a good experience but after thousands of dollars of failed dental work not just for me but countless realitives and friends I would stay clear of this office. Bad practices rarely get better. Most of the google posts look fake too which I would not put past this location. I can only hope karma catches up the Mr and Mrs Sparks!!

At one of my visits to get fillings, I was chilly so Mary got me a blanket. What business would do that? I can't say enough, they are amazing, like a family. Great place, however not the best if you have a spontaneous workload. Fees are involved for giving less than 48 hour notice to appointments and you become barred from rescheduling lest you pay. Fees can reach up to $100 per missed appointment, or failing to notify within the 48 hour window. Would of loved to stay, but their practices unfortunately won't fit for everyone and caused me to go to a different dentist.

So don't bring any child here that is under the age of 5, even though they state they will see whoever. They are clueless on what to do with a child who needs any type of dental procedure. I waited 45 minutes for my son's filling appointment, (was even 20 minutes early for my appointment) and they kept bringing people back that came in after us. They asked if I wanted to reschedule 25 minutes into waiting, I said no, because not everyone has the flexibility to take off this type of time from work. I decided to wait longer. Another 20 or so minutes later they finally take me and my son back so he can have his 4 small specks of cavities filled, nothing major or embedded. Once in there, the dentist takes a look at his teeth, (mind you, this was after they already looked at his teeth the week before at his check-up and recommended we make this appointment with THEM to have the fillings done), they then proceed to tell me they recommended he see a pediatric dentist, after all that!! So the dentist did absolutely nothing, since they are not prepared to do anything with children because there is no nitrous oxide available. I asked, what was the point of making this appointment then, and they didn't really have an answer....ok? To say the least, I won't be bringing my son back here again. Good luck!

After 10 years of not going to the dentist, I'm happy I picked this one! Though I never had cavities as a kid or any fillings before, but I heard horror stories. I had a few fillings done here without novacain or anesthesia and no pain at all. They were happy to work their schedule around mind, and squeeze me in as there were cancellations. Never waited more than a couple minutes. Definitely recommend!

Everyone at the office is incredibly friendly, relaxed, and welcoming. The dental staff is very knowledgeable, skilled, and expedient. After 10 years of not going to the dentist, I'm happy I picked this one! Though I never had cavities as a kid or any fillings before, but I heard horror stories. I had a few fillings done here without novacain or anesthesia and no pain at all. They were happy to work their schedule around mind, and squeeze me in as there were cancellations. Never waited more than a couple minutes. Definitely recommend!

I have not seen a dentist in years because I dont have insurance, and when i realized i had to get my wisdom teeth pulled i was worried about going broke or having a negative experience. I initially tried to book an appointment with Amoskeag Urgent Dental, but just that phone call left a bad taste in my mouth. Not only had i read some bad reviews, but they were very abrupt with me on the phone like they were rushing me or i was wasting their time. And the price quotes seemed absurd. I decided to try my luck somewhere else. Im super happy with New Hampshire Family Dentistry. Friendly, professional, patient, communicative, and reasonably priced. Its good to know that even without insurance i have somewhere to go in an emergency and can still have a positive experience.

Used to go to a different dentist in Hudson and was nervous to switch, but am glad I did! Very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable staff. They took the time to explain everything and work with my insurance to get me the best service possible. - This top part was posted back in May before I finally had my services done. Finally went in for my services today and Dr. Mandela was rude, rushed, and clearly didn’t care about me as a patient. I had a very shallow cavity that he said would require no novocaine. But he drilled so far he hit my nerve which made me jump in the chair and he never apologized. Instead he said “oh. Looks like I’m done drilling so you’re fine.” My 11 year old was with me and started crying because she was so scared and could see how much pain I was in. Then he bonded a chipped tooth I had and didn’t make it even, it’s jagged, and I need to go to another dentist to fix it. They try to get great reviews by asking you to give them a 5 star review for a chance to win a $100 gift card, but it’s not worth it. The happy reviews are just to try to get the gift card but I will never go back. It’s been 12 hours since I went there and my mouth is still in pain. Not to mention, their prices for people who have insurance are astronomical. They’re just trying to milk every dollar for terrible service. I maintain my teeth regularly and have never had such an awful experience in my life. I only switched offices because I moved to Manchester, but I’ll be driving back to Hudson for my dentistry work from now on.

I really like the kind of technologies being used in the office. They are much more modern and state of the art equipments compared the the previous dentistry I used to go. EXCELLENT dentist’s office and staff! We identified NH Family Dentistry as an ‘approved provider in our proximity’ as we always have, i assume as many do by simply by checking with our insurance co. Lets face it: Dentist visits are a grudge visit as in ‘whatever, i hate it but lets get through it’. Weve also never been ‘loyal to’ an office since they’re all pretty much the same :-/ Not the case here! My wife and I are in our 30’s and 40’s, our girls are now 9 and 11. Weve been coming to NHFD for over 2 years now and love them. Even when our dental plan changed and they are ‘out of network and covered at 80% vs 100% prior’, we still come here. Front desk, Hygenists and Dr.s are all SUPER friendly, very good at their job and make you feel SUPER comfortable. HIGHLY recommend, and so long as we live in readonable distance we’ll be coming to NH Family Dentistry

I am one that gets huge anxiety going to the Dentist.... honestly I can be quite the pain. But everyone here at NH Family Dentistry is so kind, patient & best of all I do not feel judged. Totally appreciate each & every single person that works in this uniquely special office. Leah Hall
