Dr. Morris is simply the best. I heard so many good things about him that I actually changed my dental insurance so I could go to Merrimack Smiles and it was worth the switch! He is all about what is best and most comfortable for the patient, not what’s easiest for him. I truly appreciate his patience as he works with individual needs and love his warm bedside manner! I highly recommend Merrimack Smiles!

The only thing I will say about Dr. Morris & crew is that I wish I had started my dental care with them years ago. Dr. Morris is exceptional as are the gals that work for him. My last visit was such that Dr. Morris found the slightest, virtually undetectable, flaw in a crown that was to be put in my mouth, which could have easily been over looked or more importantly just not addressed because the potential issues associated with it would not manifest until several years later and immediately decided to have it sent back to the lab to have it redone. That's what a stand-up guy would do. We, Dr Morris, his staff and I, started a process, I'm guessing probably close to a year ago improving the functionality of my teeth and the aesthetics of my smile which to me are both equally important.. It looks like we will be wrapping up my work in a month or two. If you're reading this you may think that's a long time but to appreciate this you would have to know not only what went into this work but equally if not more important the dedication Dr Morris has to his Art. I have a little experience being around people who are dedicated to their Art and I can tell you they are rare. I will spare you the details but just know Dr Morris's philosophy is; "If it ain't perfect it ain't done!" I offer you a challenge; Come in and have some work done... If you're not happy write a "I'm not happy" review. I defy to try, because his personal and professional standards are so high that he will not be done with you till the work meets his standard for quality and I guaranty that his will meet or exceed yours.

For most of the time I always had Linda as my dental hygienist assistant and she gives me proper treatment with my theeth and makes them bright and white to make a bright smile when she treats me not just as a great patient but as a friend of mine. I have been a long time patient and will be loyal to Merrimack Smiles. I get along with Mark and makes a great friend as well. Merrimack Smiles makes a wonderful and bright Smiles to everyone if you go to Merrimack Smiles you won't be disappointed and get the friendliest atmosphere they are a wonderful and get the job done right.

They really were incredible. Both the dentist and the hygienist were incredibly nice and thorough. Hadn’t been to the dentist in years and I feel like they are going to get me back on track for strong dental hygiene. I am actually looking forward to my next appointment in February can’t believe I would say that about the dentist

When they first opened they had little turnover. Since iast had my teeth ceaned it seemed every time I went another new person was cleaning. They would jib, jab and poke by accident and thensay "I'm sorry" more than once. The Dr. Would stop in and talk for less than five minutes. Tell you what was needed and hand me a piece of paper. Last time I went I was told I had a couple of cavities. I had a tooth that needed a crown and I can't remember what else but when further reviewing it later the total cost was over 5k. The Dr did say they offer financing. It was just so matter of fact and presented to me out of the blue I haven't been back. A year later I received a note saying I'd I picked another dentist they'd be glad to forward.my file. Almost like they want me to go away because they haven't made any teal money off me. That's the feeling I have. Although, I have recently started receiving reminders again that I am past due for cleaning. Thanks

Excellent work by Dr. Morris and technician Linda. Had a billing issue between office and insurance. Doctors office went out of there way to call and fully explain everything to my satisfaction. The entire staff is friendly and couteous.. The industry has a bad rap due to complexities within insurance carriers multiple plans. There should be some oversite so that both doctors and patients have a clearer understanding upfront what each visit will cost and how and who pay. I feel that this office is doing there best to do quality work and retain customers...

My son had never been to the dentist before, and everyone made sure that he felt comfortable. Dr. Morris met with me and Dr. Suranyi met with my son and I could not say enough nice things about these two dentists. Dr. Morris installed a crown that is an absolutely Perfect. Color and fit is so good that I have trouble remembering which tooth has the crown when I look in my mouth. No discomfort in any part of the process. Assistants Jennifer and Ashley are great. They and Dr. Morris talked to me about the entire process at each step which made the experience very relaxed. My smile is becoming one of my best features with the help of my Team at Merrimack Smiles.

Walked in, was being seen within 5 minutes, which was probably more like 2 minutes. Virginia gave me the run down of the new patient appointment which was a long one but extremely thorough. Met Nancy as she assisted Virginia with my appointment and also Dr Morris as he gave me my treatment plan and also a summary of the appointment. I’ve never had a dentist take that sort of time nor care so much about my education involving my own mouth. Not that a lot is going on there, but I was very impressed with their level of service and care. I look forward to making this my ‘home’ dentist for many years to come!

My husband broke his tooth while at dinner on Friday night. I called Dr.Morris' emergency line around 10pm (Friday night) and he had my husband in his office the next day (Saturday) -and my husband was only gone 45 minutes and came home with a tooth that looked like nothing ever happened! Our whole family loves Merrimack Smiles! All the staff is SO friendly and caring. They are also GREAT with children. My daughter was pretty scared to get into the chair and allow the hygienist into her mouth but she was so calm and patient with her and took the time until she was ready! My son is 1.5 years old and Virginia sat on the floor with him showing him all of the instruments, letting him hold and use each one so that he knew what was happening at each step. When the Dr. came in he did the same thing. As a parent I felt completely comfortable and assured throughout the entire appointment. I have found the entire staff to be friendly and welcoming, plus they explain all procedures and cost- and will even check with insurance before we commit to a procedure so we know how much it will cost out of pocket. I recently registered my children as new patients and I am in a PPO for the kids.. I had no problems. I am in a Delta PPO. So I can tell you they take Delta PPO plans, The kids really like the Dentist they saw. He was good natured and put them at ease. All in all a very good experience.
