I have been going to Dr. Kalil for nearly twenty years. Everyone in this office is consistently kind, professional and cheerful. When work needs to be done, each step in the process is fully explained and the patient is presented all options available. I have never, ever been pressured to do any unnecessary work. Furthermore, I went in for a routine cleaning today and I mentioned an old crown (not their work) felt a bit loose. Arrangements were made and immediately following my cleaning, Dr. Kalil cleaned and prepared the crown and recemented it. This is typical of the fantastic service one receives at this office. They are the best.

These guys run a very professional, clean operation. It took a while for them to understand we needed separate billings for Flex-Spend payments for members of the family, which was a little irritating. They are on the more expensive side for services from comparisons we have made. However, one of the best Hygienists on staff is Kimberly, which is why I use them, not sure how she does it, but she is the least painful of any hygienist I have had look after my teeth and gums.

Add to dictionary my teeth" As always(30 years), a pleasant visit& oral care experience: warm greeting seen promptly exam& cleaning( w/ x-rays)all w/o discomfort. ) No work needed but when/if it is; I know the work will be of good quality[ as commented on by other dentists around the U.S. when I've lived elsewhere]

Growing up I never had good experiences going to my family's regular dentist and it got to the point where I stopped going after I got my braces off. It wasn't until I chipped a tooth several years later that I started to go back, this time to Kalil and Kress. This particular appointment Dr. Kress stayed extra late to help fix my tooth and then set me up with some follow-up care. I've been going twice a year ever since! This was my first appointment, so it took a little longer than normal. I brought my toddler, too. I was so impressed with the dental hygentist, KJ, Dr. Kess and staff as how they accommodated us. They were kind and patient. KJ put on cartoons for her and Missy brought her a stuffed kangaroo and fish with a toothbrush for her to play with. My teeth got cared. I feel that this is a nice, clean, office run by caring staff with cutting edge care.

Fabulous! I love having Dr. Kalil as my dentist! I went in to have two fillings, which I dreaded. She re-evaluated the need, taking another x-ray (which I was not charged for) to be sure of her opinion and decided that I didn't need one of them. The second one was in a difficult place, and I was worried that it would be awkward and painful. But it wasn't! She made sure I was properly numb, and the procedure was fairly quick and easy. I was very pleased! I have always been impressed with this dental office. The environment is calm and inviting, and the staff are very friendly and skilled.

I have had dental anxiety as long as I can remember. At my last 2 dentists, I had bad experiences - at one place, they were extremely rough with the electric tooth scraper and I'd go home with a mouth full of blood. At the other, my nervousness was brushed off and I was told that I needed to "just get over it" when I requested laughing gas for the fillings I needed. It wasn't available and I went through one session that ended up inducing a panic attack so I never returned. I sought recommendations for a great dentist and a friend told me that the staff at Kalil and Kress was amazing. She was not kidding! Every person I have interacted with at their office has been kind, patient and understanding. Dr. Kress is efficient and listens to patients' needs. The women at the desk have explained every bill and even printed out a copy of my dental benefits so I'd know what was covered. I always request Kelly for my cleanings - she is really incredible and makes every effort to communicate and make sure my experience is a positive one. Honestly she is just one of the best people I've ever met. I initially went there because my friend had told me about all the options they have for people with dental anxiety - warm blankets, noise-cancelling headphones, ipods, netflix, laughing gas..I think there are even more... but I never expected to actually stop fearing dental work. I will continue to go here as long as they are in business - even now that I have insurance that they are out of network for I still refuse to go anywhere else!

Everyone is so helpful and professional. They are always on time - I never have to wait for my appointment. I love Teddy the new therapy dog! The only minor complaint I have is the country music radio station they play - I hate country music and it is very distracting. Could they pick a more neutral choice that wouldn't offend anyone? Fabulous! I love having Dr. Kalil as my dentist! I went in to have two fillings, which I dreaded. She re-evaluated the need, taking another x-ray (which I was not charged for) to be sure of her opinion and decided that I didn't need one of them. The second one was in a difficult place, and I was worried that it would be awkward and painful. But it wasn't! She made sure I was properly numb, and the procedure was fairly quick and easy. I was very pleased! I have always been impressed with this dental office. The environment is calm and inviting, and the staff are very friendly and skilled.
