I was so nervous because I had to get a tooth pulled. This place is amazing! From the front desk to the dentist...the whole experience was nothing I have ever experienced before with a dentist office. They all were friendly, helpful, professional, calming, and most of all you feel cared about from start to finish. I have been looking for a great dental office for my family, and I am so glad I found Advanced Dental. My daughter who is 13 had kind of bad experiences with dentists before. After her cleaning today she said " mom I really like this place, I never felt scared and they were so nice to me. " My daughter is looking forward to her next cleaning. She has never said this to me before, she hated going to the dentist before. If you are looking for the very best in dental care, this place is for you. We just love them and you will too. If I could give Dr. Yadani more stars, I would. He is the most patient and compassionate dental care provider I have ever encountered. I am beyond phobic of dentists, and when I first saw Dr. Yadani he was so kind when dealing with me, He will put your mind at ease. You will never find another provider that genuinely cares about his patients. And his office staff and assistants are total professionals! I am switching my family to Manchester Advanced Dental and certainly will recommend it to all my friends and colleagues. They all deserve a quality dental care just like I DID.

My appointment was at 11am and they were very prompt. I was in before my scheduled appointment. As a new patient, i was shown around the facility, then taken an x-ray of my mouth and introduced to my dental Technician Courtney. She was very informative and explained many of the procedures that was available. She was always concerned with me being comfortable and she really cared. Then I met with Dr Yadani. Very pleasant doctor to talk with and he went into further explanation of treatment plans which would help me. Today was just two emergency extractions. I had nitrous oxide and novocain for the extraction. I requested this because of the "bad experiences" with military dentists throughout my military career. I am recommending him and his practice to my fiance, and will to anyone that asks for a referral. His prices were reasonable and I signed up for the Dental Savings Plan which saved me even more money. I look forward to having him and his team help me get back into a smile again. It has been too many years. Thank you Dr Yadani, Courtney and staff. See you next week!

I am beyond impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the knowledge of Dr. Yadani. I am extremely afraid of needles and had a very bad experience with my previous Dentist. When I called they got me in the same day and everyone was very nice and welcoming in their modern state of the art office. Last week I was in at 9:00 for a normal root canal with Dr. Yadani. He found that I had a very odd and curved root which caused him some issues. He worked on that tooth until he was completely satisfied it was perfect. Even though he had other patients waiting to be seen he never left me waiting. I can’t express how happy I am that I made the switch to his office especially after yesterday. It was a long appointment for us both but he did absolutely amazing and felt it was worth noting. I even received a follow up phone call to check in on how I was feeling, Dr. Yadani and his staff go above and beyond for their patients!

I haven't been to a dentist in over 40 years so I was expecting the worst. Everything and every member of the staff was great! Dr. Yadani was very thorough, even though his office was a little short staffed due to a few people being out. They all pitched in and the visit, cleaning,and evaluation was handled extremely efficiently and I was taken on time. I was so impressed with the people and the professional offices and equipment that I will be scheduling all recommended services. They also worked with me to help me with getting the best value with my insurance. I could not give them a higher recommendation, happy to say my wife and I are both new patients!

The office was really nicely designed and staff were very friendly and helpful- I would be returning to get the work that I need done, however even with good insurance the prices are far higher than I expected, and had been quoted by other dentists, with no option for payment plans. I wish that was not the case because it is a beautiful and relaxing office and the staff are extremely friendly.

There is the excellent experience, and then there is Dr Yadani and his staff to surpass excellence. From the moment I walked into the office and was greeted by Lexi with a genuine warmth, I felt not only at ease about having dental surgery but confident. I arrived very early and had the opportunity to have an engaging conversation with Lexi and her colleague Dennis. Dennis was beyond helpful and informative when I called to schedule my appointment. Amy, Dr. Yadani's assistant, was friendly and professional. Further, I could tell she was listening and had a real presence that told me she cared about my comfort both physical and mental. Dr. Yadani prepared me for the surgery by explaining what he was going to do, what I could expect to feel and hear, and giving me permission to let him know if I was uncomfortable. That piece of mind is like gold! The surgery went amazingly well with only very minor discomfort. The instructions for post care were clear and easy and I am healing fast. Thank you all for your care and I wish there were more stars to give. I would recommend you all highly!

I can not say enough good about Manchester Advanced Dental! Literally the entire experience from the super friendly greeting you receive when you walk in, to the amazing dental assistant who is super sweet and very informative. I guess I should mention I was a new customer as of today because Dr. Yadani was offering FREE not discounted or a percentage off but a FREE cleaning to any veteran who came in honor of veterans day. No hidden gimics or requirements literally free, you don't have to agree to become a customer or anything you could have received a cleaning a goodie bag and never go back if chose but, after the amazing experience I had today I will go no where else moving forward. Dr. Yadani is like a magician I had a lot of years of plaque which required the highest setting on his ultrasonic instrument to remove and I experienced no discomfort or sensitivity! Its a brand new facility super clean tastefully designed and top of line everything from computers to equipment. **Also for those without dental insurance they offer an amazing in house program that is honestly cheaper and more beneficial than any insurance plan I've ever seen!** So from the bottom of my heart this veteran is truly grateful for such a generous gift today! I am now a lifetime customer at Advanced so thanks again to each and every staff member there!

I had to click 5 stars because they didn’t give the option for 10 stars! I can’t believe how blessed I feel to have found Manchester Advanced Dental! This dental office is staffed with the MOST attentive, empathetic and sincerly caring people. From the first call they made me feel as though helping me was their top priority. I was suffering from a massive infection and had issues with a couple molars. The pain was crippling. They got me in right away, I had never even been there before, yet they made me feel welcome, cared about and instantly made helping me a priority. I suffer from extreme anxiety at the thought of needles and they did everything they could to accommodate me with several different methods to help calm me. All of the office staff did more than their part in caring for me which I thought was outstanding patient relations. The Dentist Mr. Yadani is very patient and he explains everything as he goes along while making sure you are comfortable and speaks in such a calming voice, which I honestly feel helped me more than the things they provided me with. If you are afraid to see the dentist, if you suffer anxiety or if you just want the “pampered” experience then what are you waiting for? Don’t hesitate, call this place now and make the best choice like I did. I promise, you will thank me later

My husband was in need of dental care. He stopped in to Manchester Advanced Dental to see if he could make an appointment. They actually saw him right away, did some xrays an spent some time with him. They set up an appointment for us to come in to discuss the plan of care and to give my husband some options. At this appointments they were able to answer all of our questions as well as to let us know what our insurance would pay and what our out of pocket would be. My husband had his surgery last week, he had 14 teeth extracted. He said he did not feel a thing and had no pain the next day. From the front desk, Morgan was very sweet, to Nichole the dental assistant who gave us all the post care instructions, everyone was very friendly. My previous dentist have retired and I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Fouad Yadani. My main reason to becoming a patient of Dr. Yadani is essentially for two reason: Expertise and Honesty. Dr Yadani is very knowledgeable and skillful in his field. He performs all dental routines himself from ordinary feelings and extractions to more complex treatments as implants. Dr. Yadani skillfully performed a tooth extraction on me that was part of 4-units bridge in as little as 45 minutes. The bad tooth was sectioned off the four units bridge then extracted while keeping the remaining three teeth intact as one cohesive three units bridge. This is a testament to Dr. Yadani knowledge and expertise in his field. As to the honesty, I came to Dr. Yadani for actually wanting to redo my 4-units bridge as my previous dental practice have suggested. Dr. Yadani didn’t find this necessary and advised me to keep the current bridge as is as it is still functional. From purely business perspective, this was not in his benefit though he still did it because he feels that is the best and honest advice he can give me as his patient. My experience with Manchester Advanced Dental has far surpassed my expectations. Dr Yadani came highly recommended by my wife whom is a dental hygienist elsewhere. I was warmly welcomed by the front desk staff, and the friendliness and professionalism extended to the clinical staff as well. The extraction of my wisdom tooth was complex, and I began to feel ill with my weak stomach and anxiety . The staff was supportive and attentive , giving me breaks and an ice pack during the procedure to help. Dr Yadani was patient , and explained everything he was doing with a calm demeanor which helped to put me at ease. I felt I was in excellent hands during my entire experience. My husband and i have been searching for quite awhile to find a dentist that would help us, my husband has been in severe pain for months..every dentist he went to wanted to do unnecessary things before actually helping the problem, after multiple dentists and trips to the ER, he was about to give up..i decided to call ONE more dentist .. They got us in the same day, which was great! We dont have dental insurance so we were worried about cost .. dr yadani and his staff went above and beyond our expectations financially.. no one has ever been this kind to us before! We went forward with the procedure, and they did it as soon as they could with even bumping the appointment up multiple times due to the pain my husband was in. My husband said the procedure went good, and everyone has been extremly helpfull in the recovery process. They really treat you like family and make it a very comfortable environment.

Dr. Yadani and all of Manchester Advanced Dental staff are really number 1 in Manchester and actually the best NH has to offer. Dr. Yadani is very knowledgable in the the field and very kind with his patients. Today, I took my autistic son who also has sensory issues there for a filling and Dr. Yadani really did everything to make him feel as comfortable as possible and did the job perfectly while it was a real chalenge. Also, the whole office looks very modern, neat and welcoming. The design, decor and even colors are so perfectly chosen to make you feel really relaxed as soon as you walk in. I am definitely swithcing my whole family to Dr. Yadani’s practice.

After coming down with a terrible tooth abscess, I knew it was time i found a dentist in NH (org from mass). I found Dr. Yadani here on google and boy am I glad I went to see him! My first visit of course I was nervous (previously dentist had given me terrible experience, but for some reason I stuck with them), but as soon as I sat in the chair and spoke with him and Courtney I felt completely at ease...After consulting, I was taken for an x-ray and come to find out I had two unhealthy teeth that needed to be pulled. I scheduled the extraction for the today and boy was the experience amazing. From start to finish I did not feel a thing, the experience was so calm and both Dr. Yadani and Courtney kept me at ease! I want to thank them both for making this experience literally carefree and painless! The office staff is also marvelous and super friendly! Never thought i'd say this,but i am looking forward to my next visit with them!

So today was my first visit to advanced dental and omg i was blown away with the amazing customer service of the receptionists. The hygienist who i saw to do my fmd was absolutely amazing she was so nice and if i need to take a break she would stop everthing when i lifted my left hand and i couldnt believe it i was scared when i first went in because i dont like typically any dentist but i love this office and i cant wait to go back for my regular cleaning in june. Dr Yadani and the entire staff are the most professional and pleasant dentist I have ever had. I went through getting All-on 6 implants for both top and bottom and from the beginning of this entire experience I could ask any question and his responses were all informative, thorough and accurate. He made the entire experience exceptional and I highly recommend him as a Dentist you can trust to perform the highest quality of work in the least amount of pain. My only regret is that I wish I had met him years ago and had him as my lifetime dentist. I highly recommend him and his staff over and over.

They have a great intergration of technology into their dental practice which includes photos of before and after cleaning for education purposes and to make sure you are satisfied. The doctor is very friendly. The hygienist who did my cleaning was knowledgeable and not pushy. The office and waiting room is beautiful! The receptionists were all funny, friendly, and knowledgeable. This place also offers a great plan option for people without insurance that is a wonderful deal and costs about the same as having insurance. Overall this place well deserves a 5 star rating at minimum.
